Hello,

Myntra also started cheating the customer, as while check out it is showing the discount applied and while payment it is showing the complete amount.

Also customer care started claiming the customer dont know how to booked the order and they are not willing to cancel the order(which i am not getting the option to cancel my self).

At last they will keep you amount in your account for 20+...

I had order Myntra e-gift card on 24th December.
It was pre-paid payment and 2400 INR was debited and received by Myntra instanatly.
A valid gift card was to be received through email which should contain gift card number, PIN and expiry date.
But till date I have not received any such email from Myntra.

I was shopping on myntra. Order was placed yesterday night 19 january and the money was debited from the account. No email came as to confirming the order placed. Raised a return request for the item and i received a message from myntra side having associate name and contact numner. I called on that number its switched off and that person didn't come for pickup nor contact me.
At the end of day i received a message from myntra that pickup failed. And this is happening second time. Its very unexpected thing from mynta side.
Even i wrote a mail to [protected]@myntra.com. But they send reply...

I have purchased 3 items and want to return all the items for various reasons. There are two options for refund method while opting for return. I want to choose refund via bank account not myntra credit. Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account...

Ref num[protected] and name of the person is uhaib. He is talking rude n saying i should stand and tell you the answers and he is asking me to hung up the call when i am enquiring about my cancelled order with out their failed delivery service.

He wantedly stayed silent for minutes to end the call and asking me to end the call. They agreed that it was their miss n mistake and did not attempt to resolve issue at all!!...

I placed an order of amount Rs.2888 on july 14 th 04:18 am in myntra app. I have paid through my icici net banking. The amount was debited and received the transaction id from icici bank but the order confirmation is not reflected in my app as well as i didnt get any mail or message from the myntra.I tried to contact them but all the times it is showing their customer executives are busy....

1) The option of changing the address after the payment I done does not work. Every address even in NCR is shown as not serviceable.
2) The customer care phone number doesn't not redirect you to any service executive. It is only recorded messages on how to use the site and app.
3) The reply to your Complaints through email are useless. They don't give you the solution. Instead they state your problem again.
