I placed an order no[protected] on 2nd july of amount 2791.80. I paid the amount with sbi card on which 10% cashback offer was there. I didn't get any cashback till date. Offer was for the amount more than 2000 or 2500 rupees payment. No item was returned after purchasing. I have checked my account details for the same. There is no cashback till date in the same. Its a matter of cheating with consumer.

    I ordered 6 items as part of 1 bulk order mostly containing mens wear items like lowers, t-shirts and kurta. i ordered during sale time on aug 14, 2016 and received items wednesday 17th august, 2016. the missing items was a puma t-shirt code 1246109 in my order of 6 items #[protected].

    There was no special request for early delivery or anything. i was wondering why the package was not complete and wondered if one order is broken into multiple shipments.

    Since there was a holiday for rakhi, i tried calling their call center on saturday
    (aug 20) to no avail with system generated message that stated my order was delivered.

    On the following monday (22nd), i finally got hold a representative. who repeated the same message that the call center gave me but proceeded to create a complaint #[protected] claiming that the concerned team will get back to me within 4 business days. guess what? i did not get any message.

    Therefore, i started communicating to [protected]@myntra.com which even more frustrating as i received various emails from myntra - syeed, vanita, vinay, violet, nicon bruno, and latest k r srikanth. all with the same system-generated emails with no authority to actually check it or none that was communicated.

    The order was delivered in less than a week, do you really not see that there could be a slightest possibility that there was a miss. i have over the 2 months of my active participation on myntra ordered goods worth 15k. does that not mean anything for customer loyalty?

    I am an ardent believer of online services, but am utterly saddened with this kind of apathy, delayed responses and bad customer service.

      I have received a one no. Hair comb instead of ordered sadi on dt 22.8.16 agaist order no[protected] invoice no.[protected] there after a complent was sent to to myntra for sent a correct material. After this they have intimated to me that the received product may be returned to myntra.But they have qoted product name sadi inplace of Hair comb
      .hence the courier denied the receive the above material.please return my paid money₹1169 or sent a correct material.

      Neither I have received a correct material till date nor any intimation againt mymail dt 31.8.16 complaint no[protected] where clearly mention by me that the please collect the Hair comb which has deliverd by you by mistake.but myntra official areignore my request withoutread my request
      After so many complaints myntras customer support executives not solved my issues and also misleading me with fake promises& commitment. Every time I called they just replied we will sort it out, that's it but no more support I got yet.

        I have ordered adidas men's shoe on 14th july 2016 with online payment of rs. 2, 792. After receiving the product we doubted its originality and size was also not fit and proper . Therefore we returned the shipment through Overnite Express Courier which returned the product at Myntra office ( address provided by myntra). The returned product was delivered to them on 2nd august, 2016. Thereafter we are continuously in contact with myntra online shopping for our return Refund. Initially they told they will take 7 business days to process the refund. But after waiting for 10 days also when we did not get our refund we contacted them again and again through customer care number and mail id provided by them. Then they started claiming that myntra did not receive our product and hence asked for proof. We have mailed them all the proof they required like bank payment snapshot image, courier receipt, image of message from courier service that the product was delivered to them and it was mentioned that someone 'singh' has received the product on 2nd august itself, courier tracking details etc. Now inspite of sending them all the proof they asked for and multiple mails and calls they have still not solved this issue and still no refund amount is credited to me. Today its 4th september.Its more than a month am contacting myntra for my refund.Everytime they reassure of the refund but still no action is taken. They never contact back by themselves neither they are solving this refund issue.

          I ordered[protected] a bag from myntra.com part of flipkart.com. They confirmed to service my order. After 4days when there was no update on my bag I filed a complaint[protected] in there costumer care and they assured me that my product will be shipped in next 3days. After 2days of that my product was automatically cancelled by them saying that they don't have it in there stock.

            I brought one nike shoe pair 2 months ago, I got very poor quality product. Don't know whether it is original one or duplicate. Please help me come over from this. I tried to get complain email id but I din't get any. I haven't used shoe roughly. I spoke to nike customer care but they said, you just need to check with myntra. Now looking for help from myntra.

              His is regarding the order[protected] and incident[protected]. I have purchased two shirts online from Myntra namely (1) HIGHLANDER Blue Slim Washed Denim Casual Shirt Size: 39 Code: 1265401 and (2) RoadsterBlue Denim Washed Casual Shirt Size: 38 Code: 1230056 . When I received the delivery on 25th Aug at my registered address I found that No (1) was missing from the packet. The packet was delivered intact without any scratches or openings. I registered a complaint with the Myntra calling the customer care where they told that they will look into the matter, but even after 4 days I was not notified regarding any updates. I have to call the customer service again to ask for the update and then I was informed directly on my face that two of the shirts were delivered from myntra without any mistake and I am missing something, which suggests directly that I am lying.
              I have checked all the complaint boards and every single person has issues with myntra deliveries. If you treat a customer as a lier hiding the fact that either you or the delivery courier service has misplaced the order, then it is indeed demeaning and shameful. This is my first stint with myntra and I must say that I had a pretty bad experience. I have already taken steps to register a complaint with the higher management regarding the shameful misplaced delivery and I will make sure that these information are communicated to all the other people around in social networking sites so that they do not trust your service anymore.

              Thanks for a pretty bitter experience.

                I haven't received my refund since a month, I mistakenly ordered a dress twice so I cancelled both of them immediately after the order was placed.i emailed them multiple times but still not got my refund back.                   On August 19, Myntra sent me an oddly misshapen, old looking dress that I placed a return request for the very next day. The dress was picked up by Myntra's logistics and returned in the same condition that it was received in - even with the tag attached. Then yesterday, August 30, I get an email from them saying that the refund has been rejected because the dress did not pass their quality standards. When they sent me the dress in that same condition, how did it pass their "quality standards" then?

                  I spoke to a so-called manager called Smita on their customer care number who claimed to be the boss and said she didn't report to anyone. She said they would not refund my money and if I raise a dispute with my credit card, it's the credit card company's problem - she happily said "Myntra already got your money" - this is the attitude of this "manager" Smita. What a cheater and thief. She has absolutely no manners and doesn't know how to speak to customers and I really don't understand how she's a "manager" there.

                  People need to boycott Myntra. They are running in losses. They are even selling products like Jawbone (fitness trackers) and Swarovski (jewelry) even though they are not authorized to do so and don't sell with manufacturer warranty. I've spoken to the authorized distributors of these brands, who have warned me not to purchase from Myntra as it won't be under warranty.

                  I used to shop on Myntra a lot, but now I will stay away from Myntra and its sister sites, Jabong and Flipkart. The service from each of these sites is pathetic and has gotten even worse ever since Myntra acquired them.

                  Consumers, please stay away from Myntra - Amazon India offers much better service and does not try to cheat their customers like fraud Myntra!

                  I order a shoes of hirolas on 26th aug 16
                  it was delivered on 29th aug 16.After delivery I shaw that the product was not good with comparison of its price .so i have to decide to return it.But due to box, which is destroy the said company deny to return the product.

                  I recieved a wrong product from myntra, so I requested and return, my order aas picked up and returned back to me saying the product doesn't match the pictures. How the hell would it match the pictures if it is the wrong product. I have talked to customer care 2-3 times now and my order has been picked up and returned back to me 2-3 times. My money is with myntra and they're not refunding it.

                  I ordered a Jean's from myntra and when I opened the pack the jeans had a hole on it, it was delivered damaged ...and when I returned immediately in a day they say that it won't pass the quality check even when I returned it intact with tag ...they are not ready to accept and refund my money ...This is not acceptable

                    I had ordered a bag and i received it in a couple of days as well. But I'm not satisfied with the size and hence have to exchange it for a bigger size which can be done only in their website. This can be done only after the product status has been updated as "delivered" in the website. Its been 3 days since i received the product and till now the status has not been changed.

                    This is happening for the third time in a row.

                            I am a loyal Myntra customer but now these days there's no cash on delivery option andding on to it there is a Rs.149/- delivery chargers. I am sorry but with all these extra charges you have just lost a loyal customer of Yours.
                            I had raised a return request still now they don't pick up yet and they gave me a worst products I never expected this from Myntra my return request id 16170622 they never answer call such a worst customer care they say that they work 24/7 but no one will answer they are giving cheap product.plz do the needful

                              Hi,
                              It's been more than 2 months I have requested for a refund of RS. 1280. At the time of taking the delivery of my product I tried to pay by card, delivery boy tried twice but due to network error it could not happen, than I paid by cash. After the delivery boy left I received a message that my money got deducted from bank as well. Luckily the delivery boy updated that I paid by cash. Now I have shared everything and even after 2 months Myntra guys are asking for more time. Every time I call myntra they take so much time to understand the issue and all the calls end with high amount of call charges, sometimes 20-30 rupee. They asked me to share the latest bank statement and I did that but again the guys are just asking for time. This is the worst experience till now I have had with any online shopping site. I am not even asking for their money, I paid what was required and asking for the extra deduction back. I am now even loosing all hops that I am going to receive my money back. I even spoke to Rishab (escalation manager) and one more escalation manager, don't remember the name. All they are saying that they are sorry for inconvenience and will get back to me within 24 hours or 2 days but no one is getting back with a solution. Seems like Myntra wants to loose the brand loyal customers they have. If this is the service we are going to get than surely all the best... TRULY UPSET.

                                Dear Sir, I ordered one ladies watch from Myntra.com and paid all the money but when I received my courier i found empty black watch box only without the watch. I already complained to Myntra on this issue and they gave me 4 business days to answer but I don't expact any positive response on my complaint so I am keeping my other ways ready to get my cash back.

                                My refund is pending since the last 20-days and their customer service telephone number is always expecting high call volume I. E always busy. I am not able to connect to them.

                                  I had ordered a dress on 27th of July 2016 making online payment of ₹1365. Order was supposed to get delivered by August 6th.its been almost a month now yet I havent recieve any order. But the status of the order in Myntra says that order has been delivered.                                     I ordered one watch online on myntra. I received the watch in mentioned time frame. The watch i received was neither having any price tag nor bar code on the product box. I did not even realize it at that time. Since i did not like the product i made a return request. Courier boy came and he did not take back the product saying there is no price tag with watch.

                                    Now the story begins.

                                    I called customer care and informed them all the situation. But they asked me to send the picture of boxes. I sent those pictures to them.
                                    I waited for few days and then i again contacted them, but they asked the same thing again, asked me to send more pictures with bar code on box. But since there was no bar code on box, i could send only box pictures.

                                    Several times they asked me same things i conveyed them the same message.

                                    After all this, i received an email saying that they are looking into this issue and will come back on or before 23-auf-2016. But i did not get any response from them. So i sent one email on 23-aug-2016 night (Around 10:00 pm) but did not get any reply. I called myntra customer care today morning (24-aug-2016) then i was informed by call center executive that they were about to close this incident becoz they cross checked with their team and found price tag and bar code sticker were send with product. This is really shocking for me, there were about close my complain without informing me. How can bar code go missing if it was sticked on the box.

                                    I'm not getting any resolution with myntra's customer care. Only thing i'm losing my patience and peace of mind.


                                    Now, i think, i should file a case against myntra in cosumer court.

                                    Its not matter of some money but they are not keeping their words.

                                      Myntra sucks...I did a lot of shopping with Myntra of late. Earlier I had restricted myself generally to Amazon (best service), Snapdeal, Jabong and Flipkart. I can't believe what is happening for one of my returns. The item was delivered on 24th July and I put the return request on 26th July. For more than 2 weeks the return was getting cancelled automatically about 3-4 times and nobody from My tra/Courier ever came to house or even called. Eventually after a lot of escalations, it was picked on 13th August by one of their courier agents. On the same day I got call from another courier agent who wanted to pick up. Any way, I thought it's done and over. But to my surprize, now Myntra doesn't seem to have clue which partner picked the item. I am still waiting for refund since 13th August and all I am getting is only empty promises from customer care. I neither have the refund nor the item. Pathetic service, Myntra. Learn from Amazon. Just selling on discount is not the only thing for success, logistics/service/customer care is the key. I never faced such a pathetic situation with any of the e-tailers. Order-id:[protected].

                                        I would like to register a case against myntra an online shopping site for refusing to refund my cashback amount and suspending my account.

                                        On july 2nd and 3rd 2016, i purchased some items from myntra as part of their online shopping festival called eors.
                                        As i was not happy with certain items i returned some of them within the allowed time period. All returns were sent through courier services like dtdc and aramex, in different packets as all items could not get into a single packet. The returned items got delivered at their end in a weeks time and i sent them the scanned copy of the return courier receipts.

                                        As per their return policy i can send as many as item back within 30days and they will refund the entire amount item charge and the courier charges incurred on providing valid scan copy of the receipts.

                                        Couple of days later to check if all return courier amounts were refunded i tried to login to my myntra account but was unsuccessful.
                                        I emailed their support team for two days but did not receive an update. On the third day when i called them they said one of the courier receipt i provided is fake and as a result they have suspended my account and they would not be refunding the amount specified in that particular courier receipt. Also they did not disclose which courier receipt they found to be fake.
                                        I provided them with the scanned copy of all receipts and they still did not approve it. I asked them to check with the dtdc courier service and validate it but they even refused to do that as their policy does not demand to have a communication with the courier team from where the customer has dispatched the item. I had to call myntra support multiple times to get an update.

                                        During this period i had a refund amount of rs.3059. They said they can refund my current cashback of rs.3059 only if i sign off the noc they provided, which says i have settled everything with myntra and i do not have any more pending liabilities with them. As my refund of rs.840 for courier receipt id r22849718 was not approved i refused to sign off the noc.

                                        I have the original receipts and all other email communications with them.
