[Resolved] Myntra.com — Not allowing me to return/exchange the product | |
Hi, I had ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. I called up the Myntra customer care and they told me that Myntra Insider points were collected for this order so the product cannot be exchanged/returned. I have not opted for the Myntra Insider points and Myntra has added them by themselves. Due to this I am unable to create a return/exchange request. Myntra customer care is saying that I have opted for the Myntra Insider points and I should have got a pop-up for the confirmation. But, I did not get any pop-up for confirmation because I have not selected the Myntra Insider points. I want either an exchange of the product or return of the product with my refund. This is a serious concern as I am not sure for how many people Myntra has done this. I want my refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |
Mar 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The Myntra customer called and they have accepted to return the product and refund me the amount. Pickup has been done today and refund has been initiated. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I had ordered a top from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The product doesn't suit me, but I cannot exchange it. I want an answer from Myntra why?
