I had purchased an item from myntra on 17th oct 2016 and i have not received my product till date. I called up customer care no three times and after 20 days i got a wrong product (A casual shirt of mufti brand size is xl). Again i called up customer care and placed a complaint. The customer care executive assured me that it will be exchanged soon. But till date no one has come to exchange the product.

    Description :- i haven't got any notification regarding my refund that when i got my refund. i want my refund as fast as possible. i wrote atleast 8-9 back to back mails but yet i didn't get my refund. i ahve attached all the attachments below. so if i will not get my refund within 2-3 days it will not be good for you guys.

      I got an item from the site

      Firstly, the size chart on the site was all wrong . While it claimed that the item would be a 44 (shoulder width), it ended up being a 36

      To make matters worse, the item came with no tag as well

      When I requested for an exchange, the company refused it on the grounds that the TAG WAS AMISS.

      They simply refused to understand my reasoning that I received no tag in the first place . Now I'm stuck with a product I have paid for but cannot use

      There are so many better e-commerce websites with superior customer service . Avoid myntra

        This is in regarding to my order dated:[protected] which was placed on[protected] which originally had two items. However the item was cancelled without any consent from me nor any intimation posted to me. This has resulted in a huge reputational loss to me since the item was a gift and was to be passed to some one else. What I fail to understand is how was the order taken at the first place when the stock never existed. I was continuously being comforted with the reason that the order will be delivered timely. Now neither the order exists nor is it delivered as well. Request you to please check and confirm.

          However, the return was rejected on 4th of November and the reason was the tag was missing which is untrue as I sent the tag with the item itself.
          Thus, I raised another complaint regarding the same and on the 8th of November they claim that the product was "used" which is again untrue.
          They refuse to refund the amount and are making false claims and accusations. Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

            Hi,
            I ordered two products from Myntra in July & August. Payed through a debit card and credit card respectively, . The return process alone took 1 month to be completed and since August, i have not received any update on the payment.

            The Myntra send hundred details that they have processed the payment, etc however, my bank statement and credit card statement still shows that there is no payment done from their side. My credit card still shows an outstanding amount and because of them it is blocked since 3 months now.

            After millions of mail exchange they gave the ARN (acquirer reference number) and asked me to check with my bank for the payment.

            The bank confirms that i haven't received any payment on both my credit card and debit card.

            the only thing they know is to email after 7 days of the enquiry but refuse to provide any solution.

            The total amount (debit and Credit card) is over Rs 1100 and they have done nothing to provide any help on this and instead all they do is say the same thing that we have processed the amount and blah blah.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,
              This is regarding the product "Bhama Couture Pink Anarkali Kurta" pertaining to the order ID:[protected].
              I received this product on 30th October 2016, and the product received was visibly defective as soon as it was unwrapped. There is visible hole right in front. Hence, as soon as it was noticed I called up the customer care executive of Myntra to make return since they did not update the status that the product was shipped.
              I made the return complaint on the call and also on app after the status was updated and waited for the myntra to respond and refund my amount. They rejected my return on terms that it was shipped after stringent quality check. But the received product is defective and it's unusable, they rejected my request twice after mailing them my request for returns.
              Kindly help me with this.Please.

                Hello my name is vinod .Order No.:[protected] .I had requested to exchange the product .And the delivery date is 29.10.2016 . But till now i did not get any update about this product .I already register the complain 22301951, but no response form your end .
                As per there last commitment, if they unable to delivery on 4/6/2016 end of the day they will return my money .
                But again they saying same thing they need another 3 days to resolve this issue .How much time i need to wait .

                I am requesting you look in this mater as earliest as possible.Please help on this .

                    The Company has delivered wrong product and even after requesting for returns/exchange. they have denied to collect the product as the delivered product is not matching their serial number which is obvious because of fault at their end i have got wrong product.                       I ordered a tshirt and a jeans on myntra on date 23 october. I got a message that i will get the delivery on 26 october. It's been a week, still no revert about product. I think the person is coming walking from bengaluru with my delievery. Very awful service for second time from myntra logistics. Myntra never made me down with its products delievery and quality. Hope you resolve it soon.

                                Hi,

                                I had selected the return option for a product i recently purchased as i did not like the same on 15th october 2016.

                                My product was picked up nearly after 14 days on 29th october 2016 by this courier service called shadowfax and he gave me an acknowledgement receipt as well.

                                However after few days i get another message from myntra saying that my pick up has been reassigned to a courier service called ecom express and to keep the item ready for pickup.

                                This is so strange!! Then i called tata cliq as informed in a message to contact them for refunds/queries and spoke with mr. Anant kashinath netke and upon checking with him, he said that the product has not been received till date and to send a complaint mail to myntra.

                                How unprofessional!!!.

                                I request you'll to look into this matter and seek full reimbursement of the money i spent on this product as this return policy was a very bad experience for me even after i have not used the product at all.

                                  I purchased a product from myntra on 2nd oct 2016 and paid for it in cash. I wanted to return it and that is when i realized that it was not marked delivered on the app. On talking to the delivery guy he said its his mistake that he didn't take my signature as it was cash on delivery and he will make sure the product is returned. As i was travelling the next day, i was in a rush to return the product and so i gave the packet to him. Later when i came back home i logged in to myntra to check if the refund was processed but surprisingly it was marked undelivered on the app and there was no mention of refund. I started email communication with myntra on 6th oct 2016 and till date they have been saying that my issue is on priority. I can furnish multiple email communications with them.in my last phone conversation i was told that i will get a voucher for the same amount that i will have to use in 30 days. I agreed to it as anyways i had to shop for diwali and i was ok with credit points instead of cash. Now diwali is over and i have nothing in hand - no refund, no voucher, just same old lies that my issue is on priority. I am attaching some emails that i have sent to myntra.

                                  They said they will resolve my issue by 4th Nov EOD and its is 5th Nov today and issue is still not resolved.
                                  This is the worst online shopping I have had so far. I have already uninstalled the app and will make sure none of my family and friends use it.

                                  They don't value their customer, you can tell by the customer satisfaction rating -- its 2%

                                      I brought one Triveni art silk saree and that was not as good quality which was showing online page so I return but they rejected my return because the product which I send according them it is a local product. But I send that same saree. So I call I fight with them regarding this but they says it won't be possible to return and they send it back to me and today I got that product which is totally different used saree which has false and Pico. This is so katha stick saree their is no pally or border. It is very bad condition used saree. Oh my god! I don't know how is Myntra become so cheap. I feel their is some problem with the pickup line whomever is handling this.

                                        I ordered the product but received wrong product. When i check with customer service regarding the same, they are not even understanding the issue and not sending person to pickup the product instead they ask me to self ship the product. But in the site they say they will arrange pickup for any returns. This is not at all fare. Why do we order online if we have time to go out to courier the product. As they have sent the wrong product, they should arrange the pickup to return the product.
