Myntra team not delivering any order...Only makes fools.
Don't believe in myntra team.

I ordered 2things 3times and all time I got mail as rescheduled.
8times my parcel rescheduled and when I am complaining, I am not getting response from myntra team

Really pathetic field I choose for online shopping... Sorry it is not pathetic, it is worst
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order was not delivered, nor did I receive any call when the order was to be delivered, and now it is sent back to RTO, it says returned to origin, now what am I supposed to do, atleast send me back my order or refund me the money!

    We ordered the two wall clocks after shifting and comparing the designs and prices and it took us lot of time to do that. My mother told me to order it for gifting purpose. But because of a previous bad experience with Myntra (ordered bedsheets) not being delivered and being ignored because it was cash on delivery, my mother told me not to use Myntra again.
    I somehow managed to convince my mother and ordered the two 'beautiful' wall clocks from Myntra.
    But now I see why I shouldn't be trusting Myntra any more. The clocks were damaged beyond repair or any excuse. Even the broken parts were not inside the packed box, which suggests that the clocks were packed in a broken condition with the heavy packaging around it.
    I must tell I'm immensely disappointed and Myntra you just lost a heavy online shopper.

      This is height of frustration and cheating. Floor supervisor Mr saptrishi assured me that i will be getting the screenshot of the refund status on my registered mail id in next 10 minutes as per my discussion on call on friday 20th January. Today someone said they cannot share it before monday. Also another floor supervisor Sujatha disconnected the call while i was talking. Is this the way u guys treat your customers?? I have been chasing for a refund of my money from past 15 days. No resolution at all.

        When myntra is going to deliver my three items. How long it will take time. This is the worst service l am getting in my entire life. I have placed three my orders on 2nd January, 2017 and the expected delivery date was given 16th Jan but still l am waiting for my items. My complaint no. is 25200971. Can myntra either deliver my items at the earliest or else refund for the items that l have paid for this poor service. Mantra has left me with disappointments

          Hi Team,
          I placed and an order on 05-Jan-2017 worth 1050.85 INR. Amount was deducted from my account: [protected] with Bank of Baroda, Partaspur, Bareilly but the transaction got failed. Transaction Id: 103551331657247933303.

          Its been 15 days and still the amount is yet not credited back to my account.
          Attached is the screenshot of amount deducted, Failed Transaction and recent mini statement.
          Request you to look into the issue and try to resolve it on priority.

              Hi All,
              I exchanged the t-shirts and handed over the delivery boy. He not having the replacement for t-shirt he told once we get the item we deliver it.
              As of now situation is in in order tracking it shows item will be delivered on xx date, today person came and asking me for the return item.
              They are not giving me the item and keep asking for the exchange item.

              Don't trust on these e-commerce sites they are making fool to customer in case of exchange as happen with me.

              I raised the complaint against it complaint no[protected].
              But no reply...
              I had ordered a kurta from myntra 2 of medium size and 1 of XXL. The XXL size kurta neck is improper it is smaller than the medium one.. I have placed it for exchange please look into it and deliver the proper neck size kurta.

                I order two FILA sneakers on 03/01/2017. Order was place on same date. Also the product was shipped on 05/01/2017 & I got message that it will be delivered on 11/1/2017. Hence due to some inconvenience the order got delayed and received another message stating that order will be delivered on 14/01/2017. So I thought due to high volume order may got delayed and I was waiting for order to be delivered. But again on 14/01/2017 I received message that order will be delivered to you on 16/01/2017. So I called Customer Care for the above issue. They told me that due to logistics issue it might got delayed. Though the order is almost 9 days delay as per the first date given.

                Could you please check if I would be getting original product or Logistics people will be changing with some other?

                  I had registered a pickup request on myntra on 15th january 2017 on the same day the order was delivered itself. But till now nobody called for pickup or for time of pickup and no one came for pickup. On myntra the timings are 2pm onwards for pickup and i wait everyday for pickup but myntra is irresponsible and rude company.

                  I called myntra twice but their rude disrespectful and unprofessional customer service representatives were not helping and disconnected my call everytime. They asked me my phone number with which i placed the order and i gave it to them then they said sorry we cannot find any order with this number then i gave them the order id and still they said no order and then i gave them my registered email id and then they disconnected my call

                  The customer calls myntra spends his/her money on expensive calls to myntra and you guys are so mannerless and rude and cruel that you disconnect the call and dont help the customer at all. Is this your policy or way of treating your customers.

                  Stating that courier is out for pickup but the courier man never called for pickup and did not come at the time myntra stated on their app. I called the pickup man for pickup but he cancelles the pickup.

                  This was my very first time shopping on myntra and i had a terrible experience with them so this is going to be the last time i shop on myntra. Never again am i going to shop from this horrible website anymore.

                  Myntra says they have easy return and refund policy within 30days and i applied for return and refund right on the date the order was delivered but myntra is not responding or picking up the order to be returned nor are they recognizing the customer when the customer calls them to enquire about the pickup.

                  Myntra are you trying to cheat the customer by telling the customer that there is no order by your mobile number and we cant find your order by your number and give alternate number and then you disconnect the call so that the customer is not helped in returning the product so that myntra does not have to refund the customer's money. So the myntra easy return and refund and 30 day return policy is a HOAX

                  I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and help me in returning and getting my refund.

                  Myntra's customer service representative's are extremely bad, unprofessional, rude, disrepectful, liars, cheating & fooling customers

                    I have bought a shoes from your online store but unfortunately the product which i have received is damaged. I have contacted with your customer support executive for the return process but he denied to return with the excuse that the product got damage in customer hand.

                    Its totally un-meaningful answer given by your representative.

                    Please guide me about the same or let me know about the escalation matrix with Myntra.

                      I ordered from myntra.com before approx 13 days ago. Expected delivery date was 17-Jan-2017. but still not delivered on 19-Jan-2017. Customer care says it is shipped by E-Kart. But on E-Kart courier tracking site, I could not get the status. Raised complaint to Myntra. They said complaint will be solved in 7 days - which is too much time. Already 2 days late plus 7 days more. I wanted ordered item to be used on occasion which I could not eventually and its terrific experience. Even I can't cancel ordered item as myntra customer care said it is shipped already. I will have to return after shipment is delivered - may be very late and then I don't know when it will be returned and when I can get my money back...!

                        I ordered a Mast and harbour watch on 5th of January Order No:[protected]-0156601 its expected delivery date was 13 January but i didn't receive any call about the product shipment when i checked it was near my delivery address. So on 14th Jan i called customer care one of their executive said will be delivered today, but again no response .
                        then on 17th i called again to take a follow up, the executive said that he will file a complaint and provided me the complaint number . then the delivery man came and asked for cash while its clearly mentioned in my portal payment mode is CARD ON DELIVERY (i have also attached the screenshot for it) . so i called delhivery customer care and told them cash is not available they said they dont have card machines and Myntra is aware about it . I called Myntra again and they said they cant do anything in this issue, already 5 days late then this hassle . if Myntra already knew that Delhivery dont provide card service then the order should be sent by Myntra Logistics . due to all i was forced to cancel my order. infact not even provided any compensation .

                          I exchanged an hrx puffer sleeveless jacket 15 days ago because it was short for me and dust was on it. I wrote the return request within an hour it was received. No message no information is provided by them waiting still no update is thete

                          After few days i called them and said they are shipping the product now because there was a problem in Mumbai warehouse. They changing the promise dates daily more then 4 times they have changed promise dates i have all records and recoding of customer care they said they can't help me.

                          But it has been more than 20 days, they are neither giving me cashback nor shipping the product to me. I have called the myntra costumer care many times but no benifit.

                            have placed order throw myntra and payment got deducted from my account twice.
                            after so many days i have yet not received the money back nor any response from them.
                            i have also sent them the statement of the account as per their requirements but they are not replying nor giving any feed back over the phone.
                            it is getting worst for me now.

                              I had purchase a shoes on myntra EOR 3 jan and had given return on same date as i recieved the product i.e on 5 jan, when i call customercare they say i have been rescheduling by delivery date but no one ever contacted me for Return purpose and its been rescheduled backend from their side. Also i had called many times customercare for support but got nothing happening response.lately i talked with supervisor Rishab and agent tushar on call and also had raised complained for this on their portal, this guys had promised me delievery pickup on before 20 th jan 2017.hope i dont need to write or call any for this support again n again.

                              Now myntra had Cancelled by return pickup order, dont know what logic they are putting by giving such a headache, still no pickup, please take this product for return and will never make mistake to come again to myntra.

                                I created an exchange request for catwalk sandals as it was small in size. The myntra personnel came and collected the product I wanted to exchange. But when the delivery personnel came to deliver exchanged product, he asked me to return the sandal with smaller size. When I informed I have already returned the product, he misbehaved and didn't deliver. I raised issue with myntra but didn't get any proper reply. Its been about a month now. Either return my money or deliver the product.

                                  I purchased Lee cooper sneakers from Myntra, after the next day of delivery i registered complaint but they are denying to replace it while it is defective.
                                  On the next day of delivery i registered a complaint that shoe is not comfortable, its like there is some hard stuff in left shoe but unfortunately i came to office after wearing the show, and now i feeling uncomfortable and uneasy in sitting and walking. They are saying that it is used while i just used it only one day. You can check the condition it is all new.

                                    Since the customer care did not respond even after informing them twice raising the complaint here.

                                    One of my orders was cancelled stating that they made several attempts to deliver the product and also tried calling, but still were not able to deliver.
                                    But the fact is that there was no attempt to deliver the product at all and i have not received even one call regarding this order.

                                    I get a message of "Out for Delivery" at 14/01/2017 12:15 pm and
                                    failed delivery message at 14/01/2017 12:16pm .
                                    Can i know which courier does this kind of flash delivery attempts.

                                    To be noted is that the order was made during the great Myntra sale on 3rd Jan 2017

                                      I have order two products on card on delivery on 3-Jan-2017. But the delivery boys says they don't have that facilities to do. If so why does the website shows that option at the time of booking the order..

                                      When tried contacting customer care with the same issue.. they say the product is being out for delivery by the third party delivery agency and they don't have the online facilities.. boss I I have order this products on Myntra.com. It is your responsibility how tho handle. You could have send this product through the channels who has online facilities.. as I have been provided with the card option from Myntra..

                                      I have received only one call from the delivery agency. on 7-Jan-2017 but the records shows two or three attempts were made to delivery.. on 8th and 9th of Jan.. Boss i[censored] are not interested in delivering products or services please shut down your agency instead of providing fake information..

                                      Myntra my first shopping experience have been wrost.. I have wasted all my time since 3-Jan- I expect an action on this and my product to be delivered..

                                      This is ridiculous..
