Myntra.com — My Account is Locked and for unlocking there are saying you should have your card details.

I had opened an account in myntra with just my mobile no. After few days due to inactivity as I did not buy anything due to pandemic situation my account got locked. I called up in support for around 15 days but no one called me back and I always received a notification that one of our agent will reach you in 7 mins. Fortunately after 15 days one of their agents called me back and she informed me it is not possible to unlock your account because you did not submit email ID, I asked her any other way ? because there were my myntra credits in my account or can you just give me my credits back in my bank account ? she said no!! I told her when I was signing up email address field was not mandatory so how come its my mistake ? then she told me do you have card details saved ? with your card no. you can unlock. Due to security reasons I dont save my card details. So finally she said not possible to unlock. I was still calm and patient I told her Im trying to sign up again with my mob no. but still im not able to. Then she informed me ma'am with same mob no. you cant sign up again. I mean what the heck myntra isnt unlocking my account, neither giving me my credit points (money) and now they are telling me bring a new mob no. just to sign up to use their cheap mobile application??? Myntra is fraud. I told that agent that, I want to speak with your boss, next day some one called me saying he was her lead, but by his responses I dont believe that he was her lead. It was her colleague only . I told him now I want my money at least I dont want to use your cheap application so he he informed that his higher authority will call me up. Its been 10 days now, no one called me up. Is this myntra's strategy to rob customers money ?? and what kind of support they provide ? if email address is necessary for details then please keep that field as mandatory while signing up, neither I received any notification saying please complete your details. I request please help me in getting money from myntra.
