Delivery of fake product

I have ordered a loreal extenso gold shampoo bottle from myntra, but when I am going to use this shampoo seems to be different and cheap quality, i have checked the bottle properly, it is written on the bottle that it for sale in saloon only also cap of the bottle is quite different colour from the bottles i am using from long time. I have posted a review on myntra for this but they have not approved my review.

Myntra is not delevery at my pincode.
The first I ordered some t shirts it's delivered at my pincode 524323.
But now not working and other pincode's also not working.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Order ID # 1277319 96424098093601 not being shipped

    My order ID is # 1277319 [protected] I had placed the order on 4th September 2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on 6th September 2024. The order is still not dispatched. Ekart tracking shows it is on the way. Tracking ID on Ekart is MYEP[protected]. I do not understand what is going on. I want my order to be delivered....

    I had ordered pink Libas kurta set from Myntra unfortunately but I received a red one. Had raised a complaint through their. customer care and asked for exchange but they raised a return request on 2nd Sep. I did cancel the return and again asked the customer care to raise exchange on 3rd Sep but again on 4th there was return request raised by them. I had to return the kurta set on 6th of Sep. when I checked the amount refunded I received the amount deducting their platform fee which is not acceptable as they are accountable for the wrong order delivered. I have been struggling with them through calls and chats for the deducted platform fee but they are randomly closing the request without providing the refund. Need an action against them.

      My Uncle ordered a product of product id:"xyxx" and he returned the product on June 29 and they picked up on june 29 and till now they had not given my refund amount. Many times I have contacting customer care they are telling to wait for 24 hours but issue not solved yet. Literally, I called them more than

        Refund sent to wrong bank account

        When i returned my item
        Myntras gave me two option on its app
        One bank account and second myntra wallet
        They did not give me any option to select my bank account and as a reason the money has been sent to wrong account
        I want my refund in my correct bank account...

        Wrong product delivery and no returning and refunding my money

        With no tag and it seems like it's a used product when I placed return they approve the return ...but the delivery agent didn't accept the product ......

        I purchased a House of Quirk sofa cover from Myntra on July 24th for ₹3000. I returned it on July 26th because it didn't fit my sofa. I returned it in its original condition with all the thermocol sticks and the carton. The delivery boy picked it up successfully, but he threw the carton outside the lift area and spit on it. I don't know what he did with the sofa cover. I didn't receive a message confirming the pickup until that night, which made me suspicious because generally messages came after 1-2 hrs only. Also if there is a mismatch or anything, the pickup boy checks verified at the main gate and he has the full right to refuse the article if it does not match or if any tag is missing. But here he picked it successfully as it matches everything in the same packing which came and also he matches tags and everything he verified. When I went outside in the evening, I saw the carton with spit on it. Later that night, I got a message saying the return had failed the quality check.

        I called customer care multiple times, and they assured me it would be resolved by August 3rd. Two days later, the delivery boy came back to return the cover, but I refused to take it back as I didn't know what had happened to it in the last two days and I returned it in same condition in which I got it. I am not responsible for anyone's behavior and obvsly I will not track the pick up boy till the warehouse. I called customer care again, and they reassured me it would be taken care of. However, two days ago, I received a message saying the return was rejected.

        When I called customer care, Pinky from the team told me my only option was to retake the cover. I called customer service again today, and they reiterated that was my only option. Do I need to take responsibility for the delivery boy's behavior?

        Nandita ma'am(CEO of mynta), I emailed her multiple times but didnt get a response. This is a critical issue for customers, and due to the negligence of the delivery boy, I am the one suffering. Can you please look into this as a priority and provide my refund as soon as possible? I also want to inform you that I will not be buying anything from Myntra again due to the lack of support from the team and the irresponsible behavior of the pick up person, which has caused me to suffer. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

        Customer care, I request you tp please look into thisas they have pciked the cover and also not refunded my money. I am feeling very helpless here.

          I placed an order for a Forever New dress and that was a cash on delivery order. But it was very embarrassing when my order was delivered. I received baby bloomers instead of the dress I ordered. I requested for my return and the order was already picked up by the Delivery person but my return request is getting rejected again and again. Being a regular loyal customer, I was expecting an easy return process but i am not getting a proper response to the request. Please get this fixed ASAP. As the delivery agent has already taken the product from me and the return was cancelled by mentioning that the product does not match and also Myntra mentioned to the delivery agent to cancel the product. It's not a small amount which can be ignored, please get this fixed and initiate a full refund to this.

          Very Disappointed!!

            I have faced the most pathetic customer service experience of my life!! 2 orders were returned together, somehow I received refund for 1 order but did not receive refund for the broken pieces order.

When I initiated the return and highlighted my issue to the customer care, they outright refused my claims and closed the portal.             I received a product from Myntra, but even after 20 days, the status of the product remains "rejected" despite having received it. I complained about this to Myntra, and for the past 7 days, they've been repeatedly asking me to wait for 24 hours. It's been 7 days now, and I'm frustrated. I want my refund because the product is damaged.

              I had Purchased from the website on 9-june-2024 as being Myntra Iconic Member i get benefits and the 1st attempt to deliver the goods was on 15-june-2024 and i said the delivery person that i am not there and please deliver on 17-june-2024 but after that till today there is not update on the delivery of the parcel and i raised the complaint on their customer care on 19-june-2024 and was told by 22-june-2024 it will be resolved then on 22-june-2024 i get the message that by 25-june-2024 it will be resolved and on 25-june-2024 it was not resolved and i called the customer care on 25-june-2024 to Mt Armanul the senior over there and he assured me for resolution within 24hrs but still there was no resolution So i called again on 27-june-2024 and spoke to Miss Riyesha And the lady said that we have raise your complaint on priority basis but they were not able to give my timeline i request you to solve the issue and get my item delivered

              I have not got any update regarding my Complaint and i have raised the matter with ingram and sending you the ingram grievance screenshot
              I had also requested to send a new shirt at the same price i had bought which is still available and cancel the order which you can't trace and deliver to me from 16-June-2024
              but that also you don't want to do and want me to cancel this order and order new shirt and pay higher price being an iconic member which is top of your membership still I am getting this type of service

                Good evening I have ordered and AND product from Myntra on 16th of May.
                I got a product and I have a s
                Size issue.
                So I contact the Myntra customer service and they said that I have to send by own shipping.
                They didn't mention any address they didn't give any address where I need to send.
                So I made return request on 22nd of May and I have ship the product through DTDC to the given address WHICH IS THERE IN THE PACKAGE.
                The same address was available in the package from where I received and also the same metres was available in the invoice also.
                So I thought that this was the address and I send it to that address.
                And I was waiting for the refund from Myntra that was no update regarding the refund.
                So I was sending a mail to Myntra regarding with all information the shipping number package picture.
                And today which is on 7th of Jun they called me and they said that I have send wrong address package.
                Hindi in the package which I received from Myntra product is clearly mentioned that if it is not delivered please return to the same address so I thought to send to the same address.
                This customer care people from Myntra they ask me to contact DTDC I don't know what logic in that.

                still now I dint refund amount
