    I ordered a dress from her by Invictus from myntra. It got delivered on time. Dress did not fit me properly so I returned it. Delivery boy came to pick it up. After 2 days myntra messaged me that the product failed the quality check. I don't understand why the quality check failed... When I returned the dress as it is.

      I am buy levies jenans but I don't like this products due to quality is not good so it rais return request but no one is coming to pickup my products but after some time i get a notifications that my products return request is on hold so please me to return this products thit i want to buy another one

        I ordered two shirts from Myntra app. And My order didn't get placed but payment got debited from my bank account. I filed complaint on Myntra app but they didn't respond. I have my refund otherwise I will take legal action against Myntra.

          I had ordered three items from myntra of which i received the first two on 28th January. The product didn't fit me so i put a return on the very same day. And next day xpressbees courier guy picked up the product.
          I was waiting for my refund but myntra stopped the refund saying there was a problem in quality check and that the product was used. How is it possible when it didn't even fit me and i returned it on same day.
          Its really harassing for me. To block my money like this for an absurd reason.

            Hi, i am shweta. I have ordered a people jeans from myntra Order ID is #115703625354860247303 on 6th of November.
            I got a very different item on 12th November.. I raised a request to exchange that and I got a different item. The person who delivered me came and picked that up.
            After that in myntra app the status was showing that the product is on quality check.
            I was waiting for a refund. I didn't get the refund till 6th of January. Then the status was showing that it failed the quality check.
            On 7th of january i again raised a request for my refund then those are saying that we didn't receive the product.
            On 29th of January their customer care was telling us that we will connect you to our supervisor within 24 hours but they didn't. On 3rd of February I called customer care. They again told me that our supervisor will call you in 24 hours. Then i told him that if they will not then i will be posting this on twitter, facebook and all.
            After saying that thing they don't solve this problem.
            I have been struggling for this for 3 months. And they don't care about customer.

              I ordered a handbag of Dorothy Perkins and i received a wrong product of greay color of no brand just a normal bag which is totally different and not even worth the money i paid. I lodged the complaint after i received the product but got no resolution till yet. They showed me some cctv screenshot and denied the allegation about sending wrong product. I ordered something and i have all the right to raise a complaint if i receive something different. They have their own courier team, how am i supposed to know what happened with the product in between. I showed them the picture of the bag received but they didnt provide any refund nor the bag to me. Please help. I need my bag or the money back

                I've liked a dress on myntra app n it's brand is chemistry coral women dress but the size is only available in s. There is no xl size available plz make this dress available in xl size as I want to buy it in xl sixe. N also don't change it's price rate as now it's in rs599 so don't increase the price...

                  I have ordered for one yellow kurta set after i received and i tried it I found it was not of my size i needed a bigger size and I raised a return request for it on the same day. It was picked up on the same day and the was put on hold saying the product is wrinkled. First of all i did not open the shara and dupatta i just tried kurta and i have folded it very nicely placed it in the packed in which it came. Secondly, the courier guy who came opened the packet to verify and he confirmed everything looks fine and took it.
                  Now they are saying it is wrinkled. This is completely cheating. Please return my money back.

                    I received the product and its not fitting, however when I tied to return it says I collected some points and hence the return option is not available. This must have happened accidentally and I have not redeemed any points nor have I taken advantage of that in anyway since I haven't placed any order .

                    So kindly do the needful and have a return initiated for refund which can be a myntra credit not necessarily back to my account since I need to buy another product which fits me.

                      I bought a wildcraft rucksack bag from Myntra for Rs.3057 on 8 january, 2021, I recieved the order on 12 jan. The bag looked like very poor quality product, So I raised an return request on 16th jan.
                      A delivery boy came and picked the bag even at that time he didn't say a single word to me about the bag quality.
                      And then they put my return on hold and on next day they completely rejected my return and send me a message that they would reship me the bag.
                      I am completely fed up with their policies.
                      They send me a poor quality product without doing quality check and when I return the bag they are doing quality check to put this poor quality bag on my head.
                      I think now a days myntra is cheating their customers.
                      Guys please use myntra at your own risk because if they send u already used product then u could not do anything as they will not accept return.
                      Very disappointed with myntra .

                      I request them to refund my money.

                        I placed a return request in Myntra for one of my orders Myntra picked up the product but declined the refund stating the product did not pass the quality check(It was used ). I Placed the return request within * hours of receiving the product, The product appeared Dull, uncomfortable and returned by someone before as there was another invoice except mine and they gave me already returned product hence I returned the product. Now, they have rejected refund and forcing me to accept the product. Why am I supposed to pay for this?

                          Order Cancelled due to internal reason

                          My order has been cancelled by Myntra and they are giving it a reason of technical issue and internal issue and now the prices of products have shoot up so high that I have to pay a lot money as earlier I was paying. What a shame on you Myntra you are making your customer fool by doing these unfair practices of cancelling the order and charging huge money for the same product after the offer period ended. Practically they cheated.

                          Order ID # 1163680 [protected]. I see the return is on hold. When I contact your customer support I get to hear that a wrong product was delivered to you guys. Is that my fault? No !! if it would have been a wrong product the delivery executive wouldn't have picked up the return in the first place. I have given the exact same product to your pickup executive. He checked it in your app and then matched the product with the one to be returned. Stuck a label and then took it. I really can’t handle this. Why do I have to suffer when it's your delivery person's fault. Cant, you verify this instead of harassing me as a customer?

The product returned had the original packaging with the price tags intact. Moreover, I returned it the same day I received it. It’s not my fault that the product appeared dull and used when I received it. Can you please check with your quality team? Why should I keep a product that looks used to me and then you guys put the product on hold ??? Not happening at all. I need my refund.

                            We received Adidas Shoes of Short size & then make request for return, Shoes quality was intact & under packed Box, but company recovery man rejected our Return on false information of quality check failed. We never use shoes & kept in box after checking Shoes Size was wrong, Immediately we requested for Return, Company Recovery boy came next day & denied to return based upon false information of Quality check failed, I am complaining if there was defect then why Shoes delivered to customer, We never use Shoes more than 15 ~ 20 min. & kept in Box.
                            Shoes defect is Manufacturing defect & now company denied to return it based upon false information of quality check failed
                            Company is cheating now us & not returning amount of 2300 rs & delivering manufacturing defect product to customers

                              I am extremely frustrated. Today i received the product and as soon as i saw it was defective i placed return but myntra agent is not taking it back.

                                Ordered a Fila Shoe on 12th of January and cancelled the order within a few mins of making that order and the amount ₹1241 was debited from my Bank account and it's been 20 days since i'm waiting for my refund and whenever i call myntra team for help they just ask me to wait for the call back of their supervisor and the next day i end up waiting for their call but i don't get any calls from them. I'm so sick of their customer support, i even went to my bank and checked with them if the issues is from their end but they told me to contact myntra. I feel like a puppet here running to the bank and then myntra just to get my own money back.

                                I ordered for an off white fort Collins jacket from Myntra.I received it on 4 February 20201.
                                As soon as I opened it, I got to know that the chain of product was not working. So I made a return request of it. Since the product worth was Rs.1997, I thought not to accept a flawed item.
                                The courier boy came and checked the product and took it with him. Few hours later i received a message stating that my product has failed in quality check and is stained is dirty and thereby was put on hold.
                                Now my question is that that the courier boy should have made me remember that the product have stains
                                After that I filed a complaint in Myntra for the issue
                                The product was reshipped to me in same condition in which I send it with no stains at all.
                                A second time return was filed and then again i showed my product to the courier boy and it was completely fine
                                And then again the same story happened that it failed in quality checks

                                Now my damn question is if you say that my product was stained then give me the damn proof where the hell is it stained!!!
                                Just stop claiming low quality products to your customers.
                                This is the most horrific experience i had ever in e-commerce sited
                                The site Myntra is completely rubbish and fake
                                I need my refund fast
                                If the product is stained then give me the damn proof as I also have the picture of that jacket when i returned it

                                  This is regarding an appalling experience I faced as a regular customer with Myntra.
                                  I wish to complain about two products (two pairs of shoes) that I purchased on 29 January, 2021.
                                  I am complaining because both the products were unusable. Both products had visible stains on them and in addition to that one of the products was of the wrong size in spite of ordering the correct size. To resolve this problem, I would like you to accelerate the return/refund process.

                                  When I first learned of this problem, I applied for the return process on the same day of delivery which was 30 January 2021. The next day, delivery personnel refused to take back the products as he mentioned that the products were not intact as they had stains on them. To be precise, this was the soul reason why I placed the return complaint in the first place. My return process was kept on hold and later someone from your team had contacted me saying that nothing could be done about my problem and very conveniently turned the entire analogy against me.
                                  I believe that this response is absolutely unfair because it is very clearly the packaging or the concerned department's fault that they gave us this damaged product. If you as a company cannot take back a damaged product then how can you expect the customer to accept such a product. This is completely conniving. What you preach to your customers and what you deliver are on two extremes of the spectrum. You have simply left the customer high and dry in this situation also you've definitely lost this customer.

                                      My return request was rejected. I ordered a Men's Kurta and only tried the it once. Due to fit issues, I returned the product with all the tags intact. I was told the same day that the return is on hold without stating any reason. Next day, I receive a message saying that return is rejected since it fails to pass quality check and they closed the incident. The team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as used or damaged or failed to pass quality check. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.

                                      The product is intact with tags and used. I request refund of the order.
