[Resolved]  Myntra.com — My Order delivered to a stranger

I placed the order on 2 July 2021. on 7 July I got email and SMS saying the order was delivered but me or someone I know haven't received it till now. I didn't even got a proper call from the delivery guy. I already paid for my order. And they delivered to someone else. I made the order from my savings and it meant a lot to me.
However I registered a product complaint on their website on July 7. And on the next day I got sms saying your issue has been resolved. But they still haven't done anything yet. Neither I got my refund nor the product.

I didn't expected this from a company like yours. I'm highly disappointed. It is such a shame.
