Ordered a bag on Myntra. Got it delivered and on the day of delivery itself I noticed a defect (a tear in the inner lining of the bag), so wanted to return it. The return plea was accepted and was scheduled to be picked up within the next 7 days. 2 days later, I received a message saying "pickup attempt failed - will try picking up again tomorrow" - but I didn't receive any call and the app didn't show any pickup agent phone number either. Called customer care and they said they'll properly call me tomorrow. But the same thing happened the next day and my return request was cancelled due to repeated failed pickup attempts (for which I didn't receive any call)! Filed another return request and called the customer care to report my grievance & they told me they'll look into it and that they'll register a complaint from my side. Again 2 days later, the pickup failed the same way again and after apparently one more failed "attempt", they cancelled my return request again - thus, cancelled twice within 7 days of receiving the product - that too without even trying to contact me!
