[Resolved] Myntra.com — No confirmation message/email received

I placed an order today from myntra for a pair of jeans and a top. I have paid the money online and even got a message from SBI about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. when i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. so i have given a complain to them online. they sent a message saying one of their customer service member will attend to my problem within 24 hours. Im still waiting. im worried. i either want the confirmation message and the product or i want my money back. dont get ur customers mad. someone better attend my complain quick.

I got the refund within 4 days. I placed the order on 12/9/16 and got the cashback on 16/9/16. They called and confronted about the issue. Thank you. And I sincerely apologize for being rude. Sorry

I placed an order 2nd August from myntra for a pair of shoe. I have paid the money through Paytm Postpaid and even got a message from Paytm about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. when i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. so i have given a complain to them online. they said the money is returned in 72 hours. today i called one more time now they are saying it will take time to solve your problem. And now they are saying that it will take time till 11th. Im still waiting. im worried. i either want the confirmation message and the product or i want my money back. dont get ur customers mad. someone better attend my complain quick.
