Myntra.com — Refund money not received

I had purchased two items from myntra Dt 15.02.17 and 10.02.17, 2items returned by me (returned 🆔[protected] and[protected] for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 1592.41 and rs 679.15 respectively but till date 24.07.17 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

I cancelled one wrogn shoes of INR 1679 from myntra for which i paid through debit card.Its more than 2 weeks and the money is not reflecting in my bank account.I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side and if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care.They provided me this reference no 30001080948093140249226.They told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same.They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint.I registered complaint with the Sbi but after few days i got replied from sbi that no such payment had been recieved from myntra.Again i called myntra customer support and they are just repeating the same thing refund has already been processed you get in touch with your bank.If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited.Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically.I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith..from last 2 weeks i am just calling Sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank.Horrible experience

I brought a samsung fitness band from myntra but they sent me a trouser instead of samsung band
Then i requested for the refund but it was done in time so i called them. They replied that it was done by us please contect your bank customer care team so did that and bank told me that you have to contect your online shopping platform. It is like merry go round

I ordered (30 aug 2019)a jewelry set and a footwear from Myntra but on the same day I cancelled them after waiting 7-10 days I only get refund of footwear I faced so much struggle many times I called Myntra they gave me reference number [protected] and asked me to talk to your bank I again called SBI bank many times also registered online complaint but they only said we are not responsible in this matter. Both the sides are saying this Now today date is 29 sep2019 no till date i didn't get any refund. Please suggest me what should I do refund amount is 821 approximately. I am attaching screenshots

I ordered puma track pants order no[protected]-6615301(Rs2500).But when I recieved the product it was already used. And I returned the product but haven't recieved refund yet.This is heights of fraud and when I called the customer support in order to tell my problem they are delaying day by day.Also, the portal is showing the query as resolved whereas I haven't received the refund yet.Please look into the matter as soon as possible other I might go to higher authorities.

I have ordered the Nayo dress for rupees 747. But I received the false product which is totally different but the brand is same. So i returned the product. Refund is processed but i didnt receive my money yet. Please kindly help me to resolve this issues. Need of money.

I also have same problem. Myntra give only reference number but money still not come in my account. I ordered three orders but still not come. Two orders price is 299 and 299 and 3rd one is around 2729

Sir I ordered 2 shirts .i returned bear house shirt which costs 573 on April 19 .till now I didn't received my refund of 573 rs .I want my refund back . Flipkart and Amazon is better online shopping apps comparatively Myntra .if you can't refund I will not buy on myntra
