I have ordered 2 items worth rs 2258 and cancelled it. Only part of thr refund was credited to my account which was 549 and remaining 1709rs wasn't credited.

    I placed a order on Myntra for a Highlander Men white & Blue Slim fit printed casual shirt (size 44) on 10 dec 2022
    Order ID # 1222522 [protected] .
    On 18 Dec 2022 I received a parcel containing navy blue - mustard colour women sweatshirt (size m). I had initiated the return and provided them with necessary thing which was required for return. Return request was approved but the delivery man did not collect the product as it was not same as mentioned in the order. Declined the return request.After several call to customer care they initiated the return which again declined. I have called them several times they ask for 48 hours to resolve but never resolve. It has been 22 days since I received the wrong product . I want my money back and just return the wrong product

        Hi,

        I have ordered Hush Puppies (Men White Synthetic Regular Height Sneakers) worth: 3149 rs which was delivered on 14 Dec but instead of getting the correct product i got old dirty different shoes ( used one) .

        I raised exchange request multiple time but every time delivery denied accepting the exchange with the reason - item is different i can't accept (That's why i am exchanging) .

        From that day i have raised 6 tickets, talked to customer care more than 10 times, escalated issue to supervisor but no result at all .
        This is very frustrating to call customer care every day and explain the same issue, request them .

            I have purchased eego italy sandal in myntra. Order delivered in 5th Jan 2023. I used the product on 8th January 2023 in my class. After 1 day using product getting damaged. I spended 689rs for this. After contacting customer care, they said only unused product can be returned or exchanged. So if I want to purchase a product, there is no demo product is there. But based on belief I purchased.

              I placed an order of nike women white court vision low sneakers on 20/12/2022 which cost's Rs. 3, 912 and my order number is # 1223415 [protected], Wrong product (black used and torn shoes) was delivered on 25/12/2022, and when i placed a return for it, on the next day the myntra executive refused to pick it up as it was a different product. So i raised a compliant on their customer service, but the only solution they gave was to wait for 24 hours and its been more than 10 days. No action has been taken, they are just delaying the issue. i have called them numerous times but every time i call or message them they are just delaying and telling to wait for more 24 hours.
              I would like to request a refund for the issue.

                Myntra clearly denied for giving me any refund as they said package was shipped properly from our end after that it's your own responsibility either you receive the package or not.

                    Myntra is not helping me and My item was missing from package and Myntra clearly said that order was shipped properly from our side, . That's all .
                    Now it's your own responsibility either you receive or not .
                    Myntra is not responsible from their end and clearly denied for any refund or item ....

                    Product Type-2 mango trousers and 1 Roadster jacket, Order id-1223488, Date of Purchase-19/12/2022, Amount paid-2470, Myntra complaint no:- IN[protected]
                    I had ordered three items and they were of wrong size. I raised exchange request for correct size but Myntra was not allowing exchange from same address of delivery. They forced to raise request from another address(pin code). Then without attempting delivery, they put the item on HOLD saying price tags are not there. I informed them that every item is unwashed, unused with their tags intact. They approved exchange but again delivery was not attempted. Then they marked items as lost from their end. Later, they waited for exchange window to expire and then cancelled the exchange themselves. I asked them to exchange the product but they are closing all support tickets and not responding on customer support. It is causing mental harassment as the escalation officer is also not taking complaint. Wasted days on this

                        I am unable to view "orders" either in the mobile app or laptop browser.

                        Steps to reproduce on Google chrome (Version 108.0.5359.125) running on Windows 10 Operating System:

                        Go to --Profile--Orders, displays the screen as per the screenshot.

                        Steps to reproduce on ios app, version 4.2212.0 running on iOS 14.

                        Go to --Profile--Orders, displays the screen as per the screenshot.

                        NOTE:

                        1. On the mobile app,

                        the app was re-installed and the cache was also cleared.

                        2. On the browser,

                        the browser cache was cleared and the website was accessed in incognito mode.

                        I have raised the complaint 2 times to myntra but no resolution

                          In this era of modifying and improving CUSTOMER service almost eveyday for hassle free experience here comes the ### experience I can ever have from the one and only @myntra @iammyntra . I repeat and request please value your CUSTOMER's time, patience, efforts and loyalty. 1 week of everyday calls of 30 mins each, no HELP served !!! Now it almost feels like beating my head against a brick !!! Kudos @myntra what an amazing CUSTOMER experience served !!!

                          I ordered a dress women abstract tie die kurta which got delivered on december 17th. The packet was torn so the delivery boy called and asked me to come, check and take the parcel as the packet is torn he cannot keep it in security. I went on to collect it and found the cloth in good condition so I took the parcel to try and check, the delivery boy didn't provide me with the packet. The dress was badly fit hence i wanted to return it . I went on to the app and to my shock the product was never delivered to me. It showed on the site that the product was RTO ( Return to the origin ) which was bizzare. I reached out to the CUSTOMER CARE they said some technical glitch, so i reached back again on 21st, 23rd, 24th when i didn't receive a response. They again assured they will give a prompt reply which I didn't receive. Then they asked for the product tag and image, i provided them with the same, they asked me to mail them also because there was some glitch in my app, i did that also, then after 4 days they asked me for the invoice i informed them that the delivery boy as informed before never gave me the packet, after calling for again 6 days I get a response that they wont refund me the amount.

                          1. Poor packaging - torn packet ( company fault )
                          2. Poor system - ( delivery boy delivered but marked it as Rto )
                          3. Poor deliVERY SERVICE - ( he took the money in his personal account )
                          4. CUSTOMER CARE harassed me and wasted my time for legit 15 days

                          All these pain to just listen a no, myntra cheated me with 1302 rs and my enough of productive time, efforts and patience.

                          I hope something can be done in this regard.

                            I placed an order for a Biba Suit costing Rs. 4796. In place of this product, an old, used red male Shirt was delivered to me. Since then I have been raising a return request to pick up the wrong item and refund my money, but unfortunately Myntra is not able to complete the return request. The courier person coming to pick up the item is not aware that he has to pick up a different product.
                            I raised the complaint to customer care by providing the images of wrong product along with bar code, but customer care declined the return request saying that the correct product has been sent to me from there warehouse. I am a loyal cutomer of Myntra since last 8-10 years, such FRAUD has happened for the first time.
                            I have written to there Grievance Officer as well, however, there is no response till date.
                            Strict action should be taken against Myntra for cheating people.

                              Myntra delivered a wrong product and when i returned, They rejected it saying quality issue. How can there be a quality issue on wrong product sent? Even One the customer care representative was not agreeing that the product delivered is different. Attaching the images of what was order and what was delivered.

                                I have ordered Nike shoes from Myntra and I got a wrong and used product on 15 Dec 2022. I shared video and images to Myntra care and they after several requests and sharing the proofs again and again approved my return on 23 Dec 2022.

                                And the pick up was done the next day.

                                Now I have nothing, neither that pair nor what I have paid for. They asked me to wait for 24 hours and the status will be updated to refund has been initiated but that didn't happened yet and the order status still shows - delivered, then they asked me to wait for 31 Dec.

                                Then they again asked for 24 hours.
                                Now they are asking the same thing and replying me with the same message of we need 24 hours more to solve the issue.

                                One employee of them told me that my complaint has been closed and then the senior told that we are working on it.

                                I need help in getting my refund amount of Rs. 3122.

                                I am being humiliated by not even providing me the correct details. They are just extending the deadline and wasting my time.

                                The pickup is done on 24th Dec 2022 and confirmed the same with the Myntra care on that same day. I explained complete scenario and now they have wasted my time and the harrasment was real. Now they are saying that they have not received any product on their desk. That's not my issue, that must be between you and your associate courier partner who picked up the box and called me for cancellation. Myntra suggested me not to share any OTP and wait for 48 hours to get the status updated.

                                It's a very bad thing happened to me as I have now nothing, not what I have ordered, not the product I received and not even the money I have wasted on Myntra.

                                They are seriously humiliating their customers. Not helping at all

                                  I ordered a ether green man jacket on 21 December 2022 but i recieved a used ether green jacket . Tried to contact with support team thrice but didn't recieved any satisfying response .They were taking the case as a grant and avoiding the matter.

                                    I orderd 1 products at very low price but myntra cancelled the product after 20 days of order date by giving a message that order has been cancelled because they can't deliver that product at my pincode but the product is deliverable on my pincode at high price (twice at which I ordered) and that product was deliverable on my pincode that time also when I was ordered. The product was shipped that was showing on their tracking status, but after 20 days they cancelled my product without my permission . They are making fool to customers and wasting customer's time. If I'll go to court for this then Myntra will compelled to pay compensation. Suggest me I should move to court or Myntra will solve my problem.

                                      I have ordered an anouk kurta form myntra. But due to quality issues i requested a a return. Return was picked after 2 days of request. Later i received the message that return has failed quality checks as tags were missing. I mean how??? why they have picked at first place if tags were not found. I clearly remember that tags were still intact in the item. Its been more than a week, but i have not received any updates. Its only showing your return request is rejected. But what after that? I have paid for product. Myntra is not even accepting the return and not even shipping it back to me. Atleast i can donate it to someone needy.
                                      Also, There is no correct way to register your complain in myntra account. Kindly resolve this issue. Really annoyed with this experience.
