I had ordered a Kook and Keech Grey and Black Sliders. The payable amount of my Order is Rs. 404 but I had paid my delivery boy Rs. 505 but he didn't returned me my balance back. He was riding a red colour bike and was wearing a red tshirt. He didn't even call me before delivering my product. So I request myntra to give my balance back of Rs. 101 as soon as possible.

    I love shopping to myntra but i have exchange a delivery at 14th april so the delivery boy behaviour was not good at all, he said that even myntra cannot removed him to his job.
    i request to myntra to taking him out to their precious company he is a stain in the name of you.

      Recently on March 18 2021, I had placed an order in Myntra for my 10-year-old nephew as a gift for him.(order id[protected]-5170501.and its cost was Rs.1090 which I made online. the order includes 3 sets of T-shirts and a single cargo pant.on March 24 we received the first package with 3 T-shirts which was perfectly fine and we were happy. and waited for the second item, on March 29 we received the second package and he ran to me to show the gift getting opened. But it made us disappointed as the package was of an entirely different product, a large size ladies pant entirely different in color and shape and also without any inside cover or tags it was just rolled and kept inside the myntra cover which was sealed properly, I couldn't find any tampering to that plastic cover.

      Within hours I send an email to myntra support with the images and raised return pickup, next day itself return to pick up agent came to me I handed over the product .then they compared it with the image in the order and told me that they can't take it as it is different!. again I had several conversations and call with customer support regarding this.

      On the last day when I checked the status, it is showing that the issue is resolved. So I call them again, now they claim that they had an investigation on the issue and confirmed that they send the right product and the seller of that product doesn't have the item I received. also, they got a clean sheet on their records. so they can't take back the product.

      Now I have no choice other than to write my issue here. hope they will find a solution for my loss. this is my first experience in the last 10 years of online shopping.

      The Desirable Solution

      # I don't want a refund. I want the same product I ordered which was a gift for my nephew and he liked it very much as it is in the image.

      # If they cant send me that just take this back and refund me.

        I placed an order on myntra on 28th march for Rs.1198 and the payment got debited from my account but order was not placed. On myntra it is written to wait for 7 days for these cases. When I didn't got my refund I called the customer care, they told me they did not received my payment due to payment gateway issueand to check with bank. The bank told me that I made the payment with google pay I have to check with them. Gpay customer care told that the transaction was successfully completed. The payment is there in my bank account statement too. Please help me regarding it, i am attaching my account statement for te same.

          * return of a Fab Alley dress was taken by the Myntra courier on 27.02.2021
          When I didn't get the return msg in mail, I complaint regarding this in customer support. They want me to provide the name details of the courier person and return receipt. But I don't have these details as nowadays once they take the return they don't provide any return receipt, how a customer can provide the details of the courier person as they send 4/5 agents to a particular locality. I have been to the local courier but they are saying the product is lostor misplaced from their end. Many times I have explained same details to the Myntra supervisors but they are saying that they haven't received the return and so they can't issue a refund.
          One important thing, this particular product's exchange window was closed when I opted for a return as the app was declining the return many times when the return window was open, so the customer support has approved the return request and the day I received the msg of return accepted, that day itself the product was picked up.
          In this case the local courier company is telling me a different scenario of the product getting lost and on the other end they are telling a different scenario to Myntra that the product was never picked up and thus 'Return was cancelled' from their end.
          * In the second case I received a different product and so I returned it and they have put my product 'return on hold' as the local courier couldn't matched with the product they had in their system.
          Now my return on hold has been cancelled to 'product delivered'.
          I have been in touch with Myntra for these two issues constantly but they are just refusing the matter.
          I have even requested to Myntra where to share the CCTV footage so that they can check which delivery agents have picked up the products but they seems not to refund back the value.
          It's a big harrasment since more than a month as I have been their regular customer since 3 yrs but this has never happened except my last two return pickups...
          Kindly help me to get either the products or the refund.

            I placed an order on Myntra on 9 APRIL 2021.
            I have done the payment through Mobiwik wallet the payment was successful and amount also deducted, however order was not placed its more than 48 hours now still I don't got any refund

              I ordered a mango dress to gift to my sister, but she didnt liked the dress, that dress was tried twice once by my sister n once by me, within a week i returned the dress with all the tags, it was it is, but my return was put on hold, when I complained they said they will reship it to me, now its reshipped to me i want to raise a complaint that why my return was put on hold, that dress wasnt worn by anyone also the tags were same

                The product was delivered on 30th March. But since we do not want this product, we raised a return request.

                This was declined as it is not having price tag. The product came without price tags, but Myntra is not accepting this.

                    My Myntra account has been locked without notice me.when I contact customer care he told they unable to reactivate account.They say that there is breach of policy.I received mail from them regarding the resolution provided by them after the wait of one full month stating that my account has bee deactivated from myntra side due to breach of Myntra fair usage policy.

                    I would like to inform myntra that I am Myntra's very old Customer since 2015. Placing orders since 2015.and a genuine Customer as you can have a look into this about my history. I have not voilated any of the myntra rules intentionally .

                    Its my humble request to please activate my account. In future i will make sure there should not be any breach of the policy. I have waited one month to solve this issue. I dont want to return any of the product But want to order more orders. please consider this case.There are lot of myntra insider points are there.

                        Fake Puma Shoes delivered with a Tag of Original.

                        The Shoes from outside looked similar to original. Therefore I thought its an Original pair of shoes. However, the first time I wore it it pained my leg since I have rod in my leg. As soon as I checked the sole of the shows, i found it was a fake product..

                        The issues are :
                        1. Myntra is allowing its sellers to sell fake product ( Here, seller name is Omnitech retail)br...

                        I have been a regular (elite) Myntra customer for more than a decade now.
                        This was the first time I ran into an issue with my orders, but the way the customer care has behaved has left a very sour taste. They have clearly lost one customer now.
                        I ordered a few items, which were delivered in several shipments. Two such shipments when delivered, did not have all the items that were supposed to come.
                        On raising complaint, the customer care reassured me that appropriate action will be taken. I raised complaints through helpdesk after which I received two calls where I had to tirelessly explain the case over and over for 30 minutes. I was assured I will have the response on April 7. And then I was in for a rude shock when on 7th I checked the help center on the app and the customer care had shamelessly closed the complaint as resolved, citing that the products must have been delivered because their logistic partner says so.
                        I lost 5 items and 5k with this blatant lie and denial of the customer care. Not I am not in country and all they write back is about how they cant reach me on phone and hence have to close the complaint!

                        Has anyone ever faced similar issue and managed to resolve?

                            On 31st March 2021, I placed an order of crocodile trackpant on myntra worth rupees 1044. Amount from my bank got deducted but myntra app showed me that order didn't take place. I put two queries related to this on myntra but it got disappeared by itself and customer services of mytra are just [censored].

                              Hi,
                              I had ordered an outfit from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange/refund for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. I called up the Myntra customer care and they told me that Myntra return policy is of 7 days. But when i had ordered it ws of 30 days. I want a refund of the same.

                                I ordered 3 products from Myntra. On the day of delivery, I only received 2 products in package. I raised complaint to Myntra customer care, but they closed the ticket without resolution, and told they cannot do anything about it.

                                  27 Feb 2021 - I ordered a women's shoe from Myntra.com for my
                                  mother.

                                  6 March 2021- Shoe was delivered. Tried on the shoe but was too
                                  small, so put an exchange request. Myntra promises
                                  exchange by 13 March.

                                  13 March - Myntra says exchange delayed to 17 March

                                  17 March - No delivery

                                  21 March - I raised a complaint for the delay in exchange

                                  27 March - Myntra cancels my exchange due to "internal issue"

                                  28 March - I put a second exchange request for the shoe. Myntra
                                  promises exchange by 3 April.

                                  3 April - Exchange rejected. Reason - shoe had dust on it's sole
                                  because customer tried it on to check size. I was asked to
                                  contact customer care to resolve issue and my return
                                  window closes on 5 April.

                                  The Delivery agent and his manager told me the shoes were not acceptable because the sole was dirty, meaning I used it. Now check the pictures below and tell me how those two spots make the shoe unacceptable for exchange.

                                  Myntra says you can try on the shoe and if not satisfied can exchange or return the product.
                                  But when the customer actually tries it on and got two grains of dust on the shoe's sole as clearly every shoe they deliver is in perfect condition, no dust, no scuff marks and only the customer can do all that by taking the shoe out for 5 mins to check if it fits.

                                  FINAL WORD- This is no freak accident. This is what these big online retailers screw over their customers.
                                  --- Tell the customer, they try on their products to check size.
                                  --- Customer tries on the product and when they aren't satisfied and
                                  request an exchange.
                                  --- Delay deliveries till return window closes so options are limited
                                  --- Then on exchange attempt. Give customer some nonsense
                                  reason to refuse exchange and blame the customer.
                                  --- Mislead the customer by telling to call Myntra customer care to
                                  resolve issue on same day.
                                  --- Customer calls the company and gets told to wait for a week for
                                  an update
                                  --- Return window expires and now customer can't exchange product
                                  again

                                  This is the actual internal policy of these big retailers to screw over powerless customers and this must be stopped.
                                  I want the shoe returned and a full refund.
