Its been 2 week since i return order (Order ID # 1254801 [protected]). I have tried many times to get refund in my bank account but i couldn't get any refund from Myntra. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

So this is a serious issue and I want everyone to take attention on it...#Myntra has now started a new scam my sending wrong product and denying the acceptance of it...I order a pair of Adidas Shoes on 18/12/2023 and after waiting for 8 days I got my product delivered on 26/12/2023 when I opened the package I was shocked to see BATA box...i quickly opened the box and found a pair of Bata shoes...i quickly call the customer care and elaborates...

I paid 2656/- for an order for 2 pants as shown in the attached screen shot, it was paid on PayTm and the UPI Ref no is[protected].

But the payment is shown as declined on Myntra.

I have ordered a product but i don't like the product that's why i returned it and i choose to refund it but i didn't get my payment back yet the total amount was Rs.1284
my refund has been credited on tuesday 28 november but i didn't get my payment back

Product return has been placed since 14 th December.
Since 8 days no delivery agent is coming to take the product and on daily basis i am getting messages as Return Failed from Myntra.

After multiple requests Myntra helpline also delaying the whole process.They are just asking to wait more 24 hrs.

It is really harassing and disappointing.

Kindly help to resolve this matter so that i can get my refund.

After multiple requests i am just getting delivery failed messages from Myntra and no delivery agent is coming to take the return from last 8 days.

I have already informed the Myntra helpline, they are just playing with customer’s time and money.It is really disappointing and feels like a harassment.

No one is bothered and these things happening multiple times.

Its a request to take proper step against it which would be really helpful.

Delivery agent has picked up the wrong product from my mother even after telling him. Now they have failed quality check. More then a week has passed we are continuously taking follow up with them. The only response we are getting is to wait 24 hours & 48 hours. Kindly help with the issue.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent shopping experience with Myntra.

On December 13th, I placed an order consisting of 5 products worth ₹4, 000, all of which were marked as delivered on the Myntra app. However, to my dismay, I never received the items.

I promptly raised a support request on December 14th, seeking clarification and assistance in resolving this...

This is happening quite frequently now especially during the Sale/festive season. Myntra suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode - 411006. This is the pincode, I have been receiving my Myntra parcels since years.

After calling them, the only resolution I get is they will raise the Complain and problem will be resolved in few working days.

I am writing to request a return and refund for the Adidas sandal I recently purchased from your website. My order number is[protected]-9303601.

The sandal arrived on 30/11/2023 and I was disappointed to find that the color was significantly faded and the overall condition appeared old and used. This was not the quality I expected from Adidas or Myntra.

I requested a return & refund of Reebox Shoes that were tight for me. Although the shoes were picked-up, it was returned back the next day and refund rejected stating "Used" and "Stained". This is completely false as I had only tried the shoes once, and the SEAL too is INTACT.

I CONTACTed Myntra SUPPORT mANY TIMEs and even mailed them with pics & video of shoes being intact, with no soiling or damage but received empty apologies and NO ACTION. I demanded to speak to a higher up, got through to an 'Escalation Team member' named Pinky demanding proof of the damage they claimed, but was denied it saying internal investigation couldn't be shared. ###! In fact I was to get a call from a Case Manager but nothing! Only a mail from a JayaBHARATi stating the claim was rejected and complaint closed. Reeks of disappointing service and total fraud.

Then why boast of a Return Policy in the first place? SCRAP IT Myntra!

IF you DO CONDUCT an investigation, shouldn't you share validity and proof of it? What are you hiding Myntra ...your inefficiency??

You have more trust in a pickup person who reports the product used although it hasn't, but you have NO FAITH in your own CUSTOMERs who provide you business, Myntra???

It's an UTTER SHAME and I am definitely NOT GOING to place any more orders from such a poor service provider as Myntra that earns Millions by defrauding people of their hard-earned money. 👎 Myntra

A thoroughly DISAPPOINTED former CUSTOMER

Recieved a fake and duplicate product from myntra. The product recieved was different with retinol which was not mentioned in the product description. The Myntra was irresponsible. The Myntra didn't take any action. They are not ready to return the item and not ready for a refund either. The original price of the Lakme product is 947 but I got it frm myntra for 589 and was a fake Lakme product...

Out of the blue Myntra stopped to deliver to my pincode 182202.
Please don't do this
And restore the delivery ASAP

So we generate a return but my package not received still even my login password has blacklist by the myntra. So we are requested to solve my return query on urgent basis. I'm not sure if your team will be able to help me with my problem, but I wanted to let you know about a few of your products that I brought from the Myntra site.Although I usually stick to a brand, after using the wallet for a few days the leather started to peel in some corners. It now looks like a roadside market wallet, where they used to sell them for fifty or sixty rupees, but I paid more than a thousand rupees for it. We are unable to assist you because the merchandise return policy has been broken, according to Myntra customer service. Indeed, but where is the responsibility for your brand? Not anywhere? If the customer is not satisfied, then it's acceptable?
I want a solution rather than sorry or deeply apologize mail.
