I placed a order on 9/10/2019 worth rs2000 from 2 different id at myntra total rs4000 deducted payment succeeded for both but no product shown in order history. They say payment will be reversed till 12th, then said it will be done by 14th, then said it will be done by 15th but today is 17th payment will not done. I am face lot of problem on this. I also have call recordings on this!
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was about to get my parcel on 5th October and its already 12th there is no response from the myntra team . I have paid them via paytm but till now I havent received my parcel that had Safari Trolley Bag and no one from Myntra team is responding .

    I was ordering clothes on Myntra app using PhonePe for transaction. The money was debited but the order did not get placed. I tried contacting myntra my emailing them as well but there was no response from their team. Even i tried contacting PhonePe, for which they asked me to contact the merchant. kindly look into this.

    I have ordered blue A strip top( Tokyo talkies) on 29 SEP 2019 instead of top they delivered me blue long kurta on 09 oct 2019. When I request for return, they won't accept my return and put on hold as quality issue. Kindly take action against them and resolve issues

      Ordered a lavie bag on 28/09/19. Didn't receive it yet.
      Product was to be delivered on 12/10/19. They failed to deliver it on time.
      On 15/10/19 i received a message that the bag is out for delivery but nobody came. At the end of the day i got another message that the delivery agent failed to get in touch with me, hence couldn't deliver the product. Whereas i didn't receive any call from their end.
      This is happening for the 2nd time now and i am really fed up with such unprofessionalism.

      Ok so this is happening for the 3rd time now. The delivery agent calls and says he can't deliver the product today. On request he said that he will but not receiving the calls after that. My question is if they cannot deliver a product on a specified date then why do they send the 'out for delivery' message? We waste our time and wait for them at home leaving all our work and this is what we hear in return. I am a regular customer of myntra and this is not what I deserve.
      It's getting really pathetic now. The delivery executives are of no use as it seems they are busy everytime.
      I want a permanent solution to this or I am cancelling all my upcoming orders for sure. Adding my order details here.

      The delivery executive claimed that today is his first day and this is the efficiency that he shows. Refusing my calls too
      Myntra returned back my package to the origin even without approaching me. They are not even refunding my money.

      Please deliver the order or refund it asap.

      The worst experience.
      It's being 15days now, that I placed the order. It is also a prepaid order. Extremely disappointed. Urgently call us back. There is no response from customer service desk.
      I have paid via ny debit card for the Wet n wild blush and later my order got cancelled by the Myntra team and i haven't yet received any refund

      I had done shopping with Myntra yesterday and it was an offer if we shop for RS. 3000 or more with HDFC credit card then you will get 10% instant discount and I did shopping of RS. 5037.82

      But I didn't received that discount and no one is responding to mails and calls.

      Can you please help me in this. ?

        I received wrong product from myntra and when i mentioned that wrong item received i had returned the product. Now i received a mail from myntra that quality check failed and they received an used item and my return was put on hold. First of all these people send me the wrong and used product and now they are telling that the quality check is falied. Product amount was of rs. 376.95 and now these people are not refunding my amount. Never buy from myntra because they are looters and dont even refund your money back. But i want my money back at any cost.

          Dear sir,

          I had ordered a dress (Kurti with plazzo set) on myntra (Order id-
          112161455322248402301)
          On receiving the packet, when i opened the packet only kurti was there & plazzo was missing.
          I immediately placed a request for return as incomplete dress was delivered.
          When the courier guy came to pickup the packet, he denied to take it back saying that the product is incomplete.
          Is still pending even after repeated follow i have been contacting myntra since 9 oct but no resolution till date. Neither they respond to call back request nor on mail.
          Kindly help.

            I ordered on 01 oct of rs 1257 total. Amount out of which 1257 was pending never refunded to me by myntra. I kept on calling customer care but they seem to never really care about their customers. They said to go to bank ask them and bank costomers give me same answer contact to myntra customer care still my still my amount not refundded to my account plz check needful and resolved

            I placed order from myntra and now the order is lost and they didn't even bothered to inform me about this. Also I didn't get my refund that I paid for the product.

              delivery boy refusing to pick up return

              I have been facing the issue from the past 4 days or more. The delivery guy from myntra refuses to take my return which is luggage bag cabin sized. The only reason they mention is that the bag they carry is not suitable to carry my return luggage which is not my fault, they always appoint a new delivery guy every day and all of them have a same reason....

              I had ordered a here n now red kurta. Returned it because of size it. The delivery guy picked it up. The next day i get an email that the product has failed quality check. So i tried calling the customer care. After almost 3 hrs, i could connect. They said the kurta has got some black spots. Which was already there when they had delivered the product.
              What kind of quality check are they doing?.
              Kindly look into the matter. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                I was trying to order from myntra on order page the time was running and i made the payment through paytm upi id[protected] and amount was deducted from my bank account, but myntra time countdown for payment has been up. And the order was failed but my amount 669.20rs. Was transacted.
                I had contacted to paytm but they said its not our responsibility. And myntra is not recieving my call.
                I don't know where should i go. Please help me.

                  I have placed order on myntra on 28th sept 2019. The delivery date they have given is 4th october. But till now itmes not deliveres. I am keep complining this. But no repsonce from mynta. And for one return request also i am kepp gettong messages like pickup failed due to reschedule from customer. But i did not reschedule any pickup. How could they sent message like this. If they are not able to deliver and pickuo the items why they are doing this type of business.

                    Order number : #[protected]-8146903
                    An aurelia green kurti worth rs. 628.95 was picked up on the 3rd october 2019, along with other items of this order. However, i have not received the email for return of this item. It still shows in process in the app.

                    The events that followed :
                    1. 5th october 9:30 am : i called the customer care, a lady picked the phone. After giving all the details, she checked and confirmed that the item had been 'mistakenly' picked by the agent. However, and here comes the shady part : she said she could not update the same in the database due to some 'technical glitch' and asked me to call them back after 4 hours. (Truly amazing customer care, isn't it?) i once again requested her to confirm that the item had reached the warehouse and she said yes.
                    2. 5th october 3:30 am : called the customer care again. Same conversation followed, and the guy again confirmed that the item was picked up. He asked me to wait till 11th october 2019 for them to update the same int he database.
                    3. 7th october, 2019 : received a mail with following lines : 'as per the details, i regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund as we have not received the same at the returns desk.' i called the customer care again and they apologized and said to ignore this mail. They again asked me to wait till 11th october.
                    4. 10th october 2019 around 9:30 pm : received a call from myntra customer care and they again asked me to narrate the entire story. At the end, they again confirmed the same, and literally said that they would inform the delivery agent that the parent item has already been returned, and just to deliver the exchange item.
                    5. 15th october 2019 : received another mail : 'as per the details, i regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund as we have not received the same at the returns desk.' what?

                    This is absolutely disgusting behavior from your customer care. You accept the claim and confirm the return via telephonic call, but reject it on email? 4 different agents have confirmed the product was returned to them. How can you go back on your words and lie blatantly? If you really are so concerned about customers cheating you for rs.600, at least change your exchange and return process and start using the receipt system so that the consumers have proofs. I regret not recording your calls.

                    To add to this, your customer care seems very busy, huh? It starts at 8:00 am and i try to call from 8-9 am and literally all i get is that stupid message saying all agents are busy? Haha. So do you cheat with so many of your customers that as soon as it hits 8, people start bombarding you with calls?

                    Absolutely ridiculous. Be assured that this was my first and last order for myntra. Goodbye cheaters.

                      A return of my Myntra order was scheduled to be picked up twice this week, but despite speaking to the assigned agent over phone everytime they never came for the pickup.
                      And it also happenss that after reporting that the pickup failed, they have a habit of blocking my number too.
                      This is not expected from a company which flaunts easy returns.
                      This is simply becoming a bad shopping experience.
                      Can you please arrange for the pickup by a responsible agent who actually shows up after especially telling them to come.
                      Kindly find attached the details of the last pick up.
                      Waiting for a real quick resolution.

                        I had some myntra credits on my account and placed and order on Oct 7th for HRX running shoes. However noticed that someone was cancelling my orders and later I started receiving emails and calls asking for bank account info. I called myntra support but they didnt help. I filed a complaint to cyber crime too but haven't received any update yet. Definitely a myntra staff from Hydrebad warehouse is involved as product was shipped to Telangana state. I need my money back.

                          I received a sealed myntra PACKAGE WITHOUT THE PRODUCT INSIDE.
                          I ordered a Dhruvi gold plated earrings priced ₹321 and it was a PAID IN CASH ON DELIVERY.
                          The customer service is of no help. There's no email I can send a Video to. Myntra can't just avoid and not look into serious matters like that.
                          Pls help me with necessary action.
                          Also let's get people aware how fraud myntra is.

                            Dear sir,
                            I ordered a shirt(492.45 Rupey)(ORDER NO:[protected]-8519803) on 11 September 2019.I bought a shirt from myntra but it was not good and different in color so i requested for return. It is almost take 15 days to pick-up. I got the message that refund has been initiated on their website. But still it has not come into my account. My bank is asking for sender details which myntra is not providing. Moreover the reference number given by myntra is same when i place the order. I am calling myntra and bank people daily. Myntra customer care is not helping . I tried contacting through app but they could not establish a conversation due to unavailability of agent. There is no option available to contact them.i am waiting for my money from last 35 days. Kindly refund my money back.

                              I have Ordered one product from myntra. I supposed to delivered it on 7th oct. I have raised complete on 10th however from that they myntra customer care giving me 48hrs ETA on daily basis. Request you to provide me the reason of delay. I am really unhappy with your service. As I am chasing you people on daily basis and all the time my complain is getting ignored. Please advise on urgent basis.

                                I have ordered a watch from Myntra during sale and its promised delivery date was 4th Oct 2019, however I did not receive the product yet and neither I am getting to know the ETA of delivery.
                                The price of this product is now increased by almost 50% and the product is showing as available in stock!!!

                                I believe myntra is not willing to sell the product anymore in the discounted amount and that's why it is delaying the product for me so that eventually I cancel the order.

                                  I had ordered 2 products and one got delivered on 14 oct with order number[protected]-2053503. I had done the payment online. I had received the mail and message about the delivery. The number of the delivery agent mentioned in message/email is not proper. He had told he will deliver it to the security guard and now i'm not able to get it. I tried to contact him to ask the guard name but i'm unable to do the same. Kindly help.

                                    I have forgotten my password and cannot login my account. I have few items to return and have requested customer care to help me login my account but it's a week and i have no response

                                      I am reopening the issue as it showed a resolved status whereas this never got resolved. Company did not try to reach me out nor is it accepting any complaint via email.
                                      Customer care refuse to take my complaint and nor are they accepting any mail!!

                                      The mail was :

                                      I am highly disappointed at how customers have been treated by myntra support system.
                                      So, i live in hostels where guard recieves the orders, make an entry in register maintained specifically for orders and students collect it after checking the register.
                                      So along with couple of other orders, i ordered american eagle outfitters at rsxxx which got a delivery on 6 th oct 2019 as on app. However, i never received any message on my phone following some network issue due to which i was not aware about deliveries.
                                      However, seeing entry in register, i would collect it. On collection of all my orders, i found this particular order was missing! On checking the app, the delivery was on 6 th october. I tried clicking on contact us option, but reply was 'our team would reach you out".. But never received any call.
                                      I googled customer care number today following my trouble with exchange of one of previous orders and told my ordeal, and
                                      This is the reply
                                      "we can not register your complaint because you are 5 days late' "
                                      I kept trying to convince. Them that i always kept clicking on that stupid app contact us option which kept showing you would reach me out.
                                      He said he can not do anything.
                                      I tried sending them mail regarding the behaviour of customer care, and zero sensitivity towards my problems and efforts towards trying to reach them out.
                                      It is not my fault that network of my phone is weak following which i do not get messages. I tried contacting them via app only. The only thing i did not do was google their number and dialed it but then why have they given contact us facility to us where they say they would call back.
                                      Why cannot they take complaints beyond 5 days period? Why cannot i be given a solution to problem where i am only suffering despite of my efforts of trying to reach them out.?
                                      Why is their no logs for people who have genuinely tapped on contact us so as to let them know that we tried connecting.
                                      I am helpless and clueless on whom to approach!

                                      Dear Team,

                                      Recently I found the package lying along with some uncollected pile of products . It was a mistake from the hostel's guard end who failed to make correct entry . So, I take the complaint back . Although, this all occurred out of human error, but during this incident, I currently came across a gap from Myntra's end of not keeping logs from the app as a proof of efforts taken by customer to reach them out . Hopefully next time, if someone who suffers the same issue should not be given the reason and explanation that I was given . Please assure the clicks of 'contact us ' has been logged with date and time and at least send them an email also, in other option so that customer can not take stand against Myntra of not trying to contact .
