[Resolved] Myntra.com — Order not placed but money debited from account

I had placed an order of 3 items on myntra.com for rupees 2047 on 07/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query and they had immediately marked the query as resolved on same day saying myntra hasn't received the money and had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue but looks like the complaint has been deleted by the team now and neither did I receive even a single mail nor a text msg from them about the refund, am not able to see anything under the section Help centre- the query which I had posted hence am registering the complaint here. I placed an order on 28th February 2021 on myntra of INR 6, 887, amount deducted from my ICICI account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - ICICI confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no.: 10591330****. if ref no. has been generated that means the amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank. Very bad service and the issue is not getting resolved. They are not accepting the bank confirmation mails I got and ignoring me and telling me to again contact my bank. Myntra has been resolving the query as resolved but in real-time my money didn't return to me. very bad service.
