26th January my order was picked (moda rapido) black jeans (rs. 756) for free alteration by Myntra pickup service. I specifically requested the pick up guy to take my measurements for alternation but he insisted on borrowing a reference trouser which fits perfectly to me for measurements. Without having a second thought I submitted my GANT olive green trouser of wroth rs. 8, 999 which fits perfectly to me to the pick up guy as he promised delivery of both the products within 2 days.
28th jan the alternation marked as delivered on app and I did NOT recieve anything at all. I tried calling the delivery person number but that was and IVR, tried calling on Myntra numbers but it says due to covid we are short on teams. So the only way to get in touch is by raising tickets on their app. I did so and was given a generic response saying within 24-48 hours TAT the issue would be looked into and resolved. To my surprise I did not miss a day taking follow up on the tickets and I recieved the SAME response to wait for another 24 hours. I requested call back from the escalations team and someone named Divya spoke to me. Little did she care to listen to my story she has a generic statement to pass, allow the team for 24 hours and we will get back to you. This has reached limits now and I can't believe a company like Myntra have such a bad staff.
It's almost been more than 15 days that I have been looted by this company/delivery partner. The company does not care for returning my money or investigating this matter. I would like to register an official complaint against this company of occuring a loss of rs.9755 for my personal belongings. PFA for the proof of their quality services.

I had placed an order for a product on myntra. However, due to size issues I had to return the product. On the very next day of the delivery i returned the product to myntra. The delivery boy asked and checked if everything is intact and everything was intact. However, he declined the return saying that the product did not pass the quality check. Upon contacting the customer care they informed that there were no price tags hence it failed the quality check. I asked them as to why would I remove the price tags. I informed them that I returned the product as I received it. I have been shopping with myntra for over 4/5 years now. If I haven't received the price tag at the first place, how can I return the product with the price tags attached? How is it possible, please tell me? It's very easy for you to do this so that the customer won't be able to return the product and the customer has to pay the price of it. Very good policy you people have. And this is not the first time this is happening with me. It has happened with me 1/2 times before also where I didn't receive the tag. I want a call from one of your senior executives right away. I won't be paying the price of your mistake. I'm very clear. It is completely irrational to fail the quality check based on price tags and hold the customer liable for it when its not even the customer's fault. I want the return to be initiated as soon as possible.
