Myntra.com — Product severely delayed yet when I try to cancel they are not allowing cancellation.

Disappointed and Exhausted as a Consumer | Myntra

As someone who trusted @Myntra for years, I never thought I’d be put through such a frustrating and exhausting ordeal.

On 28th June 2025, I placed an order (Order No: 130298217427384455003) through Myntra.

After repeated delays, I tried to cancel the order, but Myntra’s system did not allow me to cancel even though the item hadn’t shipped. I reached out to customer care multiple times, only to get vague and unclear responses each time. I talked to several costumer care team for more than 20 minutes on each call but nothing happened.

I’m now demanding a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused.
This is not just about me, it’s about how platforms treat their customers when something goes wrong.
