Myntra.com — misleading statements | |
As a aware buyer myntra isn't able to misguide me. The offers and coupons they had provided didn't apply during checkout as they assume the terms and conditions should be known to customers without highlighting the same on the banner and coupons section. This is a sheer case of fraud and misleading customer by providing improper information of the offers. I hereby providing snapshot of the offer banner and other screenshot for reference. You can clearly see that no terms and conditions is mentioned on the offer banner. Was this information helpful? | |

On December 21, 2019 I placed a order on Myntra through Google pay i.e roadster boots on the end of the season sale .my money got deducted from paytm bank account but the order didnt placed in Myntra account.please contact me asap . this is fraud .

I paid with axis credit card for Rs 6304 on Myntra website on dated 19/12/2019 Thrusday . The amount got debited from my bank amount immediately but the order was not placed. i also tried calling Myntra Customer Care and wrote an email on [protected]@myntra.com but though i dint got any response from their side. Please help me to get my money back.
