I ordered U.S. Polo Assn. Men Black Solid Xylon Walking Shoes on 16 January 2021, from Myntra.
I received them on 19 January.
I wore them to see if it fits me and then put it in the box it came in.
On 20 January I was getting the same shoes for 2299. So, I ordered them and filed return request for the previous ones.
I packed them as it were delivered. They got picked up on 21 January.
I received the 2nd ones on 24 January, better packed than the previous ones.
On 27 January they notified me on orders section that those shoes I returned has failed quality check.
On same day I called their customer care service and told them about the situation. They filed some sort of complain and assured me they would take necessary measures to avoid me any kind of inconvenience.
On 28 january, Myntra app notified me my query has been resolved and those shoes, which I filed return request for, are going to be re-shipped back to me.
Again, I called their customer care. And they again filed some sort of investigation to be resolved before 2nd February.
They said that those shoes are used, but all I did was wore it once on the day they were delivered to see if the size fitted me. That was barely for 3 minutes.
I want my refund.
I can't lose 3200 for nothing.

I am not gonna receive it.
I can't believe I am being forced to buy the product.
Anyways I am gonna assume that my rs 3199 went into the charity.
I hope People who stole my money find the peace they were looking for.
As soon as I opened it, I got to know that the chain of product was not working. So I made a return request of it. Since the product worth was Rs.1997, I thought not to accept a flawed item.
The courier boy came and checked the product and took it with him. Few hours later i received a message stating that my product has failed in quality check and is stained is dirty and thereby was put on hold.
Now my question is that that the courier boy should have made me remember that the product have stains
After that I filed a complaint in Myntra for the issue
The product was reshipped to me in same condition in which I send it with no stains at all.
A second time return was filed and then again i showed my product to the courier boy and it was completely fine
And then again the same story happened that it failed in quality checks
Now my damn question is if you say that my product was stained then give me the damn proof where the hell is it stained!!!
Just stop claiming low quality products to your customers.
This is the most horrific experience i had ever in e-commerce sited
The site Myntra is completely rubbish and fake
I need my refund fast
If the product is stained then give me the damn proof as I also have the picture of that jacket when i returned it
