Myntra.com — Myntra pickup not done despite multiple follow-ups and grievance emails, due to which my payment is stuck

Hello,

I am writing to raise a complaint against Myntra for not completing the pickup process for my return order, despite multiple follow-ups, calls, and emails to their customer support and grievance team.

Because of this delay, my refund/payment is still pending, and there has been no proper update or action even after several commitments from their side.

Order date: 2nd oct -2025

Pickup scheduled dates: (mention all promised pickup dates)

Contacted through: Email to [protected]@myntra.com, Myntra app, and Instagram post — no resolution yet.

This issue has caused major inconvenience and financial blockage, as the product remains with me and my payment is stuck.

I request Myntra to take immediate action to arrange the pickup and initiate my refund without further delay.
