Myntra.com — Not letting me cancel my order

My order is stuck on the packing state. The order is eligible for delivery according to the app and it has still not gone in the transit phase. Nonetheless, neither the app or the website is letting me cancel the order. Initially it would say "something went wrong" and later it will start repeating "invalid login". The help section and the chatbot does nothing and it just redirects me to the cancellation process which is stuck.
I have bought a lot of stuff and spent a lot on myntra before so this is not my first time ordering there. I would like this specific order of mine to be canceled and refunded.
