I had placed an order for two frocks in Myntra by paying full amount of Rs 3198. Expected date of delivery was on 8th May 2024. On 7th May my Myntra app showed that my order is delivered, where as I didn't receive any order. I didn't receive any call from delivery agent or notification from Myntra either.
I checked in our apartment gate entry app and didn't find any entry from Myntra on 7th. Also I personally checked with our apartment security and they confirmed that there was no delivery to my flat on 7th May.
So on 7th May itself I contacted Myntra customer service and registered a complaint. As there was no futher updates, I contacted Myntra customer service again on 9th and 13th. They told me to wait till 14th May. On 14th May, Myntra team contacted me and informed that the investigation is going on and I need to wait for 3 more days. And finally after 3 days, ie today, 17th May, I contacted Myntra customer service and came to know that I need to wait for another 48hrs.
I am writing this mail with deep grief and disappointment. I neither got my order nor the refund till now, despite several calls and communications with Myntra. Only the dates are being extended. I have attached my invoice. Please look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
