After receiving the wrong product, I immediately raised a complaint with Myntra.com customer care through their app/website/email/chat on 13/10/2025. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved.

The company representatives keep repeating the same scripted response, such as:

Placed an order on Myntra (Order ID: 1310439 [protected], Tracking No. MYSC[protected]) shipped on 25th September 2025. Delivery was due on 25th September, then shifted to 6th October, now again to 10th October. The package reached KokerBaghHub_SRG Srinagar on 2nd October, but has not been delivered.
