I'm Midhun. I had ordered a laptop bag from Myntra, and it took almost two weeks to get delivered. Unfortunately, they delivered the wrong and defective product. The product I ordered was the Aristocrat Unisex Navy Blue ZEAL Laptop Backpack (Size: Onesize), with Order ID #1278809 [protected]. However, the bag I received is a bulky gray one, completely different from what I ordered.
I placed a return request, and the next day, a delivery executive came but refused to accept the return, stating that the product didn’t match what they had in their system. I canceled the return and placed it again, but both times it was rejected. The status is still showing as "Returns Confirmed, " but the delivery executive has not shown up.
I then contacted Myntra customer support, and they informed me that they had submitted a ticket on my behalf, and the item would be picked up soon. It's now been over two weeks since my return request, and nothing has happened. I’ve submitted two support tickets and spoken to customer support at least four times. Despite this, the tickets were marked as "resolved, " and the last two times I spoke to customer executives, they hung up after putting me on hold.
Myntra is providing the worst customer service, and it feels like they are neglecting their customers entirely.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by midhun rs Why should customers have to sacrifice their valuable time and money for such poor services? I will definitely post this issue on social media, including the ticket messages and my call recordings. I will also personally tell my friends, family, and colleagues about this incident. I hope no one in my circle atleast falls victim to this scam by Myntra.
