I received a used dress from Myntra. I had bought this for gifting purpose. However upon opening the package I noticed the dress was crumpled and smelling horribly. I informed the delivery person when he came to deliver another item. He asked me to return it. I opted for exchange with the same item and same size. However another delivery person came next time who refused to pick it up as the product was used. I tried explaining and asked him to check with the last delivery person, but he did not listen to me. I am really upset with the way Myntra is sending used products and not accepting responsibility
