COD not available and pin area not serviceable

Hello, i am here with an urgent request and the reason of the issue is Myntra not providing COD option to buy . Deactivated myntra account without notification

On 19th of June 2022, I found my Myntra account has been deactivated due to security reasons. I called customer care and they raised a complaint and on 20th June, again I called customer care, they said your account is permanently deactivated due to blacklisted in our list.

Gift wrapping charged but not provided at the time of delivery

I ordered two products from myntra for my closed one for which I opted for gift wrapping option in which a note was also included and I was charged Rs25 which was debited.But my package was not gift wrapped at the time of delivery.It was disappointing from such a trusted brand.Now I want my refund of Rs25....

Orders not visible in order section

I had placed order in Myntra app, but later, due to some issue with my mobile, I changed the mobile and logged in to Myntra app through my new mobile. Blocked my account without any intimidation and now not returning ordered item

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered 12 items cost around Rs.18734 on 14-April-2022.

After placing order Myntra blocked my account and not allowing me to return or exchange any item, stating "their fair use policy broken from my account that's why they blocked my account".

Product not getting picked up after a return request

I ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 13th April. I didn't like the fit of the product and since 14th April I have been regularly filing for a return request. The return request initially gets accepted and I get a message from Myntra stating that my order will be picked up within 7 working days. After 2 days I get a message - "Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled."

Delivery agent not delivering my order

I ordered 1 sandIe with order number [protected] I got delivering today msg 2 days ago since then i am Trying to call delivery agent. On 1st day he is only telling that he will deliver in afternoon but didn't call. I called him then he said will deliver in night then at night he said he will deliver tomorrow. There was no gift wrap in order

I sent a gift, and asked for a gift wrap. Myntra charged me extra for the gift wrap, but the gift wrap was not provided rather it was sent in a plastic cover. The message sent for the person was sent on A4 size paper and it was crumpled. Invoice was also sent with the gift. What kind of pathetic service is this?...
