[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Not allowing me to return/exchange the product

Hi,
I had ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. I called up the Myntra customer care and they told me that Myntra Insider points were collected for this order so the product cannot be exchanged/returned. I have not opted for the Myntra Insider points and Myntra has added them by themselves. Due to this I am unable to create a return/exchange request. Myntra customer care is saying that I have opted for the Myntra Insider points and I should have got a pop-up for the confirmation. But, I did not get any pop-up for confirmation because I have not selected the Myntra Insider points.

I want either an exchange of the product or return of the product with my refund. This is a serious concern as I am not sure for how many people Myntra has done this.

I want my refund asap.
