Today (June 22, 2020) i received 2 of the products from order #[protected]-9252101 from myntra.
1st product, the roadster tshirt has no issue and is good.

This complaint is regarding the
Nike men white solid flight legacy leather mid-top sneakers. I have received a pair of different shoes that too without any tags or any marking. I went on to myntra app to register them for an exchange, it lead me to return and get the money back. I have now registered them there with amount to return to my myntra credits.

I then got a visit from myntra delivery person to pick up the product with return number: [protected]. The person inspected the product and declared it not to be the same as what is in the description of product.

Hence i am left with some bad quality unwanted shoes from myntra for rs. 4586.61.

I am trying to call myntra support, but not any any response, as well as i wrote a mail to [protected]@myntra.com to which i received a response saying "we are currently not accepting emails sent directly to [protected]@myntra.com."

Now if i want to buy those same shoes again i have to pay an extra 1000 bucks, i don't want that. Please help me out with this order from myntra. I want to get them exchanged for the original ones, that i ordered.

Also, i have faced a similar issue in past with order #[protected]-1182501 where i didn't receive the product itself and i had to buy again at a higher price.
