I purchased a crocs women multicolored wedges (14384-4cx-w9-nautical navy/aqua-719965) which got damaged within 2 weeks which i personally don't expect from a brand like crocs. i would request you to look into this matter and replace my product with the new one.

I ordered a shirt which came today. The delivery guy was very rude and created a scene publicly. I think you should recruit your delivery guys properly. As of this incident i am not going to order anymore from your site. If this isnt resolved i think you will lose a lot more customers.

    I am a regular myntra customer. Almost daily i accept 4-5 parcels... Recently i realized the products were not upto the quality, i tried returning a product due to low quality design which i dint even bother trying n looked like a trash unlike in photos, return pick up person took the product after checking and later aftr two days sent it back to me saying it had oil marks on it... I am shocked??! Myntra considers us fool, you can refuse pick up at my door, not after taking the product, i need my refund asap or take this product back

      having order id:[protected], the order should deliver to me before 6th oct. still I didn't get the product when i email to myntra.com they didn't respond my email also and the product cancelled automatically without informing to me.

      They are behaving very unprofessional to customer, if they couldn't deliver the product why should they open such e-commerce website..if you can do something for me it will be thankful to you.

        This is regarding an issue of refund that i have been facing with myntra for one of the order placed with myntra on 24th sep 2016 for the order no :[protected].

        This order was successfully placed by myntra and the total amount of rs 1798.94/- was also debited from my account.

        This order was cancelled by myntra on 25th sep but the amount has not yet been reversed back to my phone pe wallet (An embedded application in myntra from where my money was debited).

        On contacting the myntra customer care multiple times, i get the same response that they will get back to me soon with an update but all in vain.

        It has been 15 days but they never refunded my money back and keep giving false promises of refund.

        When i do not hear back from them on this, i end up again calling and explaining my issue to another customer care executive.

        This has been continuing from past 15days when i have been calling myntra for my refund.

        This is getting very annoying and frustrating and i am really disappointed with the way myntra has handled my issue with no resolution till date.

        I want this issue to be escalated to higher authorities and get me a resolution asap. Also want my refund as soon as possible.

        Please help in this regard.

          I had placed an order number #[protected] and due to some failure in the vendor site the transaction failed but it was debited from my account. I had to choose cash on delivery. Anyway, its being more than 20 days and not yet received any satisfactory response from customer care. I have been sending them mails and all i get is we will look into this with our finance department or please check with the bank type of responses. They did not even give me any updates regarding the issue on the day they said they would. I have to email them asking for an update to which they finally respond with nothing useful.

            Im so highly disappointed with the services of myntra. With such high and strong competition around, it is unacceptable to face issues from a reputed shopping site like myntra. I ordered a benetton shirt from myntra (Order no:[protected] on 15 sept. Requested for a return on 16th sept (Return no:[protected], however the item wasnt picked up till 24th sept so i requested for a return twice after that on 24th sept (Order no:[protected] and on 30th (Order no[protected]. So after three return requests and numerous calls to customer care, the item was picked up after 16 days and i received a message that the refunded amount has been credited into my myntra wallet. However the balance in my phonepe wallet was nil. So, after three calls to customer care regarding the refundable amount, my wallet still shows the balance as nil. Its highly disappointing and the services of the site seem to have highly declined. Would never prefer shopping again from the site.

              Myntra cancelled my order without any information .and now they want me to place the order for higher price for same product they really can't mange the orders it's so much waste of time and really annoying.no proper service at all and no information provided by them before cancelling my order. And top of that they are saying I refused to take the order .

                  I placed an order on 27th september, 2016. (Order no.[protected] myntra.com gave me a delivery which was 30th september, 2016. However, i didn't receive my order. On 1st october, 2016 i personally called myntra.com's customer care number ([protected]) and reported my complain of not receiving my order.
                  They said they have taken a note and an official complaint has been lodged. They further promised me that the order will be delivered to my address within 1 or atmost 2 days of the complaint.
                  On 4th, october, i received an sms from myntra stating that my order is out for delivery. I didn't receive any further call and the obviously didn't receive my order. So, i called the number given by them (Through the sms which said my order out for delivery.) this number is supposedly the number which you should call if you don't receive your order and a virtual assurance that i will definitely receive my order the next day.
                  After all this hassle i waited for a long 15-16 hours on 5th, october but still receive any message or call from myntra officials. So, i decided to track my order. On doing so, i find they have cancelled the order stating that they tried to call me on 4th october and apparently i didn't pick up their call. However the actual story is i didn't receive any call at all (Even though my phone was switched on the whole day).

                  Myntra has been recently been conning their customers with such fake delivery promises (Mostly with cash on delivery orders). Please take into account this complaint because in a way they are cheating on their customers even though no monetary transactions were involved.

                    With regards to subject order #, i would like to highlight why myntra
                    Has become india's largest online shop.

                    Having pathetic policies, which are totally unfavorable to their
                    Customers is not enough.

                    Very well trained delivery executive mr. Rahul atawale are well bound
                    To myntra's policies to bother, misbehave, abuse & threaten their
                    Consumers regarding the exchanges & deliveries.

                    Customer care people (Nivedita & bilal) are equipped with soft
                    Communication skills to make fun of their consumers on actions by
                    Their delivery executives with a statement "not a big deal", expecting
                    & interacting with escalation manager ms/mrs. Nivedita, was total
                    Waste of time, please refer the recorded calls, she is really
                    Concerned with her subordinates not to bother them by making them talk
                    With their customers, "apologies" don't even think!

                    After even paying myntra rs. 2000/- the delivered products are totally
                    Unusable & i am still struggling for the exchange.

                    Sorry for shopping with myntra.

                      On 3rd of august i returned a tshirt and now it is more than one month and i have not recieved my refund yet. Myntra is a cheat. Whenever i contact them sometimes they say we have initiated your refund and sometimes they say we have failed in our attempt to refunding your money. They simply extending the time.

                        I had bought a catwalk grey sandal from myntra.com . When sandal delivered near me i found it was defective product and then i register a complaint on myntra.com to return that product and to give my money back.Then they accept the return request and sent me a mail that there courier partner will take the product from my home. After some days when i cal to myntra customer care they told me that the product cannot be returned because it fails the quality and it was used and then i make argument with the myntra customer care that it was unused and the sandal was defective from the starting when it reached at me.They also sent me a mail to my ID that it cannot be returned.

                          Myntra does not provide good refund services my bag was picked up about 2 to 4 weeks ago but i have not get a refund yet their pickup was very fast but does not provide good customer care services they said to me that your refund will be provided between the same day or the next day, when i called at customer care services they do not provide any correct information about my refund

                            Dear Myntra,
                            i have placed an order dated 02.10.2016 order#[protected] with online payment 2271.61 Rs.
                            it was placed once. but when i checked in my order section of myntra app it was not showing there.
                            then i called to the customer care regarding this on +[protected] at 10.04 am on 02.10.2016 i was informed by your customer care that the order#[protected] has been cancelled & the refund of the payment made will be initiated soon.

                            till now i have not received any kind of mail or message or notification from myntra mentioning that refund will be generated.
                            please process the refund as soon as possible in the same account.

                              My order no_[protected] placed on 30th sep 2016, I called very next day to myntra customer care for earlier arrival of prdt, they informed till the prdt is not dispatched they won't be able to help .today the prdt was dispatch and when again I call the customer care, they are saying tht they won't be able to help to fasten the process now also.as the courier has been dispatched by india post.the customer care would have resolve my query in the first place only by informing the seller to dispatching the prdt by fastest mode, but they didn't and now too they are just giving me a sorry dialect .
                              What kind of pathetic service is myntra customer care giving to customers.
                              It's very lousy n pathetic service .

                                I have ordered 'Locomotive White Printed Casual Shirt' ffrom Myntra pertaining to the order ID:[protected] and same was returned vide return ID no. 16428981 on augest 25th 2016. But now they are mailing that "As per the update received from the Warehouse team, I regret to inform you that the returned product did not meet our returns criteria (Stained product received) and hence was considered a quality failure.The product will be re-shipped and tracking details will be shared at the earliest" .
                                But the material was checked infront of their own delivery boy and return to him on same cover that i have received . I have already informed them the same and my email incident ID is, Incident No.:[protected]. But they are simply cheating the customer by telling bogus return policy. They have no evidence to prove that i have send a stained product.

                                  My order no[protected] contained a used pair of jack and jones jeans. There was even a used handkerchief in the pocket. I returned the item but refund was cancelled saying I sent a used product. So how am I supposed to send back a new product if they shipped a used one in the first place. This is pathetic service and dont know what quality checks they are following. I am never going to buy from myntra again.

                                    I have returned puma running shoes, Myntra is neither returning my money nor returning my shoes by saying that the shoes failed in quality checking.

                                    I am struggling from last 1 month several times called myntra, not getting any resolution.

                                    Worst experience with myntra, never going to use myntra's app.

                                      I placed an order with myntra in the eors i. E. End of reason sale on 2nd july 2016 with order id being [protected]. And made the payment through sbi debit card. I was eligible for the cashback as confirmed through email by myntra. Further it was confirmed that the cashback would be credited on 2nd sept but the same is not credited until date. On enquiring for more than 15 mins to myntra i got a reply that the same isn't credited on 14th sept. But when i checked the same was not credited.
                                      On complaining the same, myntra asked me to provide the bank statement for period from 02/07/2016 to date which i refused instead i provided them with mini statement which clearly reflects that there's is no such credit from myntra.

                                      Inspite various requests, the myntra team is keen on asking me to provide my statement only after which i would be credited with the cashback.

                                      But i have refused to provide the statement on grounds of my privacy. I would not want to share the same. Instead the mini statement clearly reflects that there is no such credit in the said period.

                                      So instead i requested to provide me the bank statement of myntra where the same is reflected. But these people are not replying even for that.

                                      I further have got a mail that i would not provided the cashback for the reason i am not providing my bank statement.

                                      I would like to file a suit on myntra for 1. Claim of the cashback eligible to me. 2. Claim for the damages suffered by wasting so much time for the issue. 3. For the mental harassment these people have made me face.

                                      And further to mention no website can ask for any private details of the customer in any scenario. And no policy of any website will be valid for this.

                                        I have ordered a safari black duffle bag whose tracking id is[protected] from myntra on 17th september, 2016 and till date my order is not delivered... I have veen calling customer care since saturday, 24th and everytime they are just ensuring to see to it but still no actuon has taken place... I have my flight on 30th septemner, 2016... If this is the process you follow and after soo muuch complaints by customer still there is no action... Then i'm sorry to say i'll nt recommend anyone to buy anything from this site even i'll cancel my further orders
