Hi i've returned few products a week ago, but didn't received the refund yet. Am i gonna get the refund? I've already mailed your customer care few times but they are not taking care of my problem. I will be needing the money. Please refund my money asap.

I am so sorry to know that your product"rdstr khaki casual shirt"has not been picked up till now.

As per our records, the return request for the product is generated on 12-october-2016.

The product will be picked up within 5 days from the date of request date. Once the product successfully passes the quality check, the amount will reflect in your bank account in 3 business days. If in case product is already picked up i request you to share us the pickup acknowledgement receipt.
