Myntra.com — Product Picked up, No refund - MYSR[protected]

This is with respect to the Product Picked up via tracking number MYSR[protected]. The Product return been created for the wrong product delivered. The delivery executive has picked up the product on 7 March approx. 04:10 pm. He did mention that the product is not the same as per the image, I clarified that product is delivered is incorrect. The product was not even opened & the tag and seal were intact. I have received a message after the pick-up that the product refund is on hold and subsequently failed the quality check. Next day when the same delivery executive came to deliver other product, when enquired he mentioned that they will release the payment. However, the case is close without any refund.

Similar issue happened with the same delivery executive in the past, I would like to understand why refund is not processed and require e-kart team to take strict action to be taken against this executive.
