[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Quality check issue/return on hold

Hi,
I ordered cultsport short on 13 feb 2022 from Myntra. Product delivery get on 16 Feb 2022, after that I file return request on same day after watching that product is not so up to the mark. pick-up schedule on 17 Feb 2022.as per schedule I am ready with product with all the tags (price tag and brand tag)even white paper which is inside the product, bill, then transparent bag and outer khaki bag.when pickup boy come for pick up I gave him product he check it with tags, and take only product with transparent bag.he return me outer khaki bag by telling "this is not required for return".
And now they send notification that quality check is failed? And return on hold..?
I mean why? I can't understand it?after pick up, how I am responsible for all this?is there any guarantee that there pickup boys don't do this with product?

This type of issue never expected from Myntra and after pick up 👎🏼 not done.
Resolved my issue fast.
