Hi,
I ordered two products from Myntra in July & August. Payed through a debit card and credit card respectively, . The return process alone took 1 month to be completed and since August, i have not received any update on the payment.
The Myntra send hundred details that they have processed the payment, etc however, my bank statement and credit card statement still shows that there is no payment done from their side. My credit card still shows an outstanding amount and because of them it is blocked since 3 months now.
After millions of mail exchange they gave the ARN (acquirer reference number) and asked me to check with my bank for the payment.
The bank confirms that i haven't received any payment on both my credit card and debit card.
the only thing they know is to email after 7 days of the enquiry but refuse to provide any solution.
The total amount (debit and Credit card) is over Rs 1100 and they have done nothing to provide any help on this and instead all they do is say the same thing that we have processed the amount and blah blah.
