I placed an order on 17th February on myntra of inr 946, amount deducted from my sbi account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - sbi confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with txn#[protected]. if no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred. what is going on.. how can myntra cheat like this. they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. i want my money back.

    I ordered clark and palmer sunglasses on july 2016 which is recently discovered it to be fake when I had been to the outlet. I just saw there is no logo of the brand and they didnt even give me the box, when I registered complain on it and asked them to check with their records or proof that they had sent me the product was fake and can cross check with their records atleast once, because there was no logo and the brand box .Senior department clearly denied and said it isnt in the policy get the letter from the brand.
    This is really bad at part of myntra that they dont bother to atleast accept what they gave was fake.

      I returned a Fort Collins black quilted jacket from Myntra on 23/12/2016 Order Number:[protected]-7634601. Myntra says they have initiated the refund of Rs. 1462.45 on the same day, but I have not got in in my account yet. I paid through debit card. I have been contacting throughout, so many calls n emails I have sent, but they give response after a week, with useless delays and details. They gave me the ARN number which the bank said is useless for tracking anything, when they promised to give the UTR number first(which they did not give) that might have helped to track. They even asked for screenshot of bank statement as proof, (after which they said they will initiate refund again), I did, but still I have not got any refund or response. They have been holding my money for two months now, and still I received email to wait again despite every detail given. I even warned them about complaining further but again and again they are providing me with the screenshot of their refund initiation, which does not even have the bank reference number(null), which is useless to me and to the bank. Now they are not responding. Please help me out in this case.

        Hello, I had placed an order for exchange of a jacket from size M to L on 6th Feb. The order has reached the delivery centre on 8th Feb according to the tracking status and the product is still not out for delivery. Are you guys so damn slow or have you misplaced the order? I wanted that jacket to reach my boyfriend on Valentine's day but your sad service has ruined it all. I had got a message stating the order is delayed and will be delivered till 15th Feb, but you guys screwed up here as well. It's End of 15th Feb and I still don't have my product. The call centre service is so poor that if we call them up they'll always give us reasons that the delivery centre people are not picking up the call, buck up guys! Do some serious work and help the customers in helping to know what exactly is the status of the product rather than just being so casual about it. The tracking status still shows reached delivery centre on 8th Feb and is not even updated!
        Extremely sad service!!

          My order number is[protected]-8973603.
          There were two products in my order. For one of them i registered a request for return and for 2nd one i registered a request for for exchange.
          When the delivery boy (Vishal from delivery) came to pick up the return on 19/01/2017, i asked him whether this one is for one shirt or for both the shirts (As i was not aware of your policy that exchange product will be picked up at the time of exchange only). Delivery boy assured me that this is for both the shirts so i handed him over both the shirts.
          But i got return for one shirt and exchange for 2nd shirt is also cancelled by your company. They did not even dispatch my exchange product which assures they have got the shirt, so they did not feel any need to dispatch its exchange.
          I informed your help desk several times and they assured me that whether i will receive the exchanged product or refund for it but i haven't got any of these.

          I believe you investigate this issue and get to some solid conclusion. If you want we can take a call with you, delivery boy and myself to assure that i handed over both the shirts to him.

              I have placed an order of Nike shoe on 28/01/2017, due to selection of wrong size i have cancelled it that day only. I got an email saying that order is cancelled and refund will credited within 7-10days. But i have not received my amount till today and contacted Myntra many times. According to them refund is success & on 9 Feb they are sending me screenshot of transaction query system and asked me to go to the bank and update it. I went to the bank, the bank people denied and told me that they don't have any such system to enquire such details. Again i contacted Myntra but they asked my bank statement & i sent it on 9feb. They asked me to wait and today sent me a mail mentioning one acquirer reference number i.e. M64QEA and asked me to talk with the bank. But bank people again denied & told me that they don't have such facilities. I called Myntra and their response is still the same.So register a complaint against Myntra as they're not refunding my money back & help me to get my refund back.

                Hello,

                I placed an order yesterday, where an offer was going on. Since it was best price i could afford for that order, i placed it. Amount was paid through my credit card. Suddenly when i checked my order details after 10 mins, it shows cancelled. No reason nothing. When i try to call Myntra Customer Care, they just have to say SORRY..Nothing else they know.
                According to them they were not able to redeem my Myntra points due to some technical issue. Every time you have technical issue, but when you have to suddenly change the Product price, your server is up and running.

                Now they have raised the prices of product and tel me to order again.
                Do you think Customer is mad. I am not going to refer Myntra to any1 in future.

                  I have ordered an watch worth of Rs6995/-.During the payment process money got debited from my account But its order placement was unsuccessful.I had an talk with customer care they were telling that they didnt receive any money from the payment gate way still.They were asking to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.But i have to place that order on an immediate basis.How could my problem be solved if neither the bank people nor the myntra people were not responding.[protected]This is the refernce number for the bank transaction.Hoping to expect an immedidate reply

                    I have received a dirty and damaged sandels from myntra, when i return this they refuse to take this and taking a while to do any action for this..1 month ago myntra delivery boy take two times money for my product and says their machine have sone technical problems, he was trying the credit card too ...and from my card money debited and also he takes money cash from me..this is also not resolved till now..i want to contact them

                      I am avijit roy...i am ordering a SAN FRISSCO shoe and a cap through myntra.com, my order id is[protected]-0839603...after reciving this shoe in the date of 01, feb.2017 i am wearing this shoe once...then next morning i noticed that the upper layer of shoe is torned like its a damp product...they dont refund my money back and returnd it...plz help me about this they try to decline to return my product and refund my money...5times i mailed them about return my money but they fraud to me ...at first they send a damp shoe to me worth rs.885.00...and now they declined to take return this shoe and give me my money back...my mobile no.is [protected]...plz help me about this fraudent activity...they sending 3 mails from "[protected]@MYNTRA.COM"...by Simran Tandon...she wrote to the mail was...

                      till now myntra didnt contact me...and the problem is not resolved...
                      My order no 103540678326068035701 for the amount of Rs 681.97 was returned to you on Jan 25th but the refund money was not credited till now. So please check this and refund at earliest.
                      The item with the given order number was returned on 23 Jan 2017 in the same condition as it was bought. I have not received the money refund to my account yet. As told by the company's customer care executive they have refunded the concerned amount but it has not debited to my account as per my account details.

                        I orderd a dress "Ants Black Fit and Flare Dress" with Order no:[protected]-4942303.

                        I got a mail that it will be delivered on 9th feb. I got a call from the delivery man but i couldn't pick it up as i was in a meeting. Later i got message and a mail that it is delivered.

                        I did not receive the package nor did i send anyone to pick it up. Then to whom was it delivered??? Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I will never shop from myntra again. Poor delivery.

                            I have placed and order as stated above. I got an update that the shipment was out for delivery, i was waiting for the same and end of the day i get SMS stating the delivery is scheduled next day as per the customer request where as i did not even requested and not one contacted for this too. I thought the delivery boy must be running out of time and can be delivered tomorrow. To my surprise 2nd day also same thing repeated and i get sms end of the day stating the same reason. To my shock 3rd day morning i get a msg stating the order was delivered where as i have not received the same. the customer care has no clue even after raising the complaint and it's 48 hours post raising the complaint. The worse part is the logistics is their own "myntra logistics" who has no control over the shipments and the operations. I got to know from the customer support guy that the delivery center manager says to check the customer with neighbors. How come the delivery can be done anywhere else apart from the customer place? And THE BEST part is, i asked for the POD which is bare minimum document which they do not have just because they did not delivered the shipment and updated in system just to show their TAT numbers to impress the customers and investors.

                            This is absolutely nonsense..if the last mile delivery cannot be managed with in-house capability, they should have out sourced it. Else ask the customer to pay the shipment where any we get the shipment from a professional courier company unlike myntra logistics.

                            Not sure their escalation matrix and no seriousness from the customer support teams. It seems it's daily routine for them to receive such complaints and they are taking it lightly. I will never ever order on Myntra again and i suggest everyone not to waste their time in all this BS. They do not have professionalism and basic ethics to follow. worse service i have ever seen in any e-commerce industry .

                            some one help me to resolve this!!!

                              Hello Myntra Team,

                              It was really disappointing with such a big brand myntra when it comes to consumer satisfaction. I have made several attempts about getting this product exchanged/return but the application got rejected. I have been shipped damaged product (inner sole was not properly pasted and can be pull out from the figure. It was simply wastage of money when comes to shop from myntra. Neither i can use the product as it is been shipped damaged or can be refund/exchanged.
                              you can get the product pick up and sell again on website same damaged product and make consumer fool as it's of no use of mine,

And returned 2 products on 23rd JAN 2017. But money that should be refund to my account has still not credited. I had called the myntra guy who had come for receiving the products. But he could not give me the proper information regarding the same. So requesting you to please look into the issue and refund the amount.

                                    I have filed a return on 13 January 2017 till today the return is queue. i m waiting to get it exchange and have my money back. myntra has really shown a reckless attitude toward customer. its become such a pain to wait for return. atleast pick up the customer care number.

                                      I had ordered 2 formal shirts from Myntra on 5-Jan-2017 and delivery date shown on their site was 16-Jan-2017.

                                      However, even after following up with them since last one month, I have not received my parcel and they are not sure as when it is going to be delivered.

                                      For last one month follow up with Myntra did not worked out, it is only after the complaint was filed with Indian consumer court online, I received their phone calls. As the shipment was untraceable they have cancelled my order and initiated the refund process.

                                      However, mere cancellation of order is not acceptable as I have been following up with them daily since last one month. The mental touture that I underwent because of them is far more then just refund of my money.

                                      I want compensation from Myntra for the mental harrasment that was caused to me due to their negligence even after repetative reminder and wastage of my time, energy and money.
                                      I placed an order of four kurtas amounting Rs 4321. The amount got debited twice from my sbi acoiunt but no order was place. Please revert back with a solution . It's a big amount. I want my money back and the order to be placed at the same time as you have charged me twice. Do something about it as fast as possible.

                                        The order for FREE & YOUNG: Women Blue Solid Shirt Dress: Code: 1625469 was placed on 28th Jan and I received the product on 1st Feb
                                        The dress when I tried was quiet cozy and fitted one so I didn't though of returning (although the stuff/fabric was not up to the mark)
                                        However on Saturday when I wore this dress a small movement in my arms (right side) resulted in tearing off of the sleeves. Trust me this was not from the stitched area, it was as if the fabric is of low quality or very old one.
                                        Guys I agree that this was bought during sale period but please also understand that less amount is not the only factor for buying the products.
                                        The dress costed me Rs 613.00 which is again not a small amount.

                                        I am really very much unsatisfied by the product quality, I really don't know what to do with this product.

                                        Consider this as a genuine concern. I am sharing this because never there has been any such issue regarding product quality, I am a very regular and frequent customer of Myntra and above all this dress I bought because I liked the pattern of the dress.
                                        Please see if you can exchange this dress, I admit that I have worn this dress but now its like a scrap for me.
