Myntra.com — Puma ultra 5 ultimate

I bought the top end puma football shoe as it was cheaper on myntra than other websites. I bought a size 8 UK but was greeted with a size 9UK. To add to my problems further there was no tag on it and apparently I can’t return or exchange without tag. When I contacted the customer support regarding the same, they initially promised to look into it within 48hrs. However, after 2 weeks of repeatedly calling back and forth they finally said their internal investigation was completed and that they can’t take the product. Now I m stuck with a shoe I cant use and money that I cant get back. Beware of their fraudulent practices.
