Myntra.com — Myntra Customer Service

I used to be a happy and satisfied customer of myntra, but in my last order all my reviews about myntra has changed and their Service have become horrible now .

My Product was supposed to be delivered on March 6 and when i check its says its delayed, Since then i was calling to the customer care and nobody even bother to confirm the actual delivery date / Estimate date .

Then after multiple follow-up i decide to cancel then Myntra said i cannot cancel the order as well . Which means i have to wait for infinity to get their parcel / Refund .

Such a pathetic and horrible and they have a worst customer support, they should really train their agent how to talk to the customer . This would be my last purchase from Myntra .
