[Resolved] Myntra.com — money was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed in myntra shopping site. | |||
I ordered Puma navy blue cappela IDP slip-on Sneakers worth rupees 2309 on 29 october 2019 from Myntra. I prepaid using Punjab National Bank ATM and net amount of rupees 2530 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account. I got confirmation for the deduction of money from my bank but the order was not placed. Please help me recover my money. This is cheating from myntra. Since i got no message from myntra if they have cancelled the order or the order was not placed and why the money was deducted and how can i recover my money. I have used so many other online shoping apps like amazon but such a thing never happened there. I always prepay in those apps but nothing like that ever happened. Foelr the first time i used prepaid option in Myntra and such thing happens. I even tried their helpline but no response came. Please help. This is something very unfair to the customer. I have cancelled the order that has been booked, for which payment was already made through phone pay. The amount is not yet refunded. It's been Almost a month.
