Myntra.com — Return Picked Up but Refund Not Initiated (Order ID: #1320512 [protected])

Dear Myntra Support Team,

I am writing to inform you regarding my return request for Order ID: #1320512 [protected].

My return was picked up on 20 January, but till now the Myntra app is still showing the status as “Return on Hold”, and the refund has not been initiated yet.

Kindly check this issue and update the return status. Also, please initiate my refund at the earliest possible.

I request you to resolve this on priority and let me know the refund timeline.
