I get this shoes 5 monthes ago and it shows defet on top side and torn.. I need replacement and please help me to solve the problm of such defective products... As soon as possible or i will go consumer court for ditching customer on branded produts.. Give me response as soon as possible.. I dont want customers will be ditched like myntra did.. So it is my meek to help me regarding this matter..

    Placed : april 15th
    I orderered a product on april 15th and received the same on april 18th.
    On trying the product which waa of white colour i found out it was of smaller size and re ordered a larrger one by again paying full amount. I put a return of the order and all the price tags and stuff were intact on this.
    Now myntra is saying quality check failed on the order as there was some dirt on collar. How muxj dirt can accumulate while trying.
    The product is of more than 10k rupees in value.
    Please help me in sorting the same and handing the same.

      I had purchased one shirt for my brother from Myntra and the size was not appropriate so I returned the same. It has been more than 20 days I haven't received my amount yet in my bank. When I call them they are saying speak to the bank we have processed from here. I did all the things which could have been possible from my end but the bank are also refusing and they are also not ready to process the amount. I am feeling helpless now please do something. Didn't expected this at all from Myntra.

      I bought one shirt for my brother and the size was not appropriate. So I returned it and till date I have not yet received my money in my bank. It has been 20 days and still money is not yet refunded. I have been chasing Myntra and my bank but then still no resolution I have got.. Plz help me out as I am feeling helpless now. Please please I beg you help me out of this

        My name is jony singla and my register mobile no. is [protected]. Its very bad service for pickup order. I make a request for multiple then this request automatically cancel, i don't why. Its too much irritating service. Whenever called on customer care they said we will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible but still there is not solution for that problem. I am facing this problem for last 10 to 15 days. Still there is no solution for my problem. I suggest to everyone don't buy this website or app you can also prefer Myntra and Abof etc.

        This incident took place on 20 april, 2017. they said that they will refund the price of the returned in 7-10 days in the bank account which yet dint happen. very disappointed with the service. make sure a solution is found as soon as possible.

          My order was supposed to be delivered by 26th of April, '17 and also I am getting notification for the last 3 days that that day my order will arrive. I tried calling the person I was given contact of (delivery boy as in). At first he delayed by saying he doesn't know the exact location of my address and later on during evening when I called him he denied having my parcel.
          Today is 27th already. Do you people have any sense of time? This was my first experience with Myntra and probably would be my last. Thank You so much for telling how good your service is!

            I had purchased three items from myntra Dt 22.02.17 out of which 2items returned by me (returned 🆔 21890253 and[protected] for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 378.26 and rs 372.84 respectively but till date 26.04.17 myntra has not refunded me the above amount.             Dear sir/madam
            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from myntra. I had placed an order of a ‘brown footin women ballet shoes’ size 37 from your website on march 29, 2017 for which i made a payment of rs.589.45 through my credit card, my order number is[protected]-6788801. My order arrived on 1st april, 2017, but when i unpacked it i found that the product was not in a good shape and it didn’t fit me as i had size issues, also it was damaged as out of the 28 metal studs on the shoes one of the small studs was missing already. Since the product was under the free trial and return policy within 30 days of the receipt of the item, unused and intact in its original condition, tags and packaging, i initiated a return request with myntra. Your executive didn’t arrive until 24th april, 2017 and that too after several complaint calls to your customer services to pick up the order but as he saw the product he refused to take it back. I even called the customer service operator for assistance but no action has been taken after several reminders from me, they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the delivered product was damaged. The consumer rights act makes it an implied term that the product be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and i being a consumer am entitled to have the refund.
            Therefore, i request you to confirm that you will arrange for the pickup by sending one of your executives and will refund me my money for returning the damaged product.
            I look forward to receiving your time and consideration along with a quick action for settlement of my claim before the due date of return i. E 30th april, 2017, as it is affects your company’s credibility too.

              Hi,

              I had ordered a "Fossil Men Black Dial Chronograph Watch FS5132I" pertaining to the order number[protected]-7883801 on April 19. I received the package on April 22nd which was supposed to contain Watch and 2 shirts as part of the order. As I opened the package, the seal of the watch box was broken and there was no watch inside. I was shocked and I immediately called the Myntra helpline to launch a complaint.

              I received an email after few hours saying that they had sent the product and they can't anything about it. I again responded to them for escalation and still the same response.

              I am not sure what to do? If I should I for social media, news media, and consumer court. Could you please guide me?

              I ordered a gift wrap on myntra but with the product I received the bill also. If the bill is also being given then what is the use of ordering gift purchase. Please update . You are charging for the gift wrap and making the consumers fool out of this.

                I order a product frm myntra

                Order placed:monday, april 10, 2017.
                Still i dont got my product and today i received an email that order has been canceled due to some logistical issue.
                Then i called them to enquire about the issue, and they apologize for the issue that happen from their side, and said they'll give me a coupon for reordering the same product. When i tried to purchase it shows the coupon is applicable only if i purchase another 1400rs item and i tried that also. After that it shows cannot use this coupon for that specific item!!! Soo now the same product is for rs8200 which is 800rs more than previous purchase. They are doing nothing.. Jus simply saying sorry sorry. Worst customer care ever!!! Myntra trying to fool customers by their tricky moves!!! Never gonna purchase again from myntra again.

                  I had purchased brown coloured hrx-active by hrithik roshan's track pant from myntra.com after 1-2 uses i found 3 holes over back sieving of pant and i approached myntra's costumer care centre called 12-15 times and mailed several times now without examining product they declined return telling that it's not a manufacturing defect so kindly help me to sort out this problem.

They sent a duplicate item and they are refusing to take it back. And i have all the things like tags barcode scanner etc.. But they are refusing because the string joining all of them is got detached.

                      I have ordered 4 t-shirts (3 roadster t-shirt and 1 adidas) and 3 shorts (2 undercolors of benetton and 1 nike dry fit) worth of 5504 rupees.
                      I have added all the photos of my orders.
                      I am satisfied with all the clothes except one roadster polo collor t-shirt the actually it is not fitting to my size, it's not properly fitting.

                      The problem here is that i have lost tags and packaging of t - shirt.
                      I want to exchange this t-shirt but myntra is not accepting because of tags
                      And packaging of t-shirt.
                      Please give seller approval so i can exchange it a medium size of my fitting.

                        Called delivery boy and asked him to delivery it to the guard of the building, as i was not available.When i was back home, asked the guard regarding any delivery.He said there was none.But got sms, mail regarding successful product delivery .please do the needful.

                          Hi,

                          I had purchased 1 PUMA shoes. Please find the following link for your reference https://secure.myntra.com/my/returns with 6 months warranty.

                          It's only 5 months and there's a defect in the shoes. There is a hole on both the pairs of shoes. So I request you to replace it so that we can keep building the trust on Myntra and PUMA.

                          I registered this compliant sometime back and someone with the name Rahul Sharma started asking the number, Validity and 3 digit number written on my ATM card and said that they will refund my money. I have a doubt, that why he is asking for these numbers for returning the money.

                          Please take care of it so that there should not be any fake calls, else I need to complaint against it.

                            Hi I would like to complain against Mr.indrakumar as he said his name he came for delivery of product and as I got information that we can pay through Paytm and as he was here and I was trying to upload money in paytm and tried paying him the transaction couldn't take place and showed awaiting transaction I again tried doing another transaction but in mean while this guy have created scene in from. Of my house by shouting here which is Nt accepted and Myntra should take some action as he insulted ur client. We are not begged who buy online if this kind insult gonna face then better we should not order from Myntra... I have people who saw him shouting here at my place as he was standing outside and shouting and everyone who was crossing here witness my insult which he had done to me and cause me image damage which hope they ll take proper step or else v ll process this further and take necessary action against him

                              My product of order no.[protected]-7770401 was delivered on time. But i am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the delivery boy. He refused to deliver the order at our doorstep. He gave reasons about having goods with him and so he could not come inside. I even told him that there is no one available to pick the order. Still he refused. I order things so many times online but never faced such problem as yet. Then finally i agreed to come and pick the product but before our conversation could end he banged the phone on my face. Completely unexpected behavior and insult to me. I EXPECT AN APOLOGY from this delivery boy. Myntra, we are your customers and it is your responsibility to atleast give respect to your customers. And with this attitute of your people, you will only loose good customers.

He said I called him after a long conversation he admitted that he is from mintra . When i asked him for a screen shot of call log he refused to gave it . I’m really very disappointed. I request mintra to keep a complete detail about there workers and take a strict action.

                                The delivery boy tried contacting me on Tuesday via Facebook. I rejected his message request and blocked him there. I made a mistake there by ignoring this person coz I thought a mere complaint might cost him his job. But I was so wrong. His intervention into my privacy didn't end there. I was unable receive phone calls via myntra regarding my order delivery today. I called back only to know it was the same delivery person and requested another delivery the next day to which the delivery boy agreed. He then messaged me his contact number on WhatsApp. It was a little weird at first. I thought may be he was just trying to help me. Later this man tried video calling me on WhatsApp. This has been disturbing me lately. All this is a deliberate attempt to harass a person. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest so that privacy of female customers remains intact.

                                When I contacted the customer care team of Myntra, they were extremely patient and cooperative. Also, they assured me about my safety. Strict action was taken against the concerned delivery person in less than 24 hours. I had received a call from the divisional head office regarding the same in less than 2 hours of bringing this matter to the Myntra team's notice via phone call. The divisional head had enquire the issue by that time. He constantly assured me of my safety throughout the issue's dismissal. The very next day I received a phone from the delivery person apologising for the same. Myntra team was already processing his termination letter. I felt it was a step too extreme as per my future safety is concerned plus the undeniable job scarcity scenario today, although I have no doubt that the Myntra team would leave no stone unturned to help me out in near future if such an issue arises again. They stood true to their words. Since I felt the step to be a bit harsh, I demanded a written apology from the delivery person with an assurance of such incidences not repeating in future either with me or any female customer, to which he agreed and submitted the same today morning. I am more than grateful and in all appreciation for the team's sincere and quick steps taken to resolve the issue. Thank you very much for rebuilding my trust in the company.

                                I am extremely happy and satisfied with the way Myntra reciprocated to my complain n took action in less than 24 hours. Although, I feel the step taken is bit too extreme considering my personal security issues in near future. I am ready to take back my complaint if the concerned guy apologies in writing. Kindly consider the job termination issue again.

                                  I have a account with [protected]@gmail.com.Today I have noticed they have add 149 delivery charge for each item.I used to think it's for everyone but when I saw the same item in someone's else account then there were no delivery changes. I have called customer care then they told me it's because I have returned more item then purchased which I knew was not true. Then he transferred my call to ibrahim Malik who said the same. Then i asked them to give details then they said we dont have any.Then I said I saw people around me returning things everyday still they have free delivery then he said we don't care about others we are talking about you. This is the way your customer care talk. In your advertisement you promote free returns but when people do then you add 149 to each item so that's your strategy. But as I knew it I never returned anything until there a size issue so I checked in my account. Till today I have purchased 40 items and returned 8 so i dont think it too much from my prospective.If this is too much then remove that returns option. why you always promote free returns. This case should be applicable to everyone but i dont think so as i see people returning every time still they have free delivery. I always bought things worth rupees 9k or similar from your sale and in return I m getting this humiliating behavior. It's very easy to create a new account but still I m easing the issue because I know I am not wrong. I can tell u many names who return almost everyday then why u did this to me. I never expected this from you. Just because of this delivery charges I started buying from Jabong and I never realized it's just for me only. Look at my account and see the status of return and please compare with others too. I am so disappointed with you. I was a loyal customer but in return you gave this reward to me.

                                    I have not availed Myntra ICICI offer- Get 15% cash back. Though my transaction was via ICICI debit card and the purchase amount was Rs2151 having Order id:[protected]-2612703 on 12thApril 2017(Wednesday). It was meeting all terms and conditions but still didn't get any message or mail or cash back to my wallet.                                       Always loved Myntra until my concern pertaining to refund of the order ID[protected]-1498501 its been over 10 days and received a reply today stating refund has been processed whereas the refund screen shot sent by ul isnt even the correct order id!what kind of customer service is this! And how irresponsible i[censored]r associates to not check before processing the request! If i do not get my refund at the earliest i will take this to the next level!

                                      The given date for deliver is today but not deliver yet whts wrong.. . It always in the place of shipped... Can u please check it and deliver me as soon as possible.
                                      I am happy with the timely delivery of the product. I ordered a pair of jeans which was on 50% off . The quality of the jeans is good and i love the packaging of the product too.
