I ordered a few tshirts from Myntra as a gift for a friend. One, out of the 4 tshirts, was different. I have been trying to return it/ exchange it and get refund for it since the past 10 days. I have shared pictures and the whole case with Myntra, their executives and escalation manager 3 times. They have declined the request to return the wrong product by saying that they have 'reinvestigated' the issue and that they delivered the product after quality check. Now, they're telling me that they can't do anything anymore as this is the last final step to resolve the issue. I have no now keep a wrong product that they delivered, is not o[censored]se, lost my money also, had a horrible customer service experience from their executives. Nobody is giving any solution whatsoever. I have been using myntra for over 10 years now and it's terrible to see the stage it has come to. I will now stop using the website. But want my issue to be heard by people and Myntra so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Was this information helpful? |
