THE ABOVE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED ON 15TH DEC 2021, TO THE CONCERNED PICKUP PERSON(SURAJ/LOGISTIC PARTNER), I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONFORMATION ON THE PICKUP AND NO REFUND DETAILS.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MYNTRA ON CALL AND ON THE APP, BUT NO ONE SOLVES THE ISSUE. THE WORST PART IS THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE CALL WHEN PUT ON HOLD TO CHECK THE DETAILS. THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MYNTRA EVER. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO USE THIS APP HENCEFORTH. THEY HAVE A LAME TEAM OF SO CALLED CHAMPIONS, WHO NEVER CALL BACK EVEN IF THE CALL GETS DISCONNECTED.. AND THE TIME THEY DON'T HAVE SOLUTION THE CALL IS PUT ON HOLD FOR LIKE 10-15 MINS AND THEN THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL EVERY TIME. THIS HAPPENED TO ME FOR ALOMST 20-25 TIMES NOW. AND EVEN ON APP, IF YOU RAISE A ISSUE, WITHIN SOME TIME THEY SAY THEY HAVE CLOSED THE ISSUE WITHOUT PAYING ANY ATTENTION OR SOLVING ANY PROB THAT THE CUSTOMER FACES. THEY HAVE ZERO VALUE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. TO SUM IT UP CUSTOMER FOR MYNTRA IS NOTHING, WE DONT MATTER TO YOU.. AND THE MONEY AND TIME I HAVE WASTED IN YOUR APP AND TO TRY AND GET MY REFUND IS NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR APOLOGIES.
I have returned the product, but the update on the app says "they haven't picked up" which is not true. I don't have the product or any other details. pls help how can I get my Money back
ALSO THE REFUND(RS. 3026) IS STILL PENDING.
