Details of the Complaint:
I had placed an order on Myntra, which I later requested to return. However, when the delivery agent came for the return pickup, he intentionally marked the return as "on hold" despite the product being in perfect condition with all tags and packaging as originally delivered.
When I asked for a reason, he falsely claimed that the product does not have a label, which is completely untrue. I was handed the product by Myntra in this exact condition, and no tampering has been done from my side.
I have:
Raised multiple complaints through Myntra app
Tried contacting customer care
Sent emails and waited for a response
But no meaningful help has been provided. Myntra support continues to delay the return with vague responses and has not escalated the issue, nor have they provided any proper resolution.
This is causing mental stress and financial inconvenience as I am unable to return the product and get my refund. The return window is closing soon, and I am afraid Myntra may close my case unfairly.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate approval and processing of my return request.
2. Full refund of the amount paid.
3. Action against the delivery agent who marked the return falsely.
4. Compensation for the harassment and delay caused.
