Not allowing me to return/exchange the product

Hi,
I had ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. Order not placed but money debited from account

I had placed an order of 3 items on myntra.com for rupees 2047 on 07/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query and they had immediately marked the query as resolved on same day saying myntra hasn't received the money and had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue but looks like the complaint has been deleted by the team now and...

Order Cancelled due to internal reason

My order has been cancelled by Myntra and they are giving it a reason of technical issue and internal issue and now the prices of products have shoot up so high that I have to pay a lot money as earlier I was paying. What a shame on you Myntra you are making your customer fool by doing these unfair practices of cancelling the order and charging huge money for the same product after the offer period ended. Practically they cheated.

My return was picked up but I have not received my refund yet

I've ordered this product on August 2019 and placed return request on 13th September 2019.. Change delivery address

I ordered some clothes om 29/12/20 and by that time I tried to contact myntra support they were only confirmed or packed and I wanted to change my delivery address.
As the address given is my college address and they accept all the couriers and therefore I will not be able to return the product.

Failed to order but money got debited from my account

On 19th of Dec 2020 I placed an order of 2.7k via upi payment(Gpay). Gpay was showing order is processing, after 5mins Myntra showed failed to order. After 20mins Gpay said payment was confirmed and amount got deducted. I tried contacting Myntra, their customer care said wait for 48hrs for refund. Contacted them after 48hrs that there is no refund, they said we didn't receive money its issue with bank and I was asked to contact them. Meanwhile...

Product not delivered because of OTP/Customer care casual approach

This complaint is regarding the 4 items ordered through Myntra which is prepaid and because of OTP issue it was not given to me.

Asked for alternative solutions, Customer care simply denied and told to cancel and reorder again . When i have told then ordered item is scaled up high, they were not bother about the same.

My order no. Ends with 9618. I have ordered on 19th june but still i am waiting for delivery when i reached out to delivery partner "ecom express" they said even we didn't get shipment from myntra.
