Myntra.com — Refund amount not credited after multiple reminder

Hi Team,
I have purchased two casual shirts from Myntra, but due to product quality, I have returned both the shirts & Myntra promised to credit my refund amount to my wallet account, but it didn't credit.

After multiple follow-ups, they committed within 72 hrs, it will be credited to my wallet, but till that, it have not received it.
