I had ordered 3 dresses (Order No.[protected] worth Rs.3218. Of these 2 dresses that came from the same seller, did not have tags attached to the dresses(tags with just the brand names were in the plastic bag) and there was NO PRICE STICKER on the tags. One dress had a price sticker on its plastic bag while the other had no price sticker at all.
I needed a larger size and hence raised an exchange request due to size issues on the SAME DAY OF THE DELIVERY.
Myntra rejected the exchange and after numerous calls and mails (complaint number[protected] and attaching pics of the tags and clothes, exchanged only 1 dress.
They don't send me a price tag and have the audacity to say that without a price tag they cannot exchange the dress due to authenticity!! Whose fault is this?? Am I supposed to produce a non-existent price sticker?? They request to consider this as an isolated incident! (I checked other complaints, it is not an isolated incident)
If their concern is that the dress was used or whatever, these points prove otherwise:
1. I have the tag, but there is no price sticker on it. These stickers are impossible to remove fully, if they think I did remove it for whatever crazy reason.
2. The tag has no hole punched (see attached pic), proving that the tag was never attached to the dress.
3. I raised the return request within 2-3 hours of the delivery.

I am not even asking for a refund, just an exchange. If they cant stock the dress without the price tag, let them incur a small loss, the mistake was Myntra's after all! Myntra should have verified the seller or the product before shipping it.
I thought a brand like Myntra would atleast have a little more regard for a regular customer.
