Myntra.com — ordered watch and received the empty box

I also received a empty box from Myntra.com. I ordered Tommy Hilfiger Women Rose Gold Embellished Analogue Watch NTH1781743_BBD1 (Rs6750.00) from their app and it took a lot of time for the delivery. Usually, at my location, all sites delivered the products in 1–2 days. But myntra delivered it in 4 days that too empty box. When I registered the complaint, they said they will look into matter and solve. Till now, 10 days are over and and now myntra team is saying we have already dispatch the watch if you didn’t received so we can’t do anything. They don't help their customers, they just want make profit by cheating the customer. My order number is Order no.:[protected]-4858201. And I'm not doing this to defame the company, but to make you guys alert and sure that if you order something and get empty box, then my money is wasted and myntra is not assuring for money. I want my money back. It is a huge amount.

I have order the watch at the time of EOSS and they made fool. In the name of end of reason sale they are making imprudent to the customer. This is not a mistake that can be avoided even when you have already invested a huge amount of that. It is frustrating and annoying that a company who tells itself to be a one leading customer obsessed company and doing such things over and over again with not only one or two customers but with several customers. Thus, such kind of behavior is not expected from this famous company on which thousands of customers trust blindly.

Really a terrific experience ever with online shopping. BIG NO NO to Myntra and I will suggest other people also do not buy any thing from myntra.
