Myntra.com — raise a return and they didn't come for pick up and update status as pick up failed

Raised a return request for the item and i received a message from myntra side having associate name and contact numner. I called on that number its switched off and that person didn't come for pickup nor contact me.
At the end of day i received a message from myntra that pickup failed. And this is happening second time. Its very unexpected thing from mynta side.
Even i wrote a mail to [protected]@myntra.com. But they send reply that they are not accepting email from [protected]@myntra.com and try to their contact us section. Tried that also but not able to contact their customer service number.
