My name is Sakshi, and my registered Myntra account is linked to the mobile number [protected]. I am currently unable to access my account, as I keep receiving a message stating that it has been deactivated.
As a regular customer who frequently places orders and has been addressed as a Prime customer in past interactions, I am surprised and disappointed that my account was deactivated without any prior notice. Additionally, I had recently purchased and added a coupon worth ₹5000 to my account, and I would like clarity on its status. I'm also attaching here the screenshot for clarity.I kindly request your team to resolve any technical issues and reactivate my account at the earliest. I hope to continue enjoying Myntra’s services without disruption.
Ater this mail they gave me an incident Id N[protected] & also I recently received a response stating that my account was blocked from my end and that I am required to reactivate it myself. I find this explanation quite perplexing—how could I possibly block my own account, especially after purchasing and updating it with a ₹5, 000 voucher?
Furthermore, I’ve been informed that I need to reactivate the account independently. However, since the account has been blocked by your system, I am unable to access it at all. To make matters worse, I am unable to reach your customer care team, as my number appears to have been blocked—none of my calls are connecting.
I kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account. I have all the relevant details and records of the points I earned through consistent engagement. It is truly disappointing to see such a large and reputed company resort to actions that feel unjust and unprofessional.
Please refrain from such minor and discouraging practices and help restore my account and voucher at the earliest. I am also attaching a screenshot for your reference.
