[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Return on hold due to missing tags.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra which were delivered to me today but the size I ordered it wasn’t that I initiated Return asap. The same delivery partner came back to pick the product yesterday that was 28/05/2022 he checked the product thoroughly and was satisfied with all the tags and everything he wanted to be with product to make it complete. While I was waiting for my refund I checked the Myntra app and found that the product was on hold because of Failed Quality Check and the reason given was that there was Missing Of Tags. Now, I would like to ask Myntra that you believe your delivery partners but you don’t value your customers at all, I tried reaching customer service with everything possible but couldn’t they do anything too . I humbly ask Myntra to ask your delivery partners to seek more attention towards there jobs, I remember that each and every tag was intact with the product inside the box. Please team Myntra humbly and politely I request you to initiate my Refund back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
