I am in need of some genuine help in dealing with Myntra. I am so tired and fed up of them. I have my account registered with email id "bi***.suc**[protected]@gmail.com". The items were an addidas shoe and 2 athena red color coats for women.

All three products have been kept on hold, saying quality check not passed. I am extremely amazed and disappointed to see this tactic from them. All products had the original...

I had placed an order with Myntra on 5th of January 2021.

I’ve returned an item, the same day I received it. It’s been 14-15 days I don’t have the refund yet. Myntra says they’ve issued it from their end and I’ve raised 3 disputed about it with my bank they couldn’t locate any refund from Myntra. This is super annoying. The customer service they have is stupid. No one knows what to do. Even the supervisor not sure about anything. They just keep asking for all my information yet nothing...

I ordered 3 T shirts of the brand H&M and found that the fit was wrong. I put in a return request for all three and their delivery partner Ekart sent someone over to pickup the items. He rejected all 3 saying that the product id does not match on any of them. I hadn't even taken the t shirts out of the packet and all tags were intact. I am using Myntra for the very first time in my life and the very first product ii received was not of good quality and thus returned the product but my accidentally got transferred into Myntra CreditAccount, please transfer my money to my Bank Account. It's a humble request....

Recently I have returned one black kook N keech Disney t-shirt costs 674 rs. on 8th January, 2021 but still I don't get my refund.

Before this I have returned one HRX orange color yoga tight costs 524 rs. on 24 August, 2020 and I didn't get refund.

I tried to contact customer care department many times..
But I didn't get help.
