Dear Sir, I ordered one ladies watch from Myntra.com and paid all the money but when I received my courier i found empty black watch box only without the watch. I already complained to Myntra on this issue and they gave me 4 business days to answer but I don't expact any positive response on my complaint so I am keeping my other ways ready to get my cash back.

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My refund is pending since the last 20-days and their customer service telephone number is always expecting high call volume I. E always busy. I am not able to connect to them.

    I had ordered a dress on 27th of July 2016 making online payment of ₹1365. Order was supposed to get delivered by August 6th.its been almost a month now yet I havent recieve any order. But the status of the order in Myntra says that order has been delivered. I have raised complaint on this but yet I have not got any update on it. Myntra is very careless about its customers.

      I ordered one watch online on myntra. I received the watch in mentioned time frame. The watch i received was neither having any price tag nor bar code on the product box. I did not even realize it at that time. Since i did not like the product i made a return request. Courier boy came and he did not take back the product saying there is no price tag with watch.

      Now the story begins.

      I called customer care and informed them all the situation. But they asked me to send the picture of boxes. I sent those pictures to them.
      I waited for few days and then i again contacted them, but they asked the same thing again, asked me to send more pictures with bar code on box. But since there was no bar code on box, i could send only box pictures.

      Several times they asked me same things i conveyed them the same message.

      After all this, i received an email saying that they are looking into this issue and will come back on or before 23-auf-2016. But i did not get any response from them. So i sent one email on 23-aug-2016 night (Around 10:00 pm) but did not get any reply. I called myntra customer care today morning (24-aug-2016) then i was informed by call center executive that they were about to close this incident becoz they cross checked with their team and found price tag and bar code sticker were send with product. This is really shocking for me, there were about close my complain without informing me. How can bar code go missing if it was sticked on the box.

      I'm not getting any resolution with myntra's customer care. Only thing i'm losing my patience and peace of mind.


      Now, i think, i should file a case against myntra in cosumer court.

      Its not matter of some money but they are not keeping their words.

        Myntra sucks...I did a lot of shopping with Myntra of late. Earlier I had restricted myself generally to Amazon (best service), Snapdeal, Jabong and Flipkart. I can't believe what is happening for one of my returns. The item was delivered on 24th July and I put the return request on 26th July. For more than 2 weeks the return was getting cancelled automatically about 3-4 times and nobody from My tra/Courier ever came to house or even called. Eventually after a lot of escalations, it was picked on 13th August by one of their courier agents. On the same day I got call from another courier agent who wanted to pick up. Any way, I thought it's done and over. But to my surprize, now Myntra doesn't seem to have clue which partner picked the item. I am still waiting for refund since 13th August and all I am getting is only empty promises from customer care. I neither have the refund nor the item. Pathetic service, Myntra. Learn from Amazon. Just selling on discount is not the only thing for success, logistics/service/customer care is the key. I never faced such a pathetic situation with any of the e-tailers. Order-id:[protected].

          I would like to register a case against myntra an online shopping site for refusing to refund my cashback amount and suspending my account.

          On july 2nd and 3rd 2016, i purchased some items from myntra as part of their online shopping festival called eors.
          As i was not happy with certain items i returned some of them within the allowed time period. All returns were sent through courier services like dtdc and aramex, in different packets as all items could not get into a single packet. The returned items got delivered at their end in a weeks time and i sent them the scanned copy of the return courier receipts.

          As per their return policy i can send as many as item back within 30days and they will refund the entire amount item charge and the courier charges incurred on providing valid scan copy of the receipts.

          Couple of days later to check if all return courier amounts were refunded i tried to login to my myntra account but was unsuccessful.
          I emailed their support team for two days but did not receive an update. On the third day when i called them they said one of the courier receipt i provided is fake and as a result they have suspended my account and they would not be refunding the amount specified in that particular courier receipt. Also they did not disclose which courier receipt they found to be fake.
          I provided them with the scanned copy of all receipts and they still did not approve it. I asked them to check with the dtdc courier service and validate it but they even refused to do that as their policy does not demand to have a communication with the courier team from where the customer has dispatched the item. I had to call myntra support multiple times to get an update.

          During this period i had a refund amount of rs.3059. They said they can refund my current cashback of rs.3059 only if i sign off the noc they provided, which says i have settled everything with myntra and i do not have any more pending liabilities with them. As my refund of rs.840 for courier receipt id r22849718 was not approved i refused to sign off the noc.

          I have the original receipts and all other email communications with them.

            This is with regard to reverse pickup which was scheduled on 17th aug. I did not get a call from your executive and at the end of the day i received a msg claiming that i was unreachable which is not true as i was for whole time at my place and when i tried to call the customer care, no one responded. I tried calling today but none of the executive again attend me. This complaint is with regard to your courier partner. The one month policy will lapse and i will be in loss. I even asked the mantra executive to request the delivery boys to contact me before hand so that i can tell them the timing as i have collgege from 9-5. This has put me into trouble. Pls help.

            I’ve returned one of my orders back on 31st July and today it’s 19th August and the status of my order says REFUND PROCEEDED but i haven’t got my refund yet!!!

              This is regarding the amount which was paid twice through debit card and cash. This was paid on aug 1st and they said that it will be returned within 7 to 10 days. After few days they asked me to share my transaction details. It's been 22 days now but still i have not recieved my money. Not sure how this process is working. Lost my money and now wasting my money over customer support calls.

                I have bought one moda rapido tshirt on myntra one month ago.
                I wore this only one time after one wash it has several white patches all over.
                I m highly disappointed by this product.
                I have around 1200 whatsapp contact if i would get satisfactory exchange/return i will broadcast them all that don't buy anything from myntra and specially moda rapido

                Moda Rapido sucks
                I bought a pair of moda rapido shoes a while ago and I must say I haven't come across anything of such bad quality in my life. The threads started coming after the first time I wore them then the sole started coming off. And above all the shoes are as uncomfortable as it gets. Terrible terrible product for the money I paid.
                I had ordered pack of two Moda rapido full sleeve T shirts from jabong but when I opened the package saw one full sleeve and other half sleeve T shirt which was poor quality. So I immediately returned it.

                    I have returned 3 items to myntra on 11 aug 2016 which i have purchased from Myntra (order ID:[protected]. I have not received refund for the returned items. Myntra is denying to process refund because o[censored]navailability of pickup receipt.

                    Delhivery.com is the courier who picked up my items and did not provide receipt during pickup. the reason given by them was "since they had arranged a priority pickup, the receipt not yet available with the pick up person at the time of pickup.

                    I have visited the concerned Delhivery branch to get the pickup receipts. They are not providing me the receipts.

                    I have contacted Delhivery customer care, they claim that the items have been returned successfully to Myntra. they have provided some other document as proof of return which contains Waybill No: [protected] and status.
                    They also claim that they have updated the status to Mynta about successful pickup and return.

                    On the other side Myntra claims that they have not received any update from Dhelivery about successful return. With the alternate proof provided by delhivery they are not ready to process the refund.

                    Finally my money and items are lying with Myntra.

                    Both the parties are not willing to resolve this issue in any possible way.

                    Myntra needs to up their game! Every customer complaint is indirectly hinting that myntra is a sham company.. defrauding customers all the time.
                    I am facing an issue with the return pickup where it is taking more than 10days for myntra to acknowledge that the return pickup has happened on 10aug. Its 21aug today.
                    3 days ago i was told that pickup was done but hasn't reached myntra. Today i was told the pickup hasn't happened only! Like really?! Makes me feel i am delusional now!
                    Disgusting customer support.
                    Amazon gave me great experiences always and i ditched that for myntra eors. Feeling so stupid!
                    Hands down this is the most unsuccessful customer care in ecommerce industry!

                        I orderd a pink stripped top from harbour and mast through myntra. I recieved order on 23rd july. Requsted return on 24th july. The guy picked it up on 4th august. Next day another guy came for pickup and said i was suppose to handover to product to him. I talked with two customer care person regarding this. They filed complaint and thats it. I got multiple emails stating return request accepted, request failed and request denied. I sent complain email and they replied that i have to raise request again for pickup, they dont have that product. This is the worst experience i had with online shopping. I am still waiting for my refund.

                          Myntra disappoint me so bad...i purchased a top from myntra on 13 aug and rec on 22aug and on the same day request to return and get a reply from myntra as they ask for my number...but 4 days gone and no one from myntra came to collect my order for exchange neither they call me or pickup my call...i am so frustrated with this website...how many times i have to complain about the same thing..send your courier person to collect my order for exchange

                            I have ordered a backpack on #Myntra on 9th Aug, 2016. It was delivered on 12th Aug, 2016. But, I was not quite satisfied with the product. So, I decided to return it.                               I had ordered the bag costing rs.1140. I had received defective bag from myntra online shop and i have placed return order its been a almost a month and i hav returntd on 27 july still i dint get any rsponce from myntra. Its been worest exprience from them i had contaced customer care for 6 times and no clear responce from them when ever i call ther were asking for 2 business days time. The order id[protected]

                                As informed, i had ordered formal shoes of san frissco on 14th aug, but after 2 days when i recieved the order it was very disappointing that the order which i made by seeing the online images was totally different which i got, the recieved shoe is of very poor quality its material is a rubber, plastic material not a leather, just it looks similar in colour and design but material quality is totally different, completely waste.
                                And most important there was missing a price tag, how come is this possible, very strange and due to that i am unable to replace it.

                                I have ordered the kurta from myntra.com, but it was diffrent from the product they have shown on website.the material mentioned was cotton 100% but it was polyester material.the pattern they have shown was different too.its a complete fraud with the customers.during the purchase i have checked the details the pattern of kurta is different it was looking attractive, but when i received its really disappointing to see that its pattern and material were different.i am really unhappy with the product.

                                  Misbehavior of myntra delivery personnel is insulting and inhumanly. This effected badly the religious emotion of durga puje for which i made the purchase for my daughter. I am an old customer of myntra and has decided to discontinue further service from this company.                                     Myntra is the worst site ever for online shopping. you people provide the worst service ever on this planet and once i recieve my order it will be the last time i ever shop on myntra. my order was supposed to reach by 18th august, i even payed online, but the order hasnt been recieved yet as well as the ship man called just once after which no call was made regarding the order. above all the customer care provided is pathetic, it keeps saying that the call can't be connected. so how am i supposed to even get the status. the other help line nos is rubbish as well. i have no gaurantee that if this complaint would be resolved looking at your pathetic service history.

                                        I had placed order for 4 items with Order Number:[protected] on August 7, 2016. I received one packet on August 10 with two items and eye liner was supposingly had to be in the same packet. but I got an empty packet with just a bar code. I had immediately raised this issue with them on call and later on mailed them and sent the images to company of the empty packet. Yesterday I got a mail from them saying that they cannot refund me my money. They are not refunding 475rs. I dont understand what they think of this as if I want two eye liners. For saving my time I had done this and in reply they are telling me that they cannot give me neither my money nor I have got product. It seems that it was foolish of me of paying the money beforehand. This is very unprofessional. Definitely after this I am not going to shop from Myntra. But this was not expected out of them.
