Myntra.com — Product is missing from the parcel

Ordered 3 kurta from ADA on Myntra. On 31st march I received a parcel of a single kurta. I immediately raised a complaint regarding this issue stating that only a single kurta is delivered and two of them are missing from the packet I even checked with the delivery executive if there were any other package for the missing kurtas as the parcel I had received was clearly a single product parcel. After multiple escalations and requesting for reinvestigation, Myntra customer care team did not resolve the issue. I have suffered for 10 days behind the Myntra team to get this issue resolved shared each and every detail in depth expecting to get a product delivered or at least get a refund but they have been rejecting my claim. I want my product refund as I have suffered a lot in this issue. I the testimony of the delivery partner that the parcel delivered was a single item parcel.
