Myntra submitting customer orders to worst couriers, their delivery is not reliable Order No:[protected]-8636101 Placed on Thursday, January 05, 2017 / Rs. 2, 769.61 / 3 items Above ..3 Items .. 1) Ordered Branded but Delivered (Non Puma Brand formal Shoe ) one product 2) remaining 2 sets of T-shirts not Delivered and showing as Delivered.. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 14, 2017 Updated by jaga bi Myntra trying to cheat.. customers..I have seen number of complaints about Myntra returns..once we return product to myntra, they are taking product back and refunding money to customers.. these all are illegal and cheating things doing by myntra..This is my personal experience i placed an order 45 days before..and product not delivered. When I call and ask them 1.courier contact details and tracking details they are not disclosing. 2. Frequently called to many support employees in myntra and explained them my concern every day 1 hour..per each person..they will hold our call by saying we are discussing with higher manager 's .. after one hour they will disconnect our call irresponsibly.. My products are delivered, still it's showing products not delivered, such an irresponsible attitude, if they again come for money with the same products, they don't know what's waiting for them
Myntra is bogus plateform.
I ordered a T- Shirt online at Myntra
Order ID # 1197684 [protected], I got message as "delivered" on 28 February 2022 but I have not received the product. Complained many times but no response received. Every time they write "product delivered" and complaint closed.
What should I do?

I have ordered short top on 19 th May my delivery date was today but the track was delivery failed I need my short dress within 2 days please solve this problem and I after this don't order anything in Myntra please take and steps

I got early arrival message for delivery on 27 Dec 2019 itself. But what happened was I later got message at 7:00pm that product has been delivered when I haven't received it. I tried to call the delivery representative through a number(note it was some company generated no that was given to me in this case not the direct number of representative which they usually give) he told me that by mistake it was done and he will deliver it till night but haven't got any delivery yet. And now I am even unable to reach to him. I have raised the complaint with them too and they are showing me some random sign that rep must have sent them like how ### this response is. Don't they know anyone can do that. I need speedy redressal and refund of my product ASAP.
Please help me reach out to them.
