On 8 Oct. I placed a order on myntra that tracking number is : MYSC[protected]
When I am trying to track it saying delivery failed on 12 October and 13 October. Delivery guy never call me for delivery. And when I receive the message for out for delivery on that message i got delivery guy phone number that is [protected] PIn 175. And I called on this number and delivery guy says hi is not going to deliver it today maybe hi will try next day. But the same thing happened next day hi did not deliver my order and when I called him hi said I don’t have your package I left that in office and maybe someone else will deliver it. But that day also I didn’t receive that and I got messages saying ‘ Delivery Failed: Sorry, We're facing some issues in delivering your order with 1 Levis Jeans and 3 more items. But don't worry. We're coming soon. - Team Myntra.’. After that no call no update from myntra. I Emailed there customer support but no reply. I called there customer support 100 time but no reply. I chat with there customer support 100 time they give same sill excuse and every time telling me to wait for next 24 to 48 hours. I tag all the screen shot to myntra and CEO of mynta on Tweeter from there also they keep saying me wait for next 24 to 48 hours. It's been 10 days already I don't Know when there 24 hous will be end. i bought that on sale but not price are high now I can't order same thing again because now price are high. It's very frustrating to me. But mantra keep thing on mind i need that items any how. I will do everything for get that order. Even if i need file a consumer complaint in court I will do that. Because you are making fool to us.

    I ordered a t shirt from Myntra week ago it was on sale and my total bill was 229/- and I saved 800/- I was happy to see how Myntra was selling anything this cheap and expected delivery date was 19th October and unfortunately the delivery delayed and today when I checked the delivery info I found that it was cancelled they were saying that...

    "I checked the records & I am sorry that the specific order was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. Unfortunately, this action cannot be undone at the moment.You can always place another order from our App/Website to get the items again."

    But now I will not get that tshirt in that price again it was not my fault at all why they have to sell something if they don't want to deliver it

      I raised an issue in Myntra that the delivery boy assigned for the pickup of my return product didn't check and mentioned product mismatch but I asked to reschedule as I'm not available at my place and didn't do this. The product I ordered is very cheap in quality and I want to return this. What to do now

        I had ordered 4 products on opening the package I fond only 2 items. And later got the msg that all 4 items has been delivered. Raised the issue with myntra customer care. And they acknowledge the issue and let me know that they would resolve it by 17th Oct with in 5 -6 days. And had also mentioned to them the package may have been tampered as I see the package was glued from bottom which was slightly open. And it didn't had bill as well in package. And I did confirm with delivery person and he asked to raise it with mantra. And after 6 days on 17th Oct they told that they will not be able to deliver the product or refund as they have recording of packing it. So please help me in this regard as see the package was tampered and told the same on call with both delivery person and customer care. I do have call recording. Please do help me resolve it.

          - Got used and wrong product delivered in original package and myntra is denying return

          I ordered a Philipps trimmer but got used nova trimmer in Philips box. They are not returning or exchanging this order despite complaining many times. Awful experience...

          We order the three products from Myntra and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th of October but it came early that is 20th of October at this moment at the time of 4:00 p.m. we have actually not present at home so we asked the delivery boy is he could deliver the product 23 hours later which he refused but later we also asked if he would be able to deliver it to a different location still he denied and then we ask again if he could deliver it the next day and then he refused and he started miss behaving he said that you can do what ever you want I will not deliver please

            Product Name : Zastraa Women Black Solid Loose Fit Regular Shorts
            Refund Amount : Rs.528

            This order was cancelled and I'm trying to get my refund from past 1 month. Raised multiple complaints which were resolved without my consent. I have shared my bank statement with Myntra as a proof that the refund is not credited but no resolution.

            No update on the complaint yet. Still haven't received the refund which has been pending for almost 2 months now.

              Refused to pick up the damaged product delivered

              Received a damaged product from Myntra, But while trying to return it is showing that pick up is not available in my location. I tried with almost all locations in India, but nothing is working. If they are able to deliver the damaged product, why they are not picking up. Or else I have uploaded the image of the damaged item, But they refused to give the refund....

              I had returned the wrogn t-shirt ordered one day before but did not receive any refund amount yet and also the guy checked the product he told all is well but till not received the amount this is for the first time I have faced such a problem from Myntra please. Myntra team refund all my amount back and in the app its showing like quality check not passed but everything was well good the guy checked it and confirmed please resolve this query as soon as possible.

                My amount got debited from airtel payment bank and the transaction got successfull but the order did not reflected in my myntra account and it has been over 72 hours niether the amount nor the order is credited to my account

                  Issue regarding the return of Van Heusen purse, I recently ordered from Myntra. I trust that you will be able to assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

                  i wanted to retrn the product as i did not like the material.On the scheduled pickup date, the delivery person informed me that there was another tag inside the bag of the product.I would like to clarify that when I received the product, there was no mention of any additional tag.. Also while ordering these wasn't any mention of this tag.

                  This experience has been rather distressing, as I believe I am being subjected to unnecessary inconvenience through no fault of my own.

                      I placed an order for a black shoe on approximately September 1st, but received a green one between September 7th to 10th. Unhappy with the color, I initiated an exchange. Despite multiple attempts to return the item, it was only picked up on October 4th. Opting for Myntra credits to expedite the refund process upon quality verification, I expected the resolution by today, October 14th. However, Myntra has been consistently postponing the refund process, frustratingly extending it to at least October 17th upon my latest inquiry. This ongoing ordeal has spanned one and a half months without any sign of resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to repeatedly chase Myntra for a refund that should have been processed efficiently. The item was received by them on October 8th and successfully passed the quality check, but my money is still pending as of October 14th. Their continued delay in providing a definitive refund date is exasperating. I initially made the purchase before the Durga Puja festival around September 1st, ensuring preparedness for any unforeseen circumstances. However, the current situation has pushed the resolution date to almost Ponchomi, which leaves me questioning when I should place an order again after that. The experience with Myntra's service has been extremely disappointing, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless.

                        I had ordered a product from Myntra on 5 of September 2023 after few days I received the product. The product was adidas shoes with Order ID # 1245798 [protected] that was tight I exchanged it on 14 of sep pick up boy came and picked up my shoes but now it’s 13 of oct I still not received my product. I went to ekart office they said Myntra received the product on 25 they gave the bag id also i’e EBLPDEL[protected] and also pickup tracking id MYSR[protected]. The seller received my product but I still not received my exchange so now through consumer complaint I want to resolve my issue this order was prepaid the amount is rupees 1548 it’s been a 40 days now they didn’t give me any update Myntra executive said u have to wait for 24 to 48 hour but it’s been a month now they didn’t help me pls resolve my issue . ASAP

                          I have paid through snapmint app to buy Myntra my for a reason I didn't order that product and they give me Myntra credit and with those credit I bought other products on Myntra and thary are cancelling all my orders

                            I purchased products in a bunch which was around 5K. After discount it was around 4600. They mentioned about the interest while payment check-out but didn't mention about the bank's processing fee and other GST charges.
                            This is a clear malpractice. They should explicitly show all the charges on the payment gateway. Image is attached that they didn't mention about the procession fee and other charges.br...

                            Cancelled order and increased the price of the product

                            I had ordered a product on Myntra on Oct 8th, 2023 and the cost of the product was Rs. 2376, with the coupon FESTIVESAVINGS, the price of the product was Rs. 2019. I also have the Myntra Kotak credita card, so I got an additional discount, and the final price I paid was the on-going sale and cost of the product was Rs. 1716.

                            I am writing to seek assistance and intervention regarding the expiration of my Myntra credits, which amounted to INR 563. The credits were set to expire on October 5, 2023, and were associated with the gift card numbered [protected].

                            Myntra had duly notified me about the impending credit expiration on the specified date. However, during that time, my schedule was exceptionally busy, and I inadvertently overlooked the notification. I deeply regret not being able to utilize the credits before their expiry.

                              I have ordered 2 sofa covers of charcoal grey colour from Myntra but I recieved the wrong product. I was delivered light grey item. I had been requesting for the pickup since 27th September but till now the pick up is not done.
                              Everyday I get a message in the morning that my product will be picked today and in the evening I get a bunch of messages and mail saying the pickup failed because the customer cancelled the pickup, which is a false update. No one came to pick or contact me regarding the pickup till now.
                              Everyday, I chat with the Myntra customer care and they say they have raised a ticket but they literally do nothing about it.
                              The AWB number that they have given me from Delhivery courier service for pickup are: [protected] and [protected] for the two sofa covers.
                              I want them to pick the product and refund money back.
