Myntra.com — Product was not delivered but marked as delivered, refund claim was rejected multiple times by Myntra

I ordered SASSAFRAS worklyf straight Fit High Rise Trousers ( Order ID 131743073870860626801), it was marked as delivered on 16- Dec-2025, I raised a complain on 17-Dec-2025 and it was rejected, again i raised a complain on 21-Dec-2025 again it was rejected. I wrote to [protected]@myntra.com on 24- Dec-2025 but no answer from Myntra, I sent a remainder email on 7-Jan-2026 again no response. Post this I raised a complain (complain no: IN[protected] again on 9-Jan-2026 but claim request was rejected again. As on 10-Jan-2025 again I have reopened the complaint

when the delivery was attempted no one was at home and i didn't even received delivery executive's call in such a scenario to whom did he deliver the product?

Myntra's irresponsible behavior to resolve this issue is really unbearable.
