I’m writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction in most of my recent Myntra orders. Talking about my most recent one - I placed an order this Monday (23rd October) which was 5 days ago. I had an estimated delivery date given as next Tuesday ie. 31st October - which is ok. Most times, they tend to deliver way before the ETA. However, this time, I’m closing towards the end of the 5th day and I still have no update on even where my order is! Can you believe that the order has not even been shipped yet. And I spoke to the customer care on call, who promised that I will get the product before time over the weekend as the pickup of the product is from a warehouse in the same city as mine. And funny part is, the Myntra app somehow shows the pickup was to be done yesterday, and even today it shows yesterday’s date, but since it wasn’t done, it is left unticked. My point being, are they not tracking my these details and making regular updates? If it wasn’t shipped yesterday, that should at least be updated. But howsoever, no update from Myntra, and the delivery partner obviously can’t give any update till the my haven’t been able to pick the product up from the merchant… I have utterly no words. Such slow/delayed updates at this time and year, is pathetic! It would make more sense to get the product in a days time from Amazon with my prime membership! Was this information helpful? |
