I Placed the order on Saturday 15 may 2021 for blue workout top.On Sunday it got delivered 16 may 2021, As that was small for me i decided to return it and placed return request on that day itself. Product got picked up next day. I chose the myntra points as refund option but after 3 days i got the message product has failed quality check. I did not use that product even the tags were in placed when i returned it, why the hell they updated that status. This seems to me a cheap tactics of myntra to increase sale and reduce return.Why i am suffering i raised the return same day when i got the product, i was dissatisfied with what i received. This is so bad to trouble customer like this. what the hell is wrong with myntra their customer executive also has no respose to my issue they want me to wait another four days. what the hell will you do in those 4 days.

Now Myntra has updated status that product did not meet Quality Standards. if that is the case then you would not have send such Products to customer which are missing quality. Because i returned what i received with tags and the same packet in which the product was delivered to me. This is totally not acceptable i returned product within less than24 hours how can you say that your customer has altered the quality. In this lockdown time people are already filled with anxiety nd on top of that i have to write the complaints for such false issue created by Myntra. i want my refund, you cant play with cheap tactics to trouble your customer. This is totally not acceptable.

    I have order two t-shirts, two pants, one pair of shoes at first . Delivery date was on 16th May but it came on 14th and I was busy in festival (eid). Agent called and said that u got dress. I said I will take tomorrow I was out of station. I mentioned him clearly but he canceled the order . Without informing me and again I ordered one hoodie . Delivery date is on 21st but came on 19th . Agent called me and said .
    I said ok I will take, u can come. Because of technical issues phone pay didn't work I said I will go up and I will take the money and come.
    After coming that Agent was not their and he canceled me ordered.
    This is second time sir . For the first I ordered dresses but ur Agents r so irresponsible and show attitude against the customers this is not fair at all sir.

      I purchased WAHL trimmer from myntra, when I received It I found it defective and not working, I wanted it to get replaced but even though after complaing after so many time they did not exchanged it and refusing to confess that they delivered it defective.

        Hello,
        Myself Yogasmitha a Myntra customer since 5 years now.
        I have credited my account with more than 20000 rupees in last couple of months which are turned into myntra credits from my bank account and able to shop for more than 10k. There are 10k worth of shopping still possible but due to account and password recovery options I cannot retrieve.
        But the call center can see my details of having 2 accounts in which one of the accounts have 9000+ worth of credits. They say it's not possible to retrieve.
        I am surprised in this digital world we not only have ease of shopping cashless but also ease of recovery from these password hassle.

        When I deposit some money in bank account, even if I have 10 rupees credit there is a way to retrieve the password with numerous options, email, ivrs, give letter to bank, proofs of aadhaar, inperson verification.

        I believe constantly that with reputed shopping site like Myntra it is possible to get my hard earned money back. For eg, Amazon came for kyc when I wanted to credit more money for shopping.
        I can give authorisation letter, or come in person, but the customer care, even the supervisor state simple reason that I have no registered email ID so I cannot retrieve.
        Why such accounts are even being allowed to create if I cannot retrieve my password and why do such sites allow customers to deposit the money.
        I need my money back or the account retrieved.
        If this is the policy of websites, then with mere forgetting of password, and credits inside the account, myntra can loot nxno.of accounts to their business at the valued money of customers
        Please support.

          I have ordered on may1st 2021 aurelia kurtaset in myntra.com and i have cancel the same order on may 1st they refund my amount on may 4th and till now i didnt get my amount in my bank account and they have given me a reference number [protected]

            I recently bought a wrangler denim shirt from their app . While paying the transaction failed for the first time but my money got deducted. I didn't receive my refund and it has already been 6 days. I tried contacting them but instead of replying my query was removed . I also emailed them regarding the matter and didn't receive any replies.

                I had placed four orders one for trouser, one that shirt and one flip flops.. It was a gift for someone and hence I sent items for hamper packing. The packing person had scratched the prices thinking it as a gift.

                Unfortunately, the size fit was there for the items. Hence, I placed the return for the same. When the delivery boy come. He rejected the return and said to contact customer support.

                I contacted various representative all day but no one understood my concern and clearly refused for the return of items.. All items costed me around[protected]. And it is all wasted. No one is nearby me to whom I can give those items and worst part is it was a gift to someone. Myntra should understand that customer money is very precious to them. Now I am really worried about the money being wasted and moreover the special day which I have planned for my dear one is also spoiled due to this return issue.

                Even after complaining, requesting many times to Myntra.. I am still getting no positive response... Myntra have worst return policy.. I ordered from many websites but never faced such issues

                  Hi,

                  This is Sudha Chauhan reside at Thane (Maharashtra), i had placed order with Myntra on April 12, 2021 for which they had debited amount of Rs. 696 twice but no refund received till date. Later I again placed order for same product on same date and amount of Rs. 696 was again debited. Order was placed at 3rd attempt.

                  Query was raised with myntra asking for refund amount but they confirmed that myntra have not received any amount twice. Post their confirmation, I had also approached ICICI Bank for same matter but received email from ICICI Bank on May 11, 2021 stating amount has received by Beneficiary Bank.

                  On May 09, 2021, i have placed return request of same order and could see status that refund has been initiated but i haven't received any refund till date.

                  I am frustrated since one month. Both of them are only routing me to one to another. Amount of Rs. 2088 is pending to be refunded (696 + 696 + 696).

                  Please assist in resolving this issue. we are in financial crisis and your support is highly appreciated.

                    The product was delivered on May 5, 2021. Because of bad quality, the request for the return was put forward on the same day. The next day May 6, 2021 the pick up was done. On May 11, 2021..it is updated that the " quality checked failed". Because of the bad quality only the product was returned.

                    Myntra think they can dupe people and take advantage of them. I do shop from other websites too but never had this happened. Refund the amount or check your quality before delivering the product. I will definitely screw you all, if I don't get my refund. You can just play whenever you want.

I received a call from a person name aishwarya phn number +[protected]. she told me he is the hr of myntra, and told me someone is calling you for your first round interview. The number from where I received call was +[protected]. After sometime Mr. aishwarya again call me and asked few questions to check my communication skills. I replied those in a fine way. Then after sometime Mr vivek singh told me that I am selected in myntra and give a offer letter through my WhatsApp and told me that I have to pay rupees 3000 for security deposit. I belongs in a poor middle class family. Seeing the offer letter I thought that it is true and I pay the amount in the account which the sms me. Then he told that it will take 5 days to courier. I attached all the prove with this. Please give me a resolution for it. I am a very poor girl who needs to help my family. Please give the resolution.

                              I have ordered nike air shoes from myntra.
                              I have received those shoes without original box or tag. The shoes are not having any bar code or sku number. I want to exchange my product with the original nike shoes.

                                My product code is 10266831 and my order id is 117182626675826635903 I ordered Levis Men navy blue sneakers from myntra app on 2nd May 2021 and placed payment method cash on delivery, which the delivery boy gave me on 6th may 2021, at the time of delivery I asked for the QR code from him and he show the QR code of Instakart service private limited(myntra) from mobile I gave it to scan, I scanned it Rs 925 was deducted from my account(gpay) and deposited Instakart service account (i also attached screenshot of payment), then the delivery boy said tracking id does not say that payment has been successful give me the cash, so i gave payment of rupees 925 to the courier boy vis cash and I received the SMS from myntra that your courier was delivered, so then the double payment went to myntra So the rest of my 925 rupees I want a refund..plz do the needfull... I have attached my bank statement screenshot and google pay history screenshot nd product pictures..plz refund my money..

                                  This is in regards to the Khadims
                                  Women Navy Blue Solid Peep Toes
                                  Size: 40
                                  with Order Id # # 1171298 [protected] for which I had placed the request for return because I received the wrong product. The person who came to collect the product refused to accept and asked to contact customer care. I called the customer care the same day for this issue and I was told that I will be getting the solution within 24-48 hours. But there was no response. I then again called the customer care and explained to them and they told me that I will be getting the resolution by the next 2 days and they declined my request saying that the product passed the WV check. I had to contact the customer care team once again and this time they asked me to share the pictures of the product received along with the barcode. I did that and again they rejected the request with the same excuse. J have contacted them many times but they are not ready to accept the return. Also, I asked them to show me the proof of QC check they have done. They declined that request as well.

                                  I then had a written request to Myntra on 7 the may attaching the photos of the product for proof and was told that the team will be proactively contacting me for the same but there is no response.
                                  am also attaching the photos of what i have recieved.

                                  Would request you to look into my case as a priority.

                                    I had ordered Indo Era dress along with duppata and palazzo but I received only a kurta of different design. When I contacted Myntra customer care I get a response that as per their quality check they have sent the right product.

The product got picked up on 30th April. They refund one product's amount and two are pending. They are not refunding the amount even after speaking to them or writing them again and again.
