Dear Team,

I have bought a shoes from your online store but unfortunately the product which i have received is damaged. I have contacted with your customer support executive for the return process but he denied to return with the excuse that the product got damage in customer hand.

Its totally un-meaningful answer given by your representative.

Please guide me about the same or let me know about the escalation matrix with Myntra.

    I ordered from myntra.com before approx 13 days ago. Expected delivery date was 17-Jan-2017. but still not delivered on 19-Jan-2017. Customer care says it is shipped by E-Kart. But on E-Kart courier tracking site, I could not get the status. Raised complaint to Myntra. They said complaint will be solved in 7 days - which is too much time. Already 2 days late plus 7 days more. I wanted ordered item to be used on occasion which I could not eventually and its terrific experience. Even I can't cancel ordered item as myntra customer care said it is shipped already. I will have to return after shipment is delivered - may be very late and then I don't know when it will be returned and when I can get my money back...!

    Even order delayed date is not displayed on myntra.com. It still shows 17-Jan-2017..!

      I ordered a Mast and harbour watch on 5th of January Order No:[protected]-0156601 its expected delivery date was 13 January but i didn't receive any call about the product shipment when i checked it was near my delivery address. So on 14th Jan i called customer care one of their executive said will be delivered today, but again no response .
      then on 17th i called again to take a follow up, the executive said that he will file a complaint and provided me the complaint number . then the delivery man came and asked for cash while its clearly mentioned in my portal payment mode is CARD ON DELIVERY (i have also attached the screenshot for it) . so i called delhivery customer care and told them cash is not available they said they dont have card machines and Myntra is aware about it . I called Myntra again and they said they cant do anything in this issue, already 5 days late then this hassle . if Myntra already knew that Delhivery dont provide card service then the order should be sent by Myntra Logistics . due to all i was forced to cancel my order. infact not even provided any compensation .

      I have ordered some product in COD method. today morning the Delivery boy came, i gave him the money but he didnot return the change and fleed from the spot...

        I exchanged an hrx puffer sleeveless jacket 15 days ago because it was short for me and dust was on it. I wrote the return request within an hour it was received. No message no information is provided by them waiting still no update is thete

        After few days i called them and said they are shipping the product now because there was a problem in Mumbai warehouse. They changing the promise dates daily more then 4 times they have changed promise dates i have all records and recoding of customer care they said they can't help me.

        But it has been more than 20 days, they are neither giving me cashback nor shipping the product to me. I have called the myntra costumer care many times but no benifit.

          have placed order throw myntra and payment got deducted from my account twice.
          after so many days i have yet not received the money back nor any response from them.
          i have also sent them the statement of the account as per their requirements but they are not replying nor giving any feed back over the phone.
          it is getting worst for me now.

          Please help me in to the same.

            I had purchase a shoes on myntra EOR 3 jan and had given return on same date as i recieved the product i.e on 5 jan, when i call customercare they say i have been rescheduling by delivery date but no one ever contacted me for Return purpose and its been rescheduled backend from their side. Also i had called many times customercare for support but got nothing happening response.lately i talked with supervisor Rishab and agent tushar on call and also had raised complained for this on their portal, this guys had promised me delievery pickup on before 20 th jan 2017.hope i dont need to write or call any for this support again n again.

            Now myntra had Cancelled by return pickup order, dont know what logic they are putting by giving such a headache, still no pickup, please take this product for return and will never make mistake to come again to myntra.

              I created an exchange request for catwalk sandals as it was small in size. The myntra personnel came and collected the product I wanted to exchange. But when the delivery personnel came to deliver exchanged product, he asked me to return the sandal with smaller size. When I informed I have already returned the product, he misbehaved and didn't deliver. I raised issue with myntra but didn't get any proper reply. Its been about a month now. Either return my money or deliver the product.

              I have recd the product. The tracking status has not been updated. I want to exchange the product.

                I purchased Lee cooper sneakers from Myntra, after the next day of delivery i registered complaint but they are denying to replace it while it is defective.
                On the next day of delivery i registered a complaint that shoe is not comfortable, its like there is some hard stuff in left shoe but unfortunately i came to office after wearing the show, and now i feeling uncomfortable and uneasy in sitting and walking. They are saying that it is used while i just used it only one day. You can check the condition it is all new.

                  Since the customer care did not respond even after informing them twice raising the complaint here.

                  One of my orders was cancelled stating that they made several attempts to deliver the product and also tried calling, but still were not able to deliver.
                  But the fact is that there was no attempt to deliver the product at all and i have not received even one call regarding this order.

                  I get a message of "Out for Delivery" at 14/01/2017 12:15 pm and
                  failed delivery message at 14/01/2017 12:16pm .
                  Can i know which courier does this kind of flash delivery attempts.

                  To be noted is that the order was made during the great Myntra sale on 3rd Jan 2017

                    I have order two products on card on delivery on 3-Jan-2017. But the delivery boys says they don't have that facilities to do. If so why does the website shows that option at the time of booking the order..

                    When tried contacting customer care with the same issue.. they say the product is being out for delivery by the third party delivery agency and they don't have the online facilities.. boss I I have order this products on Myntra.com. It is your responsibility how tho handle. You could have send this product through the channels who has online facilities.. as I have been provided with the card option from Myntra..

                    I have received only one call from the delivery agency. on 7-Jan-2017 but the records shows two or three attempts were made to delivery.. on 8th and 9th of Jan.. Boss i[censored] are not interested in delivering products or services please shut down your agency instead of providing fake information..

                    Myntra my first shopping experience have been wrost.. I have wasted all my time since 3-Jan- I expect an action on this and my product to be delivered..

                    This is ridiculous..

                      I have ordered a pair of roadster men beige sneakers on 5 Jan 2017 the estimated delivery date was of 14 Jan 2017, but it was not delivered to me I called customer service thru said sure to their sale in progress delivery may be late to a 4-5 couple of days after waiting 4-5 I haven't received my order yet I called the customer service twice but they are tolerating me and are neglecting my complaints

                        Myntra has become a third class thing now. Because of the people belonging to myntra who are so
                        Unprofessional in their behavior. They dont know how to talk to people. He brought my order and then took it away because he has no change of 2k. I told him to go get the change and he's like why should i ? And left with my orders saying it ll get cancelled. Il make sure that person learns manners !

                          I ordered one pair of shoes, not delivered on time and delivery person talking unprofessionally.

                          When i got message for delivery, I called them and ask at what time they will come to deliver they said we are coming in 30 min, 1 hour but they didn't came and called in the evening when i was in office before that I called myntra and told everything they said if you are not available today you can tell them come tomorrow so and so time they will come and deliver then i asked them to deliver it by tomorrow so and so time however when i called tomorrow and ask delivery person again he responded in very rudely and disconnected my call then again i called myntra to report this they said your product is not outcome for delivery today.

                          So in brief: Because of Myntra I wasted my valuable time and when I called they didn't provided proper guidance.

                          After fighting with them they have given me this saying complaint id[protected]

                          I need return value of my time.

                            My Ordered was placed on Tuesday, January 03, 2017 and delivered on 09 JAN which i didn't like and wanted to return the item and i made a request for it on January 10, 2017.

                            after that i received few messages that " we were unable to pick up your item. we'll attempt again." I never received any call regarding this. after that my request for return got cancelled itself.

                            again i have made a new request on January 17, 2017.

                            this is how you "easy return" feature works? because the payment has been already made. you don't want the product and return the money any more.

                                I placed my order on 5th Jan, 2017 on Myntra during a sale.
                                But the delivery agent who was supposed to deliver my order deliberately, without even contacting me filed a return of my order on my behalf. He has done this act with me and other colleagues a number of times. I have already complained to myntra helpline a number of times but in vain.
                                Now they are asking me to order again but the prices have hiked. This is cheating and how can they cancel my order without even asking me.

But it is false. They don't call me. At night they will again say that tomorrow we'll my order will deliver.and tomorrow date is 17. But they don't deliver my order in 17 the January. So Inresponsible they are.

                                    I have order 2shoes and 2 bags fro Myntra which cost around 4 thousand it's has been soo long and I have not receive the order on the track page it is showing that you order will be delivered on 14 but it is now 17 and still the order has not yet deliver to met here is no notification of order delay and there is not even any change on the track page I have been very ordering this during the end of season sale but still no response I request you to ask them to Denver my order as fast as possible as image to gift it to my sister on her birthday.

                                        I have ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra.com on 18th Dec 2016, but that was oversized so their customer care told me to return the product instead of exchanging it. But when I asked for pick up the ordered product as per their policy then they denied that they don't have pickup facility at my address . they asked me to send the product by Indian post and they will reimburse the amount along with postal charges. I sent the product to the address provided by them but the address was insufficient as per Indian Post ( Shown in Consignment Tracking system) I told the same to Myntra team and asked them to provide the pickup facility and reimburse my amount with postal charges but they are taking the issue lightly and ignoring the issue from last 20 days. They are not providing any solution instead just stretching the issue longer and longer. You are kindly requested to look into the matter.
