I placed a return request in Myntra for one of my orders Myntra picked up the product but declined the refund stating the product did not pass the quality check(It was used ). I Placed the return request within * hours of receiving the product, The product appeared Dull, uncomfortable and returned by someone before as there was another invoice except mine and they gave me already returned product hence I returned the product. Now, they have rejected refund and forcing me to accept the product. Why am I supposed to pay for this?

    Order Cancelled due to internal reason

    My order has been cancelled by Myntra and they are giving it a reason of technical issue and internal issue and now the prices of products have shoot up so high that I have to pay a lot money as earlier I was paying. What a shame on you Myntra you are making your customer fool by doing these unfair practices of cancelling the order and charging huge money for the same product after the offer period ended. Practically they cheated.

    Order ID # 1163680 [protected]. I see the return is on hold. When I contact your customer support I get to hear that a wrong product was delivered to you guys. Is that my fault? No !! if it would have been a wrong product the delivery executive wouldn't have picked up the return in the first place. I have given the exact same product to your pickup executive. He checked it in your app and then matched the product with the one to be returned. Stuck a label and then took it. I really can’t handle this. Why do I have to suffer when it's your delivery person's fault. Cant, you verify this instead of harassing me as a customer?
    Order ID # 1163464 [protected] The product delivered was dull and looked old to me. Hence I returned it. The product returned had the original packaging with the price tags intact. Moreover, I returned it the same day I received it. It’s not my fault that the product appeared dull and used when I received it. Can you please check with your quality team? Why should I keep a product that looks used to me and then you guys put the product on hold ??? Not happening at all. I need my refund.

      We received Adidas Shoes of Short size & then make request for return, Shoes quality was intact & under packed Box, but company recovery man rejected our Return on false information of quality check failed. We never use shoes & kept in box after checking Shoes Size was wrong, Immediately we requested for Return, Company Recovery boy came next day & denied to return based upon false information of Quality check failed, I am complaining if there was defect then why Shoes delivered to customer, We never use Shoes more than 15 ~ 20 min. & kept in Box.
      Shoes defect is Manufacturing defect & now company denied to return it based upon false information of quality check failed
      Company is cheating now us & not returning amount of 2300 rs & delivering manufacturing defect product to customers

        i received a deffective product and when i tried to return that myntra agent is not accepting.
        I am extremely frustrated. Today i received the product and as soon as i saw it was defective i placed return but myntra agent is not taking it back.
        Your support number is not working as well.
        Call urgently. Take this deffective product and give my money

          Ordered a Fila Shoe on 12th of January and cancelled the order within a few mins of making that order and the amount ₹1241 was debited from my Bank account and it's been 20 days since i'm waiting for my refund and whenever i call myntra team for help they just ask me to wait for the call back of their supervisor and the next day i end up waiting for their call but i don't get any calls from them. I'm so sick of their customer support, i even went to my bank and checked with them if the issues is from their end but they told me to contact myntra. I feel like a puppet here running to the bank and then myntra just to get my own money back.

          I ordered for an off white fort Collins jacket from Myntra.I received it on 4 February 20201.
          As soon as I opened it, I got to know that the chain of product was not working. So I made a return request of it. Since the product worth was Rs.1997, I thought not to accept a flawed item.
          The courier boy came and checked the product and took it with him. Few hours later i received a message stating that my product has failed in quality check and is stained is dirty and thereby was put on hold.
          Now my question is that that the courier boy should have made me remember that the product have stains
          After that I filed a complaint in Myntra for the issue
          The product was reshipped to me in same condition in which I send it with no stains at all.
          A second time return was filed and then again i showed my product to the courier boy and it was completely fine
          And then again the same story happened that it failed in quality checks

          Now my damn question is if you say that my product was stained then give me the damn proof where the hell is it stained!!!
          Just stop claiming low quality products to your customers.
          This is the most horrific experience i had ever in e-commerce sited
          The site Myntra is completely rubbish and fake
          I need my refund fast
          If the product is stained then give me the damn proof as I also have the picture of that jacket when i returned it

            This is regarding an appalling experience I faced as a regular customer with Myntra.
            I wish to complain about two products (two pairs of shoes) that I purchased on 29 January, 2021.
            I am complaining because both the products were unusable. Both products had visible stains on them and in addition to that one of the products was of the wrong size in spite of ordering the correct size. To resolve this problem, I would like you to accelerate the return/refund process.

            When I first learned of this problem, I applied for the return process on the same day of delivery which was 30 January 2021. The next day, delivery personnel refused to take back the products as he mentioned that the products were not intact as they had stains on them. To be precise, this was the soul reason why I placed the return complaint in the first place. My return process was kept on hold and later someone from your team had contacted me saying that nothing could be done about my problem and very conveniently turned the entire analogy against me.
            I believe that this response is absolutely unfair because it is very clearly the packaging or the concerned department's fault that they gave us this damaged product. If you as a company cannot take back a damaged product then how can you expect the customer to accept such a product. This is completely conniving. What you preach to your customers and what you deliver are on two extremes of the spectrum. You have simply left the customer high and dry in this situation also you've definitely lost this customer.

                My return request was rejected. I ordered a Men's Kurta and only tried the it once. Due to fit issues, I returned the product with all the tags intact. I was told the same day that the return is on hold without stating any reason. Next day, I receive a message saying that return is rejected since it fails to pass quality check and they closed the incident. The team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as used or damaged or failed to pass quality check. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.

                The product is intact with tags and used. I request refund of the order.

                  Want to return a item which is bigger in size. But the delivery agent is saying that he couldn't pick up because of serial number missing. I tried contacting myntra through call but it wouldn't connect then I messaged myntra till now no action taken. Return of item is valid upto 10 February.                     I received a defective product. I returned the product within half n hour of delivery because it has some manufacturing defect, the return was picked up but later I received a message that my return gas been put on hold because the product is damaged.                       I ordered 2 lounge shorts from Myntra. I received the order on 31 st Jan 2021 . Due to some size issues I decided to return it on the same day. The pick up guy arrived on 1st February 2021 and took the parcel. After 2 3 hours I received a message from myntra saying your quality check is on hold and so the refund cannot be processed. I remember not taking out any price tags while trying the product . Please Myntra look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          I called up the customer care and they informed me that 4 feb 21 reslove your issue What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a different product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                            I ordered a pair of shoes which were delivered on 9th ofJan.
                            The shoes were not of my size, therefore i first placed an exchange request. However, exchange was taking a little longer to deliver. Therefore i had to cancel the request and unfortunately return the product.

                            When the delivery guy came, he took the product. But later, the request was put on hold stating the shoes are damaged. It is so difficult for me to identify the damage.
                            The product is in the intact condition, it is as clean and as new as it was.

                            The shoes were then reshipped to me.

                            It is-so difficult to Understand myntra. I gave been following up, calling the team again and again.

                            I would request the team to reconsider their decision taken. I am attaching the photos for their reference once again.

                                I had returned a product AND WOMEN DRESS AQUA on Jan 31, 2021 which was delivered to me on the previous day which is jan 31, 2021.i had only tried out the outfit just once to check the fitting...the dress was a little short than I expected and I decided to return it ..I had initiated a return request on the very day which is jan 30, 2021 by afternoon...after the quality check I was told that refund was put on hold since the dress smelled of perfume..this is really insane as the dress was not used and all the price tags were intact...the dress was kept neatly inside the cover ...please do the needful...

                                  I had bought a HRX shoe which was returned to them. Since it was cash on delivery I had to give my account number. Bymistake I gave
                                  PPF account number. Myntra says that they have refunded my amount on 14dec 2020 to PPF account. However when checked I have not received any amount. I have given them the statement in which no transaction reflects. I checked with the transaction number which was provided to me by Myntra with my SBI home branch, they also confirmed of no transaction as such. Since it's a PPF account no one would be able to deposit or transfer amount into that account unless the account holder himself does that. Myntra denies of this reason and they have closed the complaint without refunding my money.

                                    I ordered a Maroon Jacket of Rs 2000 from Myntra. Order ID # 1160855 [protected] . It arrived on 30th December 2020, It was of very bad quality and smelly. It was the same jacket as shown in the image but didn't had any tags. We issued a return on the exact same day and returned the jacket on next morning 31st December 2020 (within less than 1 day).

                                    After a week it showed that the return is put on hold because it "failed quality check". When we contacted customer care on phone, Myntra guy said that "the jacket is not the same as in the order" and we are looking into the issue and will update me witb further information. But they didn't. Then I opened up a complaint in Myntra app via text but the guys forcefully closed the issue but quoting "we did not pick up the order from you".

                                    This is outrageous, the Jacket returned was same as the one we received. They have basically kept the jacket with them and are also not handing any refunds. Please help. Screenshots attached of contradictory statements by Myntra

                                      I ordered U.S. Polo Assn. Men Black Solid Xylon Walking Shoes on 16 January 2021, from Myntra.

                                      I received them on 19 January.
                                      I wore them to see if it fits me and then put it in the box it came in.

                                      On 20 January I was getting the same shoes for 2299. So, I ordered them and filed return request for the previous ones.

                                      I packed them as it were delivered. They got picked up on 21 January.

                                      I received the 2nd ones on 24 January, better packed than the previous ones.

                                      On 27 January they notified me on orders section that those shoes I returned has failed quality check.
                                      On same day I called their customer care service and told them about the situation. They filed some sort of complain and assured me they would take necessary measures to avoid me any kind of inconvenience.

                                      On 28 january, Myntra app notified me my query has been resolved and those shoes, which I filed return request for, are going to be re-shipped back to me.

                                      Again, I called their customer care. And they again filed some sort of investigation to be resolved before 2nd February.

                                      They said that those shoes are used, but all I did was wore it once on the day they were delivered to see if the size fitted me. That was barely for 3 minutes.

                                      I want my refund.
                                      I can't lose 3200 for nothing.

                                      I am not gonna receive it.
                                      I can't believe I am being forced to buy the product.

                                      Anyways I am gonna assume that my rs 3199 went into the charity.

                                      I hope People who stole my money find the peace they were looking for.

                                      Because the same thing happened with me today. My issue is that I received the shoes in a very bad condition with dirt and marks all over it, raised a Return request. Instead of refunding they cancelled my return request saying quality check issues. I called customer care service they said we'll reship the product first then raise a request for reinvestigation. What should I do will they refund it or not, amount is very big of Rs 4099.
