I have the worst experience from Myntra . I purchased a pair of qupid shoes, after trying I didn't liked the shoes and requested for a return with return id: 16872023. When the representative came he declined to receive the product. I contacted Myntra through emails and sent the pics of the shoes. They declined my request by saying that the product is sent directly from the warehouse and it has dust particles on it so they can't accept the return request. I explained them that the product is not used at all. They didn't trust me and declined straight away. I approached myntra again with the return id: 17175705. They again declined my request stating the same reason.

When I sent email to the Myntra team they took time in responding ... And even addressed me by some other name in the mail. I accepted their wrong treatment towards the customer as they never value their customer.

It's so true, as after getting the disgusting services from Myntra I just wanted to deactivate my account ... I contacted customer care to close it... And even spoke with the supervisor ... But they behaved casually and promised me a call back after an hour. After waiting for two hours for the supervisor call, , , , I contacted again... The representative informed me About my account and said that there is no conversation about my previous call ...it was shocking, , , I again requested for the supervisor, this time supervisor named shoib took my call and listened to my query, he assured me that the account will get deactivated in 2 days max . And its already been two days and I can see my account as functional... I am being the customer of Myntra is totally unsatisfied.

You guys never gave me the proper resolution. .. and I feel like I have wasted a lot of my time and my hard earned money on you. I had the simple request to return the product which you guys never took seriously and always misguided me ... I don't feel like trusting the brand anymore. you have provided all false information and never take the charge of my issue. Worst experience ever plz look into my account and see for the calls and emails. You will see the truth.

I hope that this time I will get the resolution and my account will be deactivated as I don't want to be the customer of such a worst company .

    I ordered a top from myntra. It was the vero moda yellow floral cut off top. However, i only received the slip, the top is missing. I realized this after i checked the package. I had already paid by then. Please make sure you either give me my refund or send the missing top asap. I paid rd 1617 for the top, and not just for the slip. When i checked the app, the top reads out of stock. I hope you do something about this asap.

      I ordered products (blue omre n Navy t-shirt) on 5th of October n d given delivery date was 10 October. But I got a message on Saturday saying dat il get it on 9 October. Whereas I hve nt received my order yet. When I cld them they tell me that it will take more 5-6 days. If so then why ul gve the maximum time. Il make sure that henceforth I won't buy any products from Myntra. Ill suggest my friends too nt to.

      I'm not satisfied with Myntra. Whereas I always preferred to order n buy products from Myntra.

        We received wrong Kurta from Myntra, hence requested for return. The courier person came but refused to take it and told that the product is not matching with the order. We received wrong product, then how can we give right product while returning? We can return whatever we received. I called customer care and told the situation. They apologized and took details from the product we received and told that they will arrange fresh pickup with new details. This happened 4 times. Every time (1) We call customer care (2) They will take product details (3) Person comes for pickup and refuse to take it. After 4 times, the return request is automatically rejected. Finally, we end up paying money for useless product which we did not order at all. This is the worst service we received in our 12 years of online shopping. Now we realized that we did blunder by opting myntra and we should never buy from Myntra again. Thanks to Myntra for such a wonderful service.

          I placed an order with order number:[protected] on myntra.com on the 2nd of october 2016 during their festive sale for which there wasn't any choice for cash on delivery so i had to make the complete payment online. Being unable to receive the order i called the customer care and was told that the order is packed but could not be dispatched, which would be done soon and you'll receive the order. But on the 12th of october i received a mail from myntra.com informing me that my order has been cancelled and the refund would be processed soon. I had been waiting for 10 days for my product to arrive and out of the blue i am told that my order has been cancelled. Also the refund would take 4-5 days to process which means my money is stuck and also the festive sale is over and my misery has only gotten bigger. Its difficult to express the amount of inconvenience the retailer has caused to me. Not only my time and efforts have gone to waste, but also i won't get the product which i wanted.

            Hello i am korabi chatterjee... Today at around 5 i got a call from myntra delivery person as i have ordered pair of leggings. Though at that time i was in office, i told him to come to 3rd floor of my apartment.. Bt the delivery person refused to come.. And i didn't got my delivery.. Can u tell me when i am going to receive my order..??? It's been one week i have ordered but till now i didn't got my belongings...

              I had placed multiple orders on the 2nd october 2016. The expected delivery date was 7th october, 8th october... When i track my orders its shows that it has reached my nearest delivery hub on 5th october. However the products are still not delivered. Inspite of calling the customer care multiple times no response from them. I am not able to cancel my orders. Very poor customer service. No transparency as to what the problem is and why are my orders not been delivered.

                I purchased a crocs women multicolored wedges (14384-4cx-w9-nautical navy/aqua-719965) which got damaged within 2 weeks which i personally don't expect from a brand like crocs. i would request you to look into this matter and replace my product with the new one.

                I ordered a shirt which came today. The delivery guy was very rude and created a scene publicly. I think you should recruit your delivery guys properly. As of this incident i am not going to order anymore from your site. If this isnt resolved i think you will lose a lot more customers.

                  I am a regular myntra customer. Almost daily i accept 4-5 parcels... Recently i realized the products were not upto the quality, i tried returning a product due to low quality design which i dint even bother trying n looked like a trash unlike in photos, return pick up person took the product after checking and later aftr two days sent it back to me saying it had oil marks on it... I am shocked??! Myntra considers us fool, you can refuse pick up at my door, not after taking the product, i need my refund asap or take this product back

                    They are behaving very unprofessional to customer, if they couldn't deliver the product why should they open such e-commerce website..if you can do something for me it will be thankful to you.

                      This is regarding an issue of refund that i have been facing with myntra for one of the order placed with myntra on 24th sep 2016 for the order no :[protected].

                      This order was successfully placed by myntra and the total amount of rs 1798.94/- was also debited from my account.

                      This order was cancelled by myntra on 25th sep but the amount has not yet been reversed back to my phone pe wallet (An embedded application in myntra from where my money was debited).

                      On contacting the myntra customer care multiple times, i get the same response that they will get back to me soon with an update but all in vain.

                      It has been 15 days but they never refunded my money back and keep giving false promises of refund.

                      When i do not hear back from them on this, i end up again calling and explaining my issue to another customer care executive.

                      This has been continuing from past 15days when i have been calling myntra for my refund.

                      This is getting very annoying and frustrating and i am really disappointed with the way myntra has handled my issue with no resolution till date.

                      I want this issue to be escalated to higher authorities and get me a resolution asap. Also want my refund as soon as possible.

                      Please help in this regard.

                        I had placed an order number #[protected] and due to some failure in the vendor site the transaction failed but it was debited from my account. I had to choose cash on delivery. Anyway, its being more than 20 days and not yet received any satisfactory response from customer care. I have been sending them mails and all i get is we will look into this with our finance department or please check with the bank type of responses. They did not even give me any updates regarding the issue on the day they said they would. I have to email them asking for an update to which they finally respond with nothing useful.

                          Im so highly disappointed with the services of myntra. With such high and strong competition around, it is unacceptable to face issues from a reputed shopping site like myntra. I ordered a benetton shirt from myntra (Order no:[protected] on 15 sept. Requested for a return on 16th sept (Return no:[protected], however the item wasnt picked up till 24th sept so i requested for a return twice after that on 24th sept (Order no:[protected] and on 30th (Order no[protected]. So after three return requests and numerous calls to customer care, the item was picked up after 16 days and i received a message that the refunded amount has been credited into my myntra wallet. However the balance in my phonepe wallet was nil. So, after three calls to customer care regarding the refundable amount, my wallet still shows the balance as nil. Its highly disappointing and the services of the site seem to have highly declined. Would never prefer shopping again from the site.

                            Myntra cancelled my order without any information .and now they want me to place the order for higher price for same product they really can't mange the orders it's so much waste of time and really annoying.no proper service at all and no information provided by them before cancelling my order. And top of that they are saying I refused to take the order .

                                I placed an order on 27th september, 2016. (Order no.[protected] myntra.com gave me a delivery which was 30th september, 2016. However, i didn't receive my order. On 1st october, 2016 i personally called myntra.com's customer care number ([protected]) and reported my complain of not receiving my order.
                                They said they have taken a note and an official complaint has been lodged. They further promised me that the order will be delivered to my address within 1 or atmost 2 days of the complaint.
                                On 4th, october, i received an sms from myntra stating that my order is out for delivery. I didn't receive any further call and the obviously didn't receive my order. So, i called the number given by them (Through the sms which said my order out for delivery.) this number is supposedly the number which you should call if you don't receive your order and a virtual assurance that i will definitely receive my order the next day.
                                After all this hassle i waited for a long 15-16 hours on 5th, october but still receive any message or call from myntra officials. So, i decided to track my order. On doing so, i find they have cancelled the order stating that they tried to call me on 4th october and apparently i didn't pick up their call. However the actual story is i didn't receive any call at all (Even though my phone was switched on the whole day).

                                Myntra has been recently been conning their customers with such fake delivery promises (Mostly with cash on delivery orders). Please take into account this complaint because in a way they are cheating on their customers even though no monetary transactions were involved.

                                  With regards to subject order #, i would like to highlight why myntra
                                  Has become india's largest online shop.

                                  Having pathetic policies, which are totally unfavorable to their
                                  Customers is not enough.

                                  Very well trained delivery executive mr. Rahul atawale are well bound
                                  To myntra's policies to bother, misbehave, abuse & threaten their
                                  Consumers regarding the exchanges & deliveries.

                                  Customer care people (Nivedita & bilal) are equipped with soft
                                  Communication skills to make fun of their consumers on actions by
                                  Their delivery executives with a statement "not a big deal", expecting
                                  & interacting with escalation manager ms/mrs. Nivedita, was total
                                  Waste of time, please refer the recorded calls, she is really
                                  Concerned with her subordinates not to bother them by making them talk
                                  With their customers, "apologies" don't even think!

                                  After even paying myntra rs. 2000/- the delivered products are totally
                                  Unusable & i am still struggling for the exchange.

                                  Sorry for shopping with myntra.

                                    On 3rd of august i returned a tshirt and now it is more than one month and i have not recieved my refund yet. Myntra is a cheat. Whenever i contact them sometimes they say we have initiated your refund and sometimes they say we have failed in our attempt to refunding your money. They simply extending the time.

                                      I had bought a catwalk grey sandal from myntra.com . When sandal delivered near me i found it was defective product and then i register a complaint on myntra.com to return that product and to give my money back.Then they accept the return request and sent me a mail that there courier partner will take the product from my home. After some days when i cal to myntra customer care they told me that the product cannot be returned because it fails the quality and it was used and then i make argument with the myntra customer care that it was unused and the sandal was defective from the starting when it reached at me.They also sent me a mail to my ID that it cannot be returned.

                                        Myntra does not provide good refund services my bag was picked up about 2 to 4 weeks ago but i have not get a refund yet their pickup was very fast but does not provide good customer care services they said to me that your refund will be provided between the same day or the next day, when i called at customer care services they do not provide any correct information about my refund
