Myntra.com — Request to reactivate the myntra account for the refund status

Hi,

I am extremely dissatisfied with the myntra services as whenever i call the customer care, i never get the resolution for my query. Today just 10 mins back i called the myntra customer care to request for the reactivation of my account .I have to check the refund status of my previous purchase.but the myntra representative told me the accounts suspended and he can't reactivate it.

I don't want to do any purchase from myntra its just i have to check the transaction details so only for that i want to have the access of my account. but they can't even do that... the representative transferred my call to the supervisor after a long hold... and then the supervision also put my call on hold to check whether he can do something abut my query... but again after a long hold my query is unresolved as he informed me that he can tell me the details over the call but can't reactivate the account.

i understand that its a procedure but there is always a way to reactivate the account ... and my query is simple ... i have wasted a lot of money on myntra ... but it's my right to check the transaction of my money... no one can stop me for that . as on last month myntra has already pressurised me to buy a shoe of 2300 rs/- against my wish ... truely unfair ... and now i can't see the details of the refund applied on my account.

i accept that it was my query to deactivate the account but i forgot to check the refund transactions... as i was so frustrated with the customer services at your end. but now when i am checking my bank accounts i don't have any idea about the refund status so for that i want to have the access of my myntra account.

i am not sure whether anyone can resolve my query or not but seriously its my right to check the money transaction as its MY HARD EARNED MONEY... so please without wasting my time reactivate the account again ... once i will check the details you can again deactivate it... as i don't want to be a myntra customer anymore... i have no money to waste on your company... would prefer a brand which is loyal towards their customer.

My Myntra account has been locked without notice me.when I contact customer care he told they unable to reactivate account.But i want to know why my account suspend and what about my cashback in this account?

I wrote an email to myntra stating i am getting SMS with some one else's name and i want to stop promotional messages. I wrote literally 3-4 emails and clearly explained them my issue. After all these instead of stopping the promotional SMS, they suspended my account. Finally i called Myntra and asked them to reactivate my account, they say that it is impossible. I am shocked that how can someone loose a customer ??

Myntra has to work on this and the agents who work for this organisation has ZERO knowledge.

I have to check my Myntra credit back refund status. one of the myntra representative told me the accounts suspended and he can't reactivate it.

I am very disappointed to Myntra customer they are not able to resolve customer complaint i can't change mail, they can't refund, can't transfer credit. but i want my credit they just grabbing consumer hard earned money.

My account has been suspended..I have only done it but I was shopping from that account..I understand Myntra policy but I just want to return one item and after that u do whatever you want to do..I don't think that this is the way of anything
Extremely DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED that being a customer for 5yrs now my account is suspended without any reason neither prior notification? Who the hell this customer care think about their self that they hung up calls immediately the moment I'm asking for the reason behind suspension!!! This is absolutely unacceptable how worst l have got treated.. what a reward of being a loyal customer for 5 continuous years!!!
