They delivered a wrong product to me on novemeber 2 - 2026 which i paid 1100 rupees for. They did not offer a solution despite 4 months of complaints and numerous customer service calls. They say they will give a solution in 24 hours and never call back or message or respond with an email. The customer service is the worst as they offer nothing but apologize for the inconvenience but never once solved the issue....

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order of OnePlus Buds 3, delivered on 28th January 2026 at approximately 3:30 PM.
Although the outer parcel packaging was intact, the inner product box seal was broken, and the main earbuds were missing from the package. This clearly indicates tampering before delivery, which is completely unacceptable.

Complaint Details: I am a victim of a counterfeit product sold by Myntra. I ordered a Casio G-Shock GBM-2100-1ADR (Order ID:[protected]-3261303), but received a "Fake- watch"

The Evidence of Fraud:

Model Mismatch: The dial says "Tough Solar/Bluetooth" (GBM-2100), but the back case is engraved with "Module 5611" (Basic battery model GM-2100). This configuration is IMPOSSIBLE in Casio’s official catalog....

I ordered Order ID # 1316884 [protected] and paid ₹2582 but I replaced the item with Order ID # 1316987 [protected] to my surprise they have delivered both items together and the delivery guy was asking for money for the new item. So I cancelled two items eventhough tommorow i ve a jury for that really need it.I tried calling the customer care, but they are not at all responding.Atleast gibe me the money back or replace the item correctly....

The company representatives keep repeating the same scripted response, such as:

“We are looking into the issue, ” or “We have escalated the matter, ”
