I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service I have received from your company. On[protected], I placed an order with your platform, which was supposed to be delivered by[protected]. However, the events that unfolded are a testament to the incompetence and lack of accountability within your organization.
On the 7th of October, I received a notification stating that my order was out for delivery. However, when the day passed and I didn't receive my order, I checked the app status, which shockingly showed that my order had been delivered. I was left confused and frustrated, wondering how an order could be delivered without me receiving it.
I attempted to contact your customer care multiple times, but the experience was nothing short of infuriating. The representatives I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue, and their responses were dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed to have checked with logistics, but their conclusion was that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. No refund, no re-order – just a blanked statement that left me feeling helpless.
What's even more appalling is the amount of time I wasted waiting on calls, only to be met with empty promises and abrupt disconnections. On multiple occasions, I was told that my call would be escalated to a senior manager, only to be left waiting in vain. The cumulative time I spent on these calls is approximately for 1 hour multiple times, which is a staggering waste of my time.
Let me be crystal clear: I will not let this matter slide. I demand a full refund or a re-order of my products, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
