I bought kook n keech women white sneaker and it's outer synthetic started peeling off within one day o[censored]sage. Manufacturer has provided one month of warranty on the product. I submitted return query on the website within 5 days of getting the product and added the images of the damaged part of the product. Two days later i got message that my return request is cancelled because i didn't respond to their delivery guy. I contacted the customer service about it and they told me that they are placing the complaint and I will get an IVR call or an email about the proceedings . I waited for next 4 days but didn't get any feedback from them. I called them again and raised my issue to them. This time the executive said that i had requested for return of damaged product. Instead of that i have to return it through the request of Damaged product post usage. He registered my new complaint and asked me to add images of the product through HELP option in the website. I did as he said. But 3 days later i got message that Your return request for Kook N Keech Casual Shoes has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check. I called them again and the executive said that their product passes through various quality checks and money can't be refunded for it. What is that manufacturer one month warranty for?
Shoe outer skin is peeling off within one day usage. And they are saying product has faced various quality checks... Indestructible product on paper. Myntra is fooling customers!

    Skechers shoes return request rejected

    I had purchased Skechers shoes from Myntra and it got delivered the next day as Myntra has launched express delivery. But due to fitting issues i.e. small size got delivered and I had put a return request. It was picked up the next day itself and the person who came for pickup was very rude with us. Then I got notification from Myntra that the pickup was successful. After a day I get a notification from Myntra that the return request has...

    Hi,

    I have purchased a shoe on 10th May with order Id[protected]-3623501 and paid Rs 1599.On 17th May order was delivered which was having one 37 size and other shoe of 38 size and immediately I have requested for return which they picked up on 18th May 2022.

    Since then 9 days passed when ever I have ask they when will I get refund they are not telling the time line and avoiding to provide refund.

    Kindly help me to get my refund to my source account that is my credit card account from where the amount I want to be credited back as I don’t want to buy anything from these fraudster company anymore.

    Please find my invoice copy and return pick up proof as evidence that I have returned the product immediately .

            Myntra deliver wrong product with same seller and refuse to exchange order id- #120113409233883918003 delivered on 18th apr after that exchange request reject 26 may when courier pickup failed due to wrong product i speak to customer care many time but they do not solve my problem i didn't open parcel courier boy open product and say its bag not dress i order he cannot accept exchange.

              Hey,
              Myntra has deactivated my account without giving prior warning.Mentioning the cause of deactivation is it has been identified to be in violation of
              Myntra Fair Usage Policy..
              I have been using this account since past 2 years and I am frequent user and I have ordered many stuff in past.
              Even I have paid for all order stuff.
              Recently i ordered 8 sarees of same color for my reception to pick the perfect
              option..and next time when iam trying to login my account is not opening..i wanted to have some refund and exchange but i was unable to do so..My concern is if you find someone account is crossing the violation of terms and condition.Then you should also restrict them to place order and you should not deliver them the product and shouldn't accept the payment..after allowing all these things ..how could you block the account..I have left out with 8 products net worth of 16, 000 ..which is of no use..It's a kind request please understand the concern and processed with some resolutions..

                Hi my Myntra account is showing your account is deactivated when I’m trying to login with otp. I have active orders with Myntra and some balance in my credit. My account is deactivated without any prior notice. I urge you to look into this matter. My account is old I’m not a new user plus I must have made purchases over 50k. Is this how you trust your loyal customers? I shall take this case to consumer court, to media if need arises. I’ve contacted customer care they said they’ll resolve this issue but still no response from them. My account is associated with [protected](number)

                  I have returned a product on myntra on[protected]. The delivery guy checked it thoroughly and it was in proper condition along with price tag. But now they are saying that I have removed the tag. and kept my money refund on hold. I have shopped a lot from myntra and even returned products in fine condition. But this time I am really very disappointed. I want the refund from myntra.com.

                    I've purchased the product (Sunglasses) on 17th May worth 2000/-. Found some dents on frame & scratches on lens, decided to return it. Placed the return request immediately after unboxing the package. Now, 3 times 3 different delivery executives came to my location and took about 20-30minutes to find the SERIAL NO. CODE which they have put in their device and which Myntra gave them to accept return. He said your product fulfills every requirements of return policy . BUT I've checked the entire box, the receipt, the inner polythene bag, the pouch which contains the sunglasses...none of the numbers is matching. Every time the delivery executive tries to put the code his device shows *Verification failed*. He told me to call the CUSTOMER support executive and remove the serial number code checklist so after that he can recieve my product without any issues.

                    No response from CUSTOMER support executives and Myntra. My money & time is totally getting wasted in this ###.

                    Totally pathetic & [censored] experience. Not expected from reputed E COMM. site like Myntra.

                      I had order belt on Nov 10 th 2021 the same day i had Cancelled my order I did not receive my refund to my bank account . I checked with the bank giving reference number . My amount 479 was not refunded by Myntra stil today they are tellin me to ask the bank .

                        Returned my product on 23rd May But it was not updated on my myntra App for which i have not received my refund. I am really worried and disappointed . I have raised a complaint but the pickup is scheduled, but from where i will return the product if I have already returned it to them. Help me out with it

                          I ordered 10 product from myntra they delivered 2 product differently and rest in a single bag they delivered it and took otp from me and when I open the baggage my one product was missing in it...and they are saying that it was shipped by them correctly...so they can't no do anything about it ...but I didn't receive the product

                              I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS. THE REASON I GOT, DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I COMPLAINED AT MYNTRA FOR DELAYED DELIVERY. The said order was a birthday gift. The order contains 3 items. I was told that i will get a call back within 3 days of your complaint. But i had to call then my self to ask if they will order my things.. they have no reason for my order's delay.

                                I had placed an order on Myntra, Order ID# 1204566 [protected]. There was supposed to be 2 products in the packet but I received just 1. I did not receive 1 Levis blue jeans worth Rs.2, 558 which I have already paid for.
                                I raised complaint on myntra support but they declined my claim saying they have checked their process and have delivered the product, which is a lie since I did not receive it.
                                As soon as I received it, I called the delivery agent for the missing product but he did not respond.
                                Order date: 16 May
                                Invoice was present for both products in the packet, but there was just 1 item

                                I want my refund of Rs.2, 558 as I am tired of complaining.

                                  I was looking for wfm and clicked on a site where i was arci introduced themselves on whatsapp. The job was to complete payment tasks and get a profit. I had no idea the stakes would go high and neither do they warn you. So when i came to a payment of 72000 i told them i cannot make it. Somehow i arranged for the funds and told them categorically that the last task should be below 20000 and then i will withdraw. Arci assured me it will be less than 20000 so i went ahead only to get a shock that the next payment was of 115000. I flatly refused. Arci insisted that i should borrow and complete the task. I refused and asked for my money 120098 which i had paid without profits. Arci said it was not possible without completing the task. I told arci that they had assured me that theast payment would be under 20000. So arci said it is not in their control. I told arci they should have told me that in the very 1st place instead of assuring me. Also they should keep people informed about the approximate cash required for every task so that people can take informed decisions. Any they have refused to return my amout of 120098 which i would like you to help me recover as part of it is borrow money which i need to return.

                                    Orders not visible in order section

                                    I had placed order in Myntra app, but later, due to some issue with my mobile, I changed the mobile and logged in to Myntra app through my new mobile. But now, all the orders that I placed in Myntra app using old mobile are not visible in new mobile. Please help me resolve this issue as i'm mot able to track my previously placed orders....

                                    I had initiated return of jeans after trying on due to fit issues. The tags were intact and it was placed in the same plastic packaging it was delivered in. The collection person even checked the tags and took it with them. They returned the product again saying there was a stain whereas the product was unused and wrapped immediately after packing. The stain was present even before the jeans was delivered. I need my refund.
