Myntra.com — myntra is not providing pick up service in case of my return item. they are asking for self ship.

Hi,
I had ordered online on myntra for romee maroon & blue solid ac room 150 gsm reversible double bed comforter. They had delivered on my address on 08.01.2019 and the same day i processed for return the items online due to the poor fabric. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

I had ordered a jacket from myntra and the payment got deducted but my order was not placed ...I ordered it on 22 December and myntra said that money will be refunded in 6 to 7 days but it is still not refunded

I have ordered 2 jeans from myntra i returned them nd both the jeans were picked up on 20 and 21 dec 2018.
On 29 dec i got the refund of one jeans while other jeans refund has not been credited to my account till now.
I have been trying to contact the customer care but it never connects.

I had ordered one blazer from Myntra and got it deliverd to me on 18th December 2018, but it was a wrong product and i made the return immediately on the same date.

Till 3rd January 2019 I am not getting any response on same, every customer care agent is fooling me that they have raised the complaint

I am having the same issue and landed to this site while hunting answers. Was your problem resolved? Was your return item picked up from your doorstep?
